Dr Gary Michelson has repeatedly said he's a shitty investor yet his private investment funds state publicly he is a fantastic investor. Which statement is the lie? He says he lost his ass in teak farms yet he publicly states he made a ton on teak farms.

I could list many more instances of his hypocrisy. I was on the freeway today and saw all the emergency drought signs. We were in a drought when he started building his stupid water sucking garden. I got rid of most of my flowers because of the drought, take quick showers, may empty my teeny tiny pond, don't wash my car while he's wasting water.

I've had this specific blog going for about a year though I wrote about Gary Michelson years ago in my main blog. During that entire time I have only had one person say something positive about Gary Michelson. It was a doctor who knew him from school. In fact that person didn't say anything positive. He was just the first person not to say anything negative. He just said he knew him from med school. It sounded to me like he wanted to reconnect with the doctor to get some money.

Since I started this blog many, many, many people burned by Gary Michelson have contacted me in one form or another sometimes anonymously. Some of them have merely witnessed his destructive behavior and were not the victim. I witnessed Gary try to go after Dave. I hear the same story over and over. Gary meets someone, wants to be their friend, is nice to them. Finally the other person realizes Gary is seriously messed up in the head and dangerous. They are frightened and try to end the relationship. Gary will have none of that and must destroy the person. He has to do more than destroy them. He must crush him into non-existence. "If they won't be my friend and kiss my ass, they will be nobody's friend! I will make them as miserable as possible!"

The only interesting part about this is Gary Michelson probably has high blood pressure again from the stress of his evil plans. He admitted his lawsuit with Medtronic caused him to have high blood pressure, be stressed out of his mind, destroyed his marriage and made him miserable. I'm sure he's pissed about his recent huge loss to Proskauer and being labeled a tax cheat by the IRS. He will probably be having even more IRS problems soon because of flagrant tax evasion. Gary Michelson could end up causing himself to have a heart attack or stroke with all this stress. I'm sure deep down he realizes he is in the wrong which is why he's gnawing on his own leg. He keeps telling himself everyone is cheating him but the only one cheating is Gary.

Dr Gary Michelson is a horrible neighbor besides an obsessed billionaire - Forbes, crazy

After reading the description of Gary Michelson's garden I started to think that Alya Michelson may not be behind it. I also wondered how he could build a huge rock wall and waterfall on the property. There was no huge wall in his backyard when he bought it in 2003. Plus, it's only .44 acres. I decided to do a little digging. So did Gary. He had to dig out his property, build a huge retaining wall then build the rock wall and waterfall.

If you go to the link below and type in 13140 and boca de canon, you will see a blizzard of building activity besides complaints from his neighbors. Gary's "garden" is beyond obscene. This is not the work of Alya. This is the work of an obsessed billionaire gone mad. Gary reminds me of William Randolph Hearst with this over the top garden. When Gary gets into something, he gets totally obsessed. He will never recoup the money he sunk into this garden. I also think he violated the hillside ordinance with this work.

I thought this might be Alya's work because she's posting about "her" garden on Facebook. Alya planted a little vegetable garden inside Gary's garden. Mice ended up eating the vegetables.

The home was built in 2002. Gary bought it new in June 2003 for $4,775,040. I visited Gary at his home 2006 a few times. It's two stories, 7,225 sf with 675 sf three car garage, swimming pool and spa as per permits. It's 6,887 square foot single family home has 5 bedrooms and 6.0 bathrooms as per Zillow.

Late 2006 after I'd last visited Gary started building a waterfall, rock wall, trellis and the current garden. He finished this work around 2011. I see no contractor. It says owner. Perhaps Gary used someone who was not licensed? I know a nasty local person who always hires people who are not legal with no licenses. This way they do the work and she doesn't pay them. They take her to court and she says "they had no license. I don't have to pay." She always wins. This sounds like something Gary would do. He is that evil and cheap.

This engineer states they worked on this project. There are a few tiny pics. This is the same engineer that worked on the 80,000 + sf home behind me. They spent five years sneakily getting permits for "additions" when they were actually building an 80,000sf + home. They did this so no one could complain and stop them.

Gary Michelson who "never" names things after himself names more things after himself

Gary Michelson who says he "never" names anything after himself has now named the 1,345,367th thing after himself, i.e. "Michelson Post-Injury Glial Scarring Initiative," "Michelson Fund for Global Awareness of NTDs," "Michelson Vaccine Initiative for Neglected Diseases."

Gary Michelson started yet another website devoted to promoting himself michelsonmedical.org It's a Word Press website. It reads as though it was written by someone who doesn't speak English as a first language. Alya? It reads as bad as the blogs she wrote about herself then was forced to delete. Some of copy/paste from his other websites but the stuff that was written was very poorly worded. Gary also forced her to get rid of her myspace singer page with those horrible photos and odd high pitched singing tracks with a bad fake Japanese accent.

Originally when I saw this blog entry I thought it must be some other Gary Michelson. Last time I was at his house it had no furniture, decor, rock wall or garden. Gary Michelson said he only lived in the living and bedroom so that was all he furnished. The other rooms were bare. If you look at current street view of his house, all you see is plants. Turns out this is Gary's garden which Alya bought because she's imprisoned in the house and bored. This is what Alya's dad calls her "shopping therapy." Soon she will realize money will not make you happy. Money will force you to stay with an old creepy evil homosexual mentally ill person who will destroy you and steal your kids in a nanosecond on his whim. On top of this she'll never have sex, love, friends, freeeedom for the entire time of her existence with Gary.

This garden is so anti-environment on so many levels. One, it's a tropical garden which sucks up a ton of water and we are in a severe drought. This is the last thing you should plant. Two, it includes many non-native invasive species which she shipped over here. Birds will eat the seeds and disperse them in their feces into the native environment. Three, it has a super high carbon footprint. They trucked in an 8,000 lb tree! I thought Gary Michelson was supposed to care about the environment?

Obviously some landscape person latched onto Gary and Alya's money and ego. That person fleeced Gary of millions of dollars for non-native water sucking gaudy plants that no one else in LA would dare want. I bet Gary paid 10x what those plants were worth. These are not plants that a wealthy person in LA would want. Same goes with the revolting interior furnishings. I bet the people who sold these plants and furnishings to Gary are high five-ing themselves for charging them 10x what the items are worth.

Alya Michelson also bought a bunch of over priced gaudy furniture and decor items for the interior of the home. It really looks like nouveau riche crap. Her holiday decorations which she proudly showed off on Facebook were something you'd buy at a Rite-aid. These ghastly decor items are also not "green." They have a high carbon footprint and some were probably made with unfair labor. They look like reproductions.

Maybe Gary needs to send Alya to USC to study to keep her busy. Of course she'd probably find a hunky young heterosexual man and end up cheating on him. Perhaps it's better to lock her up in the castle by herself and force her to take online classes.
