The only things Gary didn't name after himself were his kids and that's only because he's Jewish. Jewish people don't name their kids after living relatives, only dead ones. I was born Roman Catholic from Mexican, Spanish family. Generally all women's first names are Mary. Then we each get different middle names. We do name ourselves after living or dead relatives. Dr Gary Michelson pays fake reporters to write ads that read like articles. Gary Michelson is paying people to write articles that make it seem like 20 Million Minds is not only needed but doing good work. At least this one reporter disclaimed that she was paid to write this fluff editorial/ad piece.

I saw almost identical articles like this that didn't have the disclaimer. Legally they must disclose if it's a paid article or not. Metro admits they are a marketing company which sells ads. In their disclaimer they state they don't vouch for the validity of anything they write. Paying for fake articles is what paid stock promoters do.

Gary Michelson's 20 Million Minds was just named a top non-profit in CQ magazine. CQ magazine is paid PR, media, promotion. 20 Million Minds doesn't even have a Guidestar or Charity Navigator account. That means they are a shitty charity. Gary Michelson paid CQ magazine to write an article about him.

Dr Gary Michelson, 995 motion hearing today, Forbes, billionaire, Brentwood, California

The 995 hearing was this morning. The Judge stated he'd read all the motions but was unsure about how to rule. Judge asked Counsel for more time to read entire transcript of preliminary hearing and transcripts from the hearings for other motions to get a better feel for the case. At that point Neil's head fell between his hands and he started crying. The Judge saw this and seemed very concerned for Neil.Counsel and Judge agreed to hear and rule on the motion next Wednesday August 13, 2014 at 10 a.m.

The next motion had to do with Power's bond. DA Knowles argued that Neil's bail should go back up to $1M. At least Knowles agreed that Power's bond should not be higher than Neil's. The Judge said "I'm not going to raise Mr Campbell's bail back up so I'm going to reduce Mr. Power's bail down to the same as Mr. Campbell at $500K." This is a reduction from the $5M property bond. Counsel worked out the details among themselves. Judge seems to be taking this case seriously with great interest. I hope he rules according to the evidence and the law. I hope he sees through the corrupt DA and Gary Michelson's money.

This crazy nut made a YouTube video begging billionaires for money to start a company. He added the names of billionaires in his key words. He says he's a "young genius" who wants to form a company made up of other young geniuses. One of his ideas is to make a car without a motor, engine or batteries. It will run on "free" energy.

Gary Michelson names yet another award after himself, Forbes billionaire, Alya Michelson

Gary Michelson who NEVER names anything after himself has now named the 1,234th prize/building/grant/patent after himself. He's now adding Alya's name to everything because of this blog. If you search her name, you will see the truth about Gary Michelson here. Gary Michelson does not want people to know the truth about him.

"It is with this in mind that Dr. Michelson recently sponsored a category of student prizes that will be awarded at the forthcoming Los Angeles County Science Fair. The award, which he hopes will encourage students in the study of STEM, is to be called the “Gary and Alya Michelson Invention Prize” and will be presented to the top three students with projects most likely to lead to a patentable technology."

The "this" that is in mind is the fact that only 20% of computer scientists are women.

Just searched this and it turns out the paragraph above was part of a fake article. I have no idea why someone would want to write a fake article. The real article has this quote. It has nothing to do with women but with students with research projects which are most likely to lead to a patentable technology. Notice, Gary only cares about patents. He doesn't care about great inventions or helping people.

From the LA Times interview. Again Gary Michelson wants everyone to acknowledge how much money he has and how much he gives away. Out of the other side of his mouth he wants to appear down to earth with no ego. The Times reporter must know that Forbes get the money data from the people on the list. They don't do any research or verify anything. They just call the person up and they tell them. Gary tells Forbes how much money he has. I wouldn't be surprised if Gary called Forbes and not vice versa. Gary Michelson is extremely insecure deep inside which is why he tries to project this huge image of being a genius inventor philanthropist with big "lobster claw" hands.

Gary Michelson's Director Aimee Gilbreath makes more mistakes. This will probably be the last one I post for now though there are many more. Many animal experts kept correcting Aimee Gilbreath's posts. What would she do? Listen to their polite advice? No. She would delete their post then ban them from the group. Her first year as the Director she made a few mistakes PER DAY. That is what happens when you hire a business major over someone with experience running a non-profit pro-animal organization. 

Aimee Gilbreath said it's okay to leave your cat alone for two to three days by itself. It's not okay or legal. She posted a link to an article which was deleted because it gave bad information. I posted the link under the pic.

I left a comment stating it's not a good idea or legal. Aimee Gilbreath deleted my post. Other people posted that it's not a good idea. Aimee deleted their posts as well. Someone who saw my post then noticed it was deleted pm'd me. I told her my post was deleted by Aimee. Aimee also deleted one of her posts. And this is why Gary Michelson gets such bad advice. He hires totally inexperienced ass kissers.

He was "introduced" to Alya after Brooke Alexander dumped him well after 2007. Gary was also "introduced" to Brooke by someone. Let me back up for those who don't follow this blog. Alyaunte.

Gary Michelson "married" Amy Bur** around 2000. Amy filed to divorce him June 18, 2001 Case # BD371364. It was finalized in 2003. Amy's family did not like Gary Michelson and thought he was nuts. Amy was a psychology student and is now a doctor I believe. She probably knew he was nuts. She is now happily remarried to a very handsome man.

Amy is a natural beauty and very athletic. I've noticed that gay men who force themselves to marry, marry a woman who is not a threat to their sexuality. They don't marry sexy women with curves. It will be a woman who looks like a girl or a female friend when he was a child. This describes the women Gary has hung out with. The lone exception is Shane of the Bar** Twins. She is very womanly though she is married so not a threat. Even though Sia and Shane are identical twins Gary asked out the married one on a date. He knew he had nothing to worry about because she is married. She was just a "date." I'm not posting these people's full names because I'm sure they want to forget about crazy Gary.

Gary Michelson's "close friend" Neil Campbell was married. Gary Michelson felt left out of the picture without his buddy. So Gary decided to also get married so they could "double date." Neil Campbell likes women and has two daughters by two different women. Gary is "introduced" to Brooke Alexander. Brooke is educated and a "fitness model." He gives her a ring then he tells people they are engaged. Brooke heard this and told him they are not engaged and she won't marry him. Gary went crazy and they ended up in a fight. Then Gary sued her to get the ring back. Gary told all the details of this relationship to many people. The lawsuit for the ring was filed in Orange County and is public.

Earlier Gary said he didn't think he'd make a good husband or father so he wasn't going to get married again or have kids. Gary then decides that he wants to have some kids after all. He probably wants to leave a "legacy." He is "introduced" to Alya. When I first heard about her after 2007 I think she was described as having the body of a little boy, very passive, into athletics, totally looked up to Gary. She probably thought he was a smart, kind, philanthropic person like I stupidly did for a while.

2009 Gary and Alya supposedly have a little girl. 2013 Gary and Alya supposedly have a little boy. Supposedly the names are Alexandra and Sasha. Alya is sometimes called Alevtina. I don't know if this is ala turkey baster, adoption, surrogate but I highly doubt it happened in the normal way. Gary does not want to have exsay with women.

Cut to January 2014. This criminal lawsuit which Gary filed against his ex lover Neil is making him look bad. Gary repeatedly lies and tells everyone he was ripped off, defrauded. Gary did not lose a penny. Gary made a lot of money in the deals. Public is starting to realize this because documents have been posted. The public defender also stated in court that Gary is gay. It's in the minutes which I posted. I posted quite a bit of the minutes from these embarrassing hearings. If Gary had any sense, he'd tell the DA to drop the case.

Gary Michelson is also looking bad because it seems Gary Michelson gave money to DA Steve Cooley and his hand picked replacement Jackie Lacey...right before the DA went after Neil and Philip. I posted all of that here. If anyone searches Gary Michelson's name on the Internet they will see the hearing transcripts, case summaries, legal documents, campaign donations... I believe that is why Gary Michelson is now sending out a lot of press.

Seems someone is also making profiles in the name of Alya Michelson. I think a PR firm may be doing it because it all started January 30, 2014. Alya now has two facebook profiles, a Google+ profile and more. I am posting this photo for comment and nonprofit education.

In the first one she looks like a child. The photo has been heavily photoshopped. Gary probably likes this photo because she looks like a little girl who poses no threat to him.

Gary Michelson, 20 million minds

In this photo Alya again looks like a school girl. Again, this is not a threat to Gary. No makeup, no nail polish, short little kid nails, buttoned up blouse, body like a little boy. She does not appear to be a sexual being at all in this photo. The pose is kind of odd.

This is a photo taken at the USC event. She has a few wrinkles, don't we all. I don't think she should photoshop all her wrinkles. The top photo makes her look fake like a Japanese anime character. 

Gary Michelson, 20 million minds, 

All of her profiles "like" all of Gary's foundations. She also now states she went to Moscow State University for Journalism and Moscow State Institute of International studies for Economics. I find this very hard to believe. Gary just has to marry people with degrees so he can feel good about himself. He prefers a renaissance woman who is pretty, athletic, has graduate degrees, is a doctor, doesn't wear makeup and plays a musical instrument. He looked for women through a person, agent. It may not be the truth or maybe he bought her some honorary degrees. Alya has no history besides Gary. I can only hope she wises up and protects herself from Gary. His other relationships did not end well. The last one ended up with a call to the police supposedly saying Gary hit her in the head with a phone. That was Brooke. Gary has admitted he has anger issues. He told me he saw nothing wrong with throwing bottles at people. He told me he'd done it before. It is not okay to throw a bottle at anyone.

Here are Gary Michelson's last three girlfriends, wives left to right, Amy, Brooke, Alya. Same face, mouth, nose, teeth, similar eyes. All athletic, into music. Amy and Brooke are both very smart doctors with advanced degrees in psychology and medicine. We don't really know if Alya has any real degrees. She has a problem with written English. First two here dumped Gary most likely because he's crazy. The only reason I can see Alya staying with his is because she's from Russia and does not know any better. By now she must realize he's a pathological liar who is very mean. He can turn on someone in a heartbeat. One minute he loves you. Next minute he wants you dead. I could tell there was something wrong with him instantly but I thought he was merely eccentric. I should add Aimee Gilbreath to this set. She looks like an older version of Alya. She also looks like a boy, wears no makeup.

I sure hope that the money or whatever is worth selling her soul, entire life, babies to Gary. If those really are her biological kids, then she sold her babies for money as well. That is truly horrible and disgusting. If you want to sell yourself, fine but not your kids. I pity those kids. They will be all shades of totally fucked up with Gary as their dad. They will be mean, spiteful, obsessive, compulsive... I can only hope Alya gathers her sense, kids, runs away, hires the best lawyer, gets a divorce with alimony, child support and full custody.

US Copyright, patent, trademark office doesn't know what they are doing. Dr Gary Michelson

This blog entry is not directly related to Dr. Gary Michelson but it is related to the patent, trademark, copyright office. This has to do with Bikram Choudhury series of 26 hatha yoga poses. June 2012 I was in Federal Court Central District of California listening to a ridiculous case ahead of me. Some guy said he owned the copyright to a series of hatha yoga poses which have been around hundreds of years. He said he owned the "series of poses." He copyrighted it in 1979 I think as an audio tape or written class manual called basic yoga class.

This other yoga guy was doing a similar series of poses in a hot gym. Judge Dolly Gee laughed and said "you can't expect me to believe you can copyright a series of very old yoga poses." She said "Copyright relates to the words you use to write and describe something. Books, music, video can be copyrighted. A series of old yoga poses cannot." The defendant's attorney had a very eloquent yet funny reply about how crazy it was that he even tried to copyright it.

Get this, the copyright office gave him the copyright. Bikram Choudhury just kind of went with it from there stating he owned the "series of poses" and no one else could use them without paying him a license fee. This guy Bikram Choudhury is a crazy delusional person. Below is an article about him and this case.

Judge Dolly Gee or another judge sent in the final opinion and order to the copyright office. Copyright office stated "perhaps we were wrong in giving him the copyright." Copyright just takes your money and stamps your document. You do whatever you want with your copyright.

In the above case the defendant who was using the yoga poses has decided to distance himself from crazy Bikram Choudhury and change the name of his yoga and methods. A very wise decision. Bikram Choudhury has been sued by a few women for sexual harassment and assault. Search Google news or check out my blog which has all the lawsuits.

My point in this blog post is that a patent, trademark, copyright office takes your papers, money and just stamps them. They are not legal scholars who argue whether or not you have a legal claim to a patent, trademark, or copyright. They leave that for the parties to sort out themselves by suing each other. This is a flaw in the system. No one should have approved a copyright for 26 centuries old hatha yoga poses. I have a feeling the patent office probably should not have approved Gary Michelson's patent for the threaded spinal cage. It was invented and made by others years earlier. He just copyrighted it first. I don't believe Gary Michelson legally deserves the patent. The threaded spinal cage should not be patented by anyone or it should be patented by the two doctors who invented and made it years before Gary Michelson.

Happy belated birthday to 65 year old Dr. Gary Michelson an official senior citizen

Obviously I'm not wishing him a happy birthday. He's not a nice person. He just turned 65 on January 14. Imagine, a senior citizen just had his first kids. It was probably ala turkey baster but that's not important. Imagine having your first kid as a senior citizen. That's when you would have great grandkids but not kids. He may not live to see them into adulthood but I doubt he cares. He just wanted someone to carry on his name and "legacy." He will probably force his kids to honor him.

Below is a photo and post that I am using for non-profit education and commentary. It's a photo of Gary's older brother Eric with his first grand child. This is a happy, well adjusted sane person. Gary Michelson is VERY different than his brothers. If you look at the photos below of Eric and Gary they even look very different. I really think something is wrong with Gary.

Eric and Gary were in the same grade in high school even though Eric is older. Gary was extremely jealous of Eric stating he felt cheated. Gary always feels cheated. Gary thought he didn't get enough attention from his mom and his dad called him "stupid." He talks about his resentment and hatred toward his family in the book "Inventors at Work" chapter five. He has some deep seated hatred. If you look at his high school year book Eric is good looking, popular, did well in school, was part of many groups. Gary is the only student who only went to school. Eric wanted to be a doctor. Gary wanted to be a lawyer. What's really odd is they had different addresses.

Very interesting article about people and money. I can definitely see Dr Gary Michelson in this article. He was not raised poor. His mother, grandparents pushed him to be a doctor like his other brothers, uncle... He recently made a joke about it in an article, "“In Judaism, it is held that a fetus does not become a person until they graduate from medical school,” says Michelson with a laugh."

Gary Michelson himself admitted he had high blood pressure, stress...during his litigation with Medtronic. I'm sure his increase in wealth has caused an increase in negative feelings. This article also goes into the addiction of wanting to make even more money. It talks about how having a lot of money can make you evil. For Gary Michelson to file a false criminal complaint against his ex-director and now his ex-friend and business associate shows that he is truly evil. All of his foundations can never make up for that behavior.

In the age of the Internet with facts and evidence available with one Internet search you would think people would not lie so boldly. Not so it seems. Dr. Gary Michelson said he thought up microchips all by himself. No, he didn't. The microchips were the idea of Dave Loftus who was the Director of the Foundation. Below is Dr. Gary Michelson's story. FTR neither of them invented chips.

I worked for the Foundation during this time. I did not sign a confidentiality agreement. There is no gag order. Dr. Gary Michelson has a long history of telling stories. This is but one.

"A lifelong animal lover, Dr. Michelson had watched in horror as images of displaced pets flashed across the television screen. The initial tragedy of Katrina had been terrible enough; how could the aftermath be so grueling? Although animal welfare agencies labored tirelessly to help affected pets, the infrastructure for large-scale pet identification and return simply did not exist.

However, Dr. Michelson knew of a technology that could help: microchips. Michelson consulted with his local animal control agency, and found that the Los Angeles County shelter system did not currently offer microchipping! So, he created created a non-profit called Found Animals Foundation and began donating microchips to the County shelters and the Southeast Area Animal Control Authority (SEAACA)."

Dr. Gary Michelson says he started the Foundation because of Katrina. That's not quite true. The corporation was formed December 2005. December 18, 2005 I believe there was a meeting at Kathleen Riordan's house. I have a DVD of the meeting. Dr. Gary Michelson and Dave Loftus of the Found Animals Foundation showed up. Dr. Gary Michelson talked about spay neuter. He didn't mention chips. He didn't mention Katrina. Katrina hit August 25, 2005. The true devastation wasn't noted until days later or longer. Dr. Gary Michelson's first donations as per his tax return was buying two tickets to Sherry Hackett's comedy event. That's not even a donation. He got something in return.

In fact if you read other articles this is the first time Dr. Gary Michelson mentions Katrina. He originally said he started this foundation for animals and another for back conditions because of his love of animals and his grandmother who had back problems.

I'm sure everyone knows this. Dr. Gary Michelson read the Newsweek article that supposedly Ed Boks, Edward Boks wrote. I personally believe Scully ghost wrote that article because he was going to ghost write another article for Ed Boks but Ed didn't have $2,500. Ed asked me for $2,500 to pay Scully and I said no. That article made it seem like Ed Boks had made shelters nokill when he didn't. Euthanasia actually went up his first year at each shelter, i.e. Arizona, New York, Los Angeles. His later years he'd get ahold of the books and fudge the numbers, refuse animals, let them die from disease... There are many articles about this. 

Because of the article Dr. Gary Michelson wanted him to run Los Angeles Animal Services. He automatically believed the bullshit without doing any research. He contacted the Mayor and offered him money to hire Ed Boks. The Mayor agreed to hire Ed Boks. Anyway the meeting was to introduce Ed Boks who would be the new GM officially January 3, 2006. Here's a background story about this relationship. Also note that Dr. Gary Michelson was sued for defamation and had to settle. He most certainly defamed Dave Loftus. Dr. Gary Michelson didn't just defame him at dinner parties either. Dr. Gary Michelson called up Dave Loftus' business partners and defamed him directly hurting his business.

"At that point, the foundation consisted of Dr. Michelson sitting at his kitchen table, writing checks for chips. Found Animals’ donated microchips made free pet ID available to all pets in the LA area, forwarding the foundation’s overall goal to reduce unnecessary shelter deaths. The logic was simple: get lost pets out of the shelters and back with their families, and they won’t be put down for lack of space."

At the time it wasn't just Dr. Gary Michelson. It was Dr. Gary Michelson, Dave Loftus, Mary Herro and me sitting at his kitchen table. Dr. Gary Michelson totally forgets about Dave Loftus. Chips were his idea. He bought the chips and sold them to the Foundation. Dr. Gary Michelson agreed to this. He bought chips from Dave Loftus and his pet kiosk company. Then Dr. Gary Michelson got cold feet because people said chips and kiosks are not a cost effective way to save animals' lives. He wanted his money back. Dave Loftus said no of course because they had an agreement. 

Dr. Gary Michelson then starts defaming Dave Loftus making up horrible lies such as he's wanted by the police, he embezzled money, he stole money.... I worked for Dr. Gary Michelson at the time and believed what he said. I stupidly would tell Dr. Gary Michelson where Dave would be so the police could arrest him . Dr. Gary Michelson also defamed me. I was going to sue him and use the same attorney Dave Loftus did but that attorney said Dr. Gary Michelson and his lawyers are ruthless. He didn't want to go through that experience again even though they got a good settlement.

The police were never going to arrest Dave because he didn't do anything illegal or wrong. Dr. Gary Michelson just got cold feet and wanted to unwind the deal. Dr. Gary Michelson begged Ed Boks to order the police to arrest Dave. LAPD told the Mayor there was no crime. They can't arrest him. LAPD said that Dr. Gary Michelson is mentally ill, crazy. I have all of those emails from the Mayor's office and Ed Boks.

Back to Dr. Gary Michelson's story. Dr. Gary Michelson asked the owner of Chameleon, PetHarbor if microchips or pet kiosks work. He said no because people don't register the chips, don't keep the information current, there are many types of chips and scanners, not all shelters scan for chips... He also said the kiosks don't work and they sold the kiosks. Dr. Gary Michelson felt really stupid for buying chips and kiosks. More from his article,

"Easy fix, right?

Surprisingly, no.

Despite millions of dollars in donated ID, shelter pets were still dying by the thousands. Most baffling, local shelters saw no significant change in return-to-owner rates! Free microchips alone were obviously not doing the job."

He finally admits that he failed with the chips. Back to his statement.

"so in 2008, Dr. Michelson recruited former BCG consultant and Stanford MBA Aimee Gilbreath, and they started to dig into the microchip system failure. The team uncovered some pretty scary facts:"

First off, after Dave Loftus and Dr. Gary Michelson parted ways Dr. Gary Michelson had an idea. He wanted to hire someone WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMAL EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER. He wanted someone with a business or financial degree. He thought a numbers, money person could solve this problem. He thought people who loved animals were blinded which is odd coming from someone who says he loves animals. Obviously hiring Aimee Gilbreath was not the best idea. She has made some whopper mistakes because she has no animal experience. She's had to waste time learning through trial and error while animals died and money was wasted. Back to his statement.

"1)      Although microchips must be registered to work, most pet owners never register their microchips!This means that shelters and vets who find a chip have no way to contact the pet’s family.

2)      Since most microchip companies charge fees to register and/or update information, many records become outdated when pet owners can’t pay.

3)      Some microchip companies sell nonstandard microchips and non-universal scanners that can’t read all types of chips … so even when a chip is registered and updated, there’s no guarantee it will be picked up by the shelter or vet.

Clearly, the microchip system was not living up to its potential. Dr. Michelson was forced to ask himself the same question millions of pet owners pose each day: is microchipping pets really worth it? 

The foundation was quickly expanding to include other lifesaving programs: pet adoption promotions for area shelters, leadership support for high volume spay and neuter providers, and the Michelson Prize and Grants, a prize philanthropy grant program promising $75 million in award and research funding to develop a safe, nonsurgical sterilant for cats and dogs. So, pouring money into a broken microchip system wasn’t helping anyone.

If we really wanted microchips to work, we would need to take matters into our own paws.

That’s when Found Animals began designing a registry that would allow all U.S. pet owners to maintainfree, lifetime registrations for their microchipped pets, and automate communications for shelters. Our microchip donations expanded to include AngelDogs Foundation, Spay4LA, and SNP-LA, and the Santa Fe Humane Society, and those organizations provided valuable feedback as our registry blossomed. After testing the system with our partners, in March of 2012, we launched the Found Animals Microchip Registry nationwide, and began traveling around the country educating shelters and vets on registration and the importance of microchip and scanner standards."

ALL of us knew this in the year 2000. We spoke about these issues at commission meetings. Check the minutes. Dr. Gary Michelson come lately here also knew this in February 2006. It's seven years later. While I'm happy he made the national registry, I don't know if it's working. I have no idea if people are using it. He would need all the chip companies to give him the data from all their chips and they won't do that. They sell that data to advertisers. I bet Dr. Gary Michelson will use that data to sell to advertisers. He talked about doing that in 2006. He wanted the data that would be inputted from the chips. City, County said they couldn't give him that data. Looks like he's getting that data now.

Here's yet another problem with microchips. All animals adopted from shelters are now chipped. Even when a stray animal is found, it has a chip, data is current, we call the owner, they say they don't want the animal. They even lie and say they're not the owner. If they were, they'd have to pay to dump their animal. 

If someone really cared about their animal they'd have a chip and collar with tags. A collar and tags is the best way to reunite wanted pets with their owners. A microchip will not automatically make people responsible. I volunteered at the shelter and saw animals with chips being put down because owner said he didn't want the animal. I'd see owners bring in their own animal with a chip and dump them. Chips can't save animals. Only humans can save animals.

Why does Dr Gary Michelson beg for donations for his foundation?

This has always puzzled me. Gary Michelson formed Found Animals Foundation to help animals. He states he funds this organization himself. Then why is he always begging for donations? His latest plea for money states if you give him money he will in turn give it to other nonprofits that help animals. Why wouldn't people want to donate directly to the other nonprofits? This makes no sense.

His plea, "You can make a difference for as little as $5. All items purchased through our Wish List will be donated to organizations working to keep pets safe and happy!"

Why wouldn't I want to just donate directly to the four groups myself. It makes no sense to go through another group.

He also says his goal is for a one shot sterilant. His has symposiums and charges people to attend them. Why is he always trying to make money?

Greedy Dr. Gary Michelson vs caring young inventor who helps people

Kid invents, patents life saving sand bags. Lets others use his patent for free.

A kid invented a new sand bag that expands when it gets wet to better prevent flooding. These sand bags are meant to be used in flooding similar to what happened in hurricane Sandy. The kid made this sand bag after he saw the horrible flooding during Sandy. He could have forced cities, counties, states, FEMA to pay to use his patent. He could have made a billion dollars. Instead he lets others freely use his patent. His main goal was to help people. This kid is not wealthy yet he is willing to give up money to help others. This is what people should be going. This is a good person.

Cut now to Dr. Gary Michelson. He likes to brag that his spine patents are helping many people. He really expects people to think he's helping people. He is not. His patents have increased the cost of spinal surgery by $6,000 to $35,000 per surgery per recent spine industry reports. This means some people like me can't afford surgery. I'm stuck here with my bad back in pain and difficulty getting around. The only person who has benefited from Dr. Gary Michelson's patents is Dr. Gary Michelson. He has actually hurt people with his patents.

Dr. Gary Michelson is already a billionaire. He says he wants to help animals and people so he started some foundations. Notice they all have his name in them, i.e. Michelson Prize, Michelson Medical... This is what egotistical, insecure people do. Notice my group is "Animal Advocates." The main focus of my organization is animals, not me.

Gary Michelson started the Michelson Prize to supposedly find a one shot sterilant for cats, dogs. He was instantly given the names of drugs currently approved that can do this right now. You would think if his goal were to end pet overpopulation that he would take his prize money and start injecting animals with the drugs. But no, he doesn't do that. He decides to change the rules of the prize. Now he wants someone to give him a new drug that he can patent and sell for money. His goal is money. It's not saving animals.

Of course if someone were to give him that drug he could sell it for more than $25,000,000. He could sell it for billions. The market for such a drug in the pest control industry would be huge. It would also be huge for wildlife control. Currently USDA is killing coyotes, ground squirrels, deer, elk, moles, voles, cats, bunnies, mice, rats..... by the billions. This is akin to offering someone $100 for a drug that can turn shit into gold. The product would be worth more than the prize. It would make more sense for someone to patent and sell the drug themselves. This is what scientists are doing.

I went to a few meetings where people were discussing the one shot sterilant. We've been looking for the silver bullet of animal overpopulation for a thousand years. They told me they didn't want to enter their drug for Gary's prize because it's worth more than the prize. They also feared they could offer Gary their drug, he would steal it then not give them the prize. I'm 100% sure Gary would do that. I gave him five drugs which are already FDA approved to sterilize humans. They already tested it on cats, dogs, bunnies and rats. They already know the amount necessary for temporary and permanent sterilization. Because they were already patented by others, I didn't get the prize. His original prize never stated he had to be able to own and patent a new drug. He added that later after everyone gave him drugs that already work. Really, why reinvent the wheel. He should be using the current drugs and saving animals lives. Instead he has let eight years pass since he first offered the prize awarding it to no one. He could have been saving millions of animals lives per year but he refused.

I have a feeling if Gary were to ever read the article about the kid's patent he would take the patent, alter it slightly then patent it himself as a new product. Then he would sue the shit out of anyone who dare uses the kid's patent for free. He would probably also sue the shit out of the kid leaving his family homeless. He'd probably also file false criminal charges against the kid so he'd be thrown in jail and beaten.

I just saw this pic. He's doing the dick in the box routine from SNL but with a cat. That is gross. What mentally ill person thought this up?
