This is what Alya Michelson stated she will do to me. She is threatening to do these things to me if I don't remove the blog posts about her. FTR there is no court order. In order for there to be an order, there would have to have been a hearing where I was noticed. The order would then be online in the case. There is no order. There was no hearing or notice.

Alya bought the judgment through a straw man in allegedly "Russia." If she paid more than $0 she just got ripped off by *. * just cheated Gary Michelson of his money not to mention the legal bills to come. * knows I have zero. They investigated and tried for five years to find a penny and couldn't. The Judge told them to stop harassing me so * sells, gives the less than worthless judgment to Alya. Alya is an idiot if she actually bought it. Alya Michelson freely admitted to her friends that she bought the judgment to harass and harm me in retaliation for my truthful blog posts about her. She's as vengeful as Gary Michelson. It's more interesting that Alya says she loves animals and education yet she is now friends with a woman who has not gone past the eighth grade whom the main USDA vet stated in writing caused bats "pain, suffering and death." * lost her USDA permit because of her behavior. "In May 2017 investigators finally located Mary Cummins and served her with an Order to Produce Statement of Assets and to Appear for Examination. She has been ordered to appear in California Debtor’s Court at 1:30 p.m. on September 18, 2017 where she will be grilled under oath about everything she owns, her income, assets, vehicles, expenditures, monthly living expenses, inheritance, trust funds, and all bank accounts she has access to.  Her assets will be seized shortly thereafter. One of the troll’s Russian victims recently joined *s collection team and has hired one of California’s top collection attorneys to enforce the judgment."

Alya's current lawyer has a long criminal history. His horrible reputation was so well known that he had to leave Ohio and come to LA. His name is still all over newspapers.com.

If Gary's wife, Gary bought the judgment he is now in legal trouble. Forging service of a legal document is a crime. I'm filing motion to quash and for sanctions. Alya may have bought it but Gary's money is paying for it and the corrupt attorney who forged service and filed the document under seal and not even noted on the docket. Alya clearly bought the judgment to harass me into taking this blog down. It's not happening. I've given copies of this blog to other people. Alya doesn't want people to know about her real history. Gary had no problem telling his friends that he got Alya from Russia in an arranged relationship. All those close to him know he's gay. He didn't want a real wife. He also didn't want a US citizen so he could hold citizenship and "ownership" of the children to control her.

When I first got these crazy emails from a "Russian" person I thought it was Alya Michelson but I had no proof so I said nothing. The crazy lady in Texas just stated that she is actively working with Alya Michelson to harass me. The crazy lady in Texas gave a judgment she had against me to a "Russian person" for $0 per Alya. It would be amazing if Alya used Gary's money and actually gave * money for the less than worthless judgment. Alya thought she'd be able to harass me with it. Here is the first crazy email I received.

"Hello Mary,
Barrington Legal is our current counsel. Please excuse my English not so good. I understand you have no money but we have plenty and would like to invest to build your business. We don't care about your past problems we saw the tapes. We care about our investment.
Hopefully we can grow your business. Let's please have no more threats as we find them childish and they serve no purpose and in our world insults only make you more respected.
Let's discuss as if we did not hold all the cards. We want to strike a fair deal and not spend more money on investigations but rather a business plan. But we can not loose face as in RuSSia reputation is important so we can either make big money as allies or we can continue to know each other as legal adversaries. How we spend our money is our business but I assure we can take you from penniless (as stated) to successful. I suggest you behave with goof manors as we are kind Russians not ones looking to continue the pattern of hatred which has been established. And we gladly support Bats as we love them. It's our money they love. We have spent more then 50 on legal to date and prefer money in your pocket not on these "dockets"!

Notice she uses the name of one of her kid's. It's a different name than the one on the legal document. After she sent me this email I forwarded it to Barrington Legal who instantly dumped her as a client. The substitution of attorney was instant. The current lawyer she is using is a corrupt lawyer with a criminal history, domestic violence... I told him I'd report him to the bar if the harassment continued. The judgment was transferred. There is no debtor exam, debtor hearing... No other action can be taken.

The crazy Texas lady stated Alya hired a private investigator to follow me, try to find where I live. Then they lied and said they know where I live and they served me with a subpoena for a debtor hearing. There is no subpoena filed in the case. There is no hearing or motion. If they lied and forged service, I will file a criminal complaint against them. I should have known Alya would have to be a bit off to agree to marry Gary Michelson. Since Alya has no job or income it means that Gary Michelson is paying for the private investigator, Alya's legal fees...

Below is an email that I sent to a lawyer about Gary Michelson. Gary lied to me when he said Dave committed fraud. Later Gary said Dave embezzled from him and that was also false. Gary Michelson admits investment gains on teak farms

Dr. Gary Michelson has publicly admitted many times that he made a lot of money off his teak farms.This of course is contrary to what he's said in sworn legal documents to police and the district attorney. He lies to them and says he lost money even though he made millions and millions of dollars on the deals. He also promised to spend all of the $1.3M he got on his foundations but hasn't. Temple U. grad studied medicine at Hahnemann (now part of Drexel U.). Made first fortune as a surgeon inventing spinal implants. Settled nasty intellectual property lawsuit with medical device maker Medtronic in 2005. Payoff: $1.4 billion. "I don't think I've spent one penny of that money." Set up 2 foundations: one supports scientific research, the other strives to save unloved pets. Says philanthropy funded by investment gains. Has planted 3.5 million teak trees in Costa Rica since 1999.

I was looking for some emails and found this from March 17, 2007.  I'm emailing a friend of Gary's.

"I just spoke to him (Gary). He was like "what is it Mary?" real sarcastic. I told him that Loftus was going to sue him for libel, slander, defamation, tortious interference with  his business. He said he 'would welcome the lawsuit.' He said 'Loftus is a very bad man'."

Loftus did indeed sue him for all these things and Gary instantly settled. Loftus did not take a penny. Gary actually owed Loftus money. Gary lied to the police, and everyone else, when he said Loftus embezzled and stole money. Gary knew that I knew the truth. I was there when he defamed Loftus to Boks, LAPD, Mayor's office.... Gary knew that I knew that Loftus didn't do that. Why then would Gary lie to me? Because he's crazy and delusional.

Gary Michelson, what's it like being an instant billionaire - Karlin, Found Animals Foundation

No one had heard of Dr. Gary Michelson until the $1.3B Medtronic settlement in 2005. Even though he lived in Los Angeles, California since 1980, he was not involved in social activities, philanthropic organizations, clubs and was not a part of the social scene. There are no photos of him at events or even with friends. As per quite a few articles Dr. Gary Michelson went to work as a surgeon, came home at night, walked his dogs then tinkered in his garage making medical products for spine surgery. That was it.

After the 2005 Medtronic settlement the media and everyone else was finally interested in Gary Michelson. He went from unknown obscurity to the Forbes billionaire list overnight. Who is this person who just won $1.3B in a lawsuit? The media started to interview Gary Michelson and he was ecstatic about the attention even though he didn't know quite what to do. Above is a photo of one of his first interviews at his home. He is wearing a 20+ year old brown suit with high water pants and brown shoes. He doesn't even know how to dress.

His early life growing up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and adult life here in Los Angeles, California was completely attention-free. He even stated in interviews and a book that his parents didn't care for him, never gave him positive attention or feedback. He stated he was not popular at school, was bullied and had no friends. He stated his only friend was his dog.

Gary Michelson is instantly catapulted from obscurity to up front and center. How does a man who has no social skills, no real socialization with people, no experience handling vast sums of money handle this? Not very well. He gladly accepts all the media attention and publicity. He is happy that people finally want to talk to him, do business with him and be his friend. But do they really want to be his friend or do they just want his money? Gary Michelson has no idea because he has no experience dealing with people or vast sums of money. He is ripe to be used by people because he lacks the ability to judge people or social situations.

After his $1.3B win everyone asks him what he'll do with all that money. It's the same question lotto winners are asked. In fact the next few years are strikingly similar to what happens to lotto winners and it's not pretty.

Gary states he will make two foundations and give most of the money away. He forms Found Animals Foundation and Michelson Medical Research Foundation in 2005. From 2005 to 2013 he barely gives away any money for his causes. Instead he is embroiled with the same problems instant multi-millionaire lotto winners face, i.e. how to invest the money, how to spend the money and whom to trust.

During these years he burns through advisors, friends and business partners. He ends up suing his own accountants, lawyers for "ripping him off." He ends up being sued by a business partner for fraud and defamation and settles. He sues his "best friend" claiming he ripped him off when he didn't. Gary Michelson becomes involved in some very nasty, petty and bitter lawsuits.

Dr. Gary Michelson defames me and commits perjury

I worked for the City of Los Angeles as an independent contractor through a grant from the Found Animals Foundation in 2006. I was paid hourly to help Ed Boks because his webmaster went on maternity leave and never returned. No one in the Dept knew how to update the website.

Ed Boks kept making huge mistakes getting himself in trouble. Every time I would warn him but he refused to listen. Finally Ed Boks blames me for his mistakes and I get fired. Boks apologized and said he'd make it up to me by getting me another job and grant. He doesn't.

I  kept asking him about the job and grant. Finally before the statute of limitations is up to file a legal claim, he tells me he has no job or grant for me. This was also after I refused his advances.

I found a lawyer, told him what happened, showed him all the emails. He said I should sue Ed Boks, the City, Gary Michelson and Found Animals Foundation. I stupidly said "Gary is a good guy. The Foundation is doing good things. How about we just sue the City and Ed Boks? Boks may be broke but the city is not. They can cover my damages and losses." He filed a suit against only the City and Ed Boks even though Gary and the Foundation were the ones paying my bill. Gary is the one who told me to do whatever Ed Boks needed done. If he didn't pay me, I would not have continued as a volunteer. I was going to quit which is why Boks asked Gary to pay me.

My attorney would put his phone on speaker phone when he spoke with the City attorney. In the first phone call the City attorney thinks my claims are fake. A week later my attorney hands over this huge stack of emails from Ed Boks. Ed Boks admitted to every inappropriate thing and mistake he ever made. He even apologized in email. The emails would embarrass the city to no end as Boks used to email drunk. I even told Boks to stop putting these things in email for fear someone would send in a state info act request. People actually did send in requests for the emails but the city attorney denied the requests making up one reason or another.

In the second call the City attorney instantly says "let's just settle this quickly and quietly." We go to mediation and mediate for an hour. The mediator comes back into our room and says "the defendants have a statement from your boss saying he fired you because you did a bad job." I said "what? that's impossible. Gary loved my work and said he didn't fire me." I asked "who signed that statement? Gary?" She said "I don't think so." I assume it must be Dave.

My attorney tells me to call Dave and see if he wrote a statement. I called Dave from mediation and he said he didn't write a statement. All this time I'm assuming my attorney would give me a copy of all documents he and the other side filed. I also assumed he'd read their replies. He didn't. At that time I thought the defendant must be making this up. There can't be a statement. Gary wouldn't write one. My attorney would have seen it.

I decided to go online and check legal filings. I find all these documents that defendants filed that I didn't receive. Defendants made a lot of totally false statements. Then I see Gary's sworn declaration. He stated he fired me because I did a bad job. I'm shocked. I call and leave a message, send a fax and letter. No reply. I ask Gary's personal close friends what is the polite thing to do here. Should I add him to the lawsuit, sue him for defamation, ask for a retraction...? They tell me to ask him to retract his statement. If he doesn't send another letter asking him to make things right. Still no answer state that I will be forced to sue. I did that, no reply.

In Gary's statement the name of his foundation is spelled wrong so I bet the city attorney wrote it and Gary just signed it. Gary also doesn't write anything. All he does is sign checks.

Gary does nothing to make the situation right. I had been supporting and defending him for two years and he stabbed me in the back. For the life of me I don't know why he did this. I never said or did anything against him at that time. He asked me to write a statement for him when he said he was going to sue Loftus. I agreed to but he never sued Loftus. Loftus sued him and got a settlement.

I was going to use the same lawyer Dave used to sue Gary for defamation. I spoke with him and he said I have a great case but he doesn't want to go after Gary again because his lawyers are ruthless. I decide that I should just lick my wounds and carry on.

Gary does not stop defaming me. He tells his employees, friends...that I defamed him. I have never defamed him. To this day Gary continues. I am now speaking out to set the record straight. Gary is not honest. He defamed me and lied in his statement. I wish I filed a motion for perjury and fraud against Gary in my case. Because of his false statement I barely got anything in my lawsuit even though I was in the right with a ton of evidence.
