Alya Michelson is working with a crazy lady in Texas to harass me - Gary Michelson

This is what Alya Michelson stated she will do to me. She is threatening to do these things to me if I don't remove the blog posts about her. FTR there is no court order. In order for there to be an order, there would have to have been a hearing where I was noticed. The order would then be online in the case. There is no order. There was no hearing or notice.

Alya bought the judgment through a straw man in allegedly "Russia." If she paid more than $0 she just got ripped off by *. * just cheated Gary Michelson of his money not to mention the legal bills to come. * knows I have zero. They investigated and tried for five years to find a penny and couldn't. The Judge told them to stop harassing me so * sells, gives the less than worthless judgment to Alya. Alya is an idiot if she actually bought it. Alya Michelson freely admitted to her friends that she bought the judgment to harass and harm me in retaliation for my truthful blog posts about her. She's as vengeful as Gary Michelson. It's more interesting that Alya says she loves animals and education yet she is now friends with a woman who has not gone past the eighth grade whom the main USDA vet stated in writing caused bats "pain, suffering and death." * lost her USDA permit because of her behavior. Below was posted by Alya's personal friend.

"In May 2017 investigators finally located Mary Cummins and served her with an Order to Produce Statement of Assets and to Appear for Examination. She has been ordered to appear in California Debtor’s Court at 1:30 p.m. on September 18, 2017 where she will be grilled under oath about everything she owns, her income, assets, vehicles, expenditures, monthly living expenses, inheritance, trust funds, and all bank accounts she has access to.  Her assets will be seized shortly thereafter. One of the troll’s Russian victims recently joined *s collection team and has hired one of California’s top collection attorneys to enforce the judgment."

Alya's current lawyer has a long criminal history. His horrible reputation was so well known that he had to leave Ohio and come to LA. His name is still all over newspapers.com.

If Gary's wife, Gary bought the judgment he is now in legal trouble. Forging service of a legal document is a crime. I'm filing motion to quash and for sanctions. Alya may have bought it but Gary's money is paying for it and the corrupt attorney who forged service and filed the document under seal and not even noted on the docket. Alya clearly bought the judgment to harass me into taking this blog down. It's not happening. I've given copies of this blog to other people. Alya doesn't want people to know about her real history. Gary had no problem telling his friends that he got Alya from Russia in an arranged relationship. All those close to him know he's gay. He didn't want a real wife. He also didn't want a US citizen so he could hold citizenship and "ownership" of the children to control her.

When I first got these crazy emails from a "Russian" person I thought it was Alya Michelson but I had no proof so I said nothing. The crazy lady in Texas just stated that she is actively working with Alya Michelson to harass me. The crazy lady in Texas gave a judgment she had against me to a "Russian person" for $0 per Alya. It would be amazing if Alya used Gary's money and actually gave * money for the less than worthless judgment. Alya thought she'd be able to harass me with it. Here is the first crazy email I received.

"Hello Mary,
Barrington Legal is our current counsel. Please excuse my English not so good. I understand you have no money but we have plenty and would like to invest to build your business. We don't care about your past problems we saw the tapes. We care about our investment.
Hopefully we can grow your business. Let's please have no more threats as we find them childish and they serve no purpose and in our world insults only make you more respected.
Let's discuss as if we did not hold all the cards. We want to strike a fair deal and not spend more money on investigations but rather a business plan. But we can not loose face as in RuSSia reputation is important so we can either make big money as allies or we can continue to know each other as legal adversaries. How we spend our money is our business but I assure we can take you from penniless (as stated) to successful. I suggest you behave with goof manors as we are kind Russians not ones looking to continue the pattern of hatred which has been established. And we gladly support Bats as we love them. It's our money they love. We have spent more then 50 on legal to date and prefer money in your pocket not on these "dockets"!

Notice she uses the name of one of her kid's. It's a different name than the one on the legal document. After she sent me this email I forwarded it to Barrington Legal who instantly dumped her as a client. The substitution of attorney was instant. The current lawyer she is using is a corrupt lawyer with a criminal history, domestic violence... I told him I'd report him to the bar if the harassment continued. The judgment was transferred. There is no debtor exam, debtor hearing... No other action can be taken.

The crazy Texas lady stated Alya hired a private investigator to follow me, try to find where I live. Then they lied and said they know where I live and they served me with a subpoena for a debtor hearing. There is no subpoena filed in the case. There is no hearing or motion. If they lied and forged service, I will file a criminal complaint against them. I should have known Alya would have to be a bit off to agree to marry Gary Michelson. Since Alya has no job or income it means that Gary Michelson is paying for the private investigator, Alya's legal fees...

California Attorney General office did not file reply brief. Dragging it out for more time? Gary Michelson

David A Voet of the California Attorney General's office did not file his reply brief. I'm sure he will file his brief. I would bet he's just trying to get more time. Appellees did the same in my appeal. I then filed motion for sanctions as they filed two 60 day extensions then didn't file a brief. Within a day the Appellees in my case copied someone else's reply brief and filed that. I believe it was someone else's brief because it had the information of an Appellant other than me.

I just hope Neil and Richard win this thing soon. Their lives have already been destroyed. Gary took every penny they had and destroyed their reputations.

Gary Michelson posts his home address online for patents, trademarks, funds, corporations....now he says it's private?

Gary Michelson has been posting his home address online for many years. His home address is on his patents and trademarks besides his money funds. Now all of a sudden he claims it's private information? Look at how many websites have his name and address? 4,140 websites only one of which is my blog.

Gary is so full of himself that he just recently applied for a trademark for the logo he forced other companies to post on his products. Again, he lists his home address. I don't think he can trademark something that's been online in other people's websites since 2005. They were already using that logo in business. This is ridiculous. Gary Michelson's attorney making lots of money off of Gary.

Maybe Gary Michelson is upset that I have added a similar image to my header banner? He already filed a DCMA and lost. I can use images for comment, education, parody. Not only that but when it comes to trademark, he'd have to show "trademark violation." I was once sued for this and won, see below.

The court indicated that Knight-McConnell had no standing to bring a securities law claim because she did not allege that she purchased or sold the stocks in question in reliance on any statement by Cummins. The court dismissed the trademark claim because linking to Knight-McConnell's site without permission was not likely to cause confusion as a matter of law:

"Even if we assume that plaintiff's name is a valid and protectible mark, plaintiff has not alleged that the defendant engaged in any conduct that is likely to cause confusion as to the origin of the defendant's website. I most certainly am not causing any confusion in regard to Dr Gary Michelson and his "technology." I am not a spine product inventor. I don't sell spine products. I don't have anything to do with Gary or his business. Not only that but Gary Michelson is no longer in the spine product business. He sold all his patents and retired years ago. I think Medtronic is the one who owns this trademark as they have been using the image for years.

Gary Michelson's Found Animals off the mark again - Forbes billionaire

Dr Gary Michelson's Found Animals Foundation is doing another questionable media blitz. This one is a play on words of the movie "50 shades of Grey." "50 shades of Grey" is a movie about a man into SMBD, i.e. sado masochism bondage discipline. Viewers have stated it's a movie depicting, encouraging rape, rape culture, sexual abuse, psychological torture and assault. Many women's groups are speaking out about the movie released in time for Valentine's day. Reviewers are also giving it a crap review.

None of that bothers Gary Michelson's Found Animals Adopt and Shop. Someone, doubt they were in marketing, I would guess clueless Aimee Gilbreath, again suggested they do a spay and neuter event using a play on words of the movie. It's called "50 shades of spay." You want to encourage people to spay and neuter their dog? What better way than to use a play on words of a movie that depicts rape, violence, assault and abuse. Below is from their website. They will give you $2,500 if you use a very inappropriate play on words about rape and abuse. Yes, $2,500 if you humiliate your organization and encourage rape, assault and abuse of women.

"Found Animals will award five $2,500 grants to spay/neuter groups that use the #50shadesofspay hashtag on Facebook this month."

This #50shadesofspay is all kinds of #50shadesofWTF  #50shadesofRAPE ... Either their media person is drunk, on drugs, doesn't speak English, or Aimee Gilbreath again came up with a horrible idea for media attention. It reminds me a little of Ed Boks' "Hooters for Neuters" event that back fired because he used a pic of a sexy woman in a wet bikini. Even Grumpy cat says #50shadesofNO

The last failed media blitz "Six packs Nine lives" was a calendar of sexy(?) men holding cats. That idea was roasted, ridiculed by so many people. The execution of the calendar of men and cats giving WTH expressions trying to look, I think, sexy, was an utter failure. If Found Animals sold SMBD clothing, adult toys, naughty magazines, it might make sense to do a play on words media campaign based on the tile of this movie, i.e. #50shadesofsextoys #50shadesofbondagewear #50shadesofwhips Unfortunately this is a spay and neuter campaign for cats and dogs who are basically our furry children. Teaming up the image of rape, sexual abuse, sex toy assault with cute cats and dogs is ..... I don't know, not a well thought out idea that brings up images of illegal and disgusting bestiality. Sexual abuse and animals ... no! It would be like the Catholic church doing a media blitz for #50shadesofpray #50shadesofjesus . This is what happens when Gary Michelson intentionally hires someone with NO animal experience, only business school experience to run an animal rescue foundation because he thinks all animal people are "crazy." Obviously he's been looking in the mirror. Mistake after mistake from Gary Michelson.

Dr Gary Michelson is a horrible neighbor besides an obsessed billionaire - Forbes, crazy

After reading the description of Gary Michelson's garden I started to think that Alya Michelson may not be behind it. I also wondered how he could build a huge rock wall and waterfall on the property. There was no huge wall in his backyard when he bought it in 2003. Plus, it's only .44 acres. I decided to do a little digging. So did Gary. He had to dig out his property, build a huge retaining wall then build the rock wall and waterfall.

If you go to the link below and type in 13140 and boca de canon, you will see a blizzard of building activity besides complaints from his neighbors. Gary's "garden" is beyond obscene. This is not the work of Alya. This is the work of an obsessed billionaire gone mad. Gary reminds me of William Randolph Hearst with this over the top garden. When Gary gets into something, he gets totally obsessed. He will never recoup the money he sunk into this garden. I also think he violated the hillside ordinance with this work.

I thought this might be Alya's work because she's posting about "her" garden on Facebook. Alya planted a little vegetable garden inside Gary's garden. Mice ended up eating the vegetables.

The home was built in 2002. Gary bought it new in June 2003 for $4,775,040. I visited Gary at his home 2006 a few times. It's two stories, 7,225 sf with 675 sf three car garage, swimming pool and spa as per permits. It's 6,887 square foot single family home has 5 bedrooms and 6.0 bathrooms as per Zillow.

Late 2006 after I'd last visited Gary started building a waterfall, rock wall, trellis and the current garden. He finished this work around 2011. I see no contractor. It says owner. Perhaps Gary used someone who was not licensed? I know a nasty local person who always hires people who are not legal with no licenses. This way they do the work and she doesn't pay them. They take her to court and she says "they had no license. I don't have to pay." She always wins. This sounds like something Gary would do. He is that evil and cheap.
