UPDATE: That was a private investigator following me. There is so much money involved in this litigation that it must be Alya. Their goal is to get this blog down by calling it an "asset" used to collect a judgment. All of the websites, blogs, videos together make ...$35/month with overhead wayyyyy over $35/month. This makes them worthless. Because they just want to delete the blog and not use it to make money they can't take it. I am allowed all exceptions. They can't legally take the blogs or anything else that I have which is nothing.

ORIGINAL: Now I'm sure it must be Alya. There is too much money financing this harassment. I have to lose this guy every time I leave. Richard also had black cars following him.

Finally caught the guy following me. I knew I'd seen this car before. I leave and this guy is parked down the block from me. He follows me on the street. I notice him and pull over. He passes me then he pulls over. I wait two minutes. I start driving again to get on the freeway. He follows me. I pull over again. He goes to turn on to the freeway but stops. I wait two minutes. He finally gets on the freeway. I wait five more minutes then I drive onto the freeway. The car is stopped on the far right lane of the 10 freeway waiting for me. I stop and he's forced to go ahead of me. I turn on my right turn signal and he does the same. He gets off where I'm getting off. Then I pulled up directly behind him hanging on his bumper and take a photo. He has no front plate and the rear is a paper plate. Dark tinted widows. He then peels out and speeds away. This is the car that's been following me for two weeks. I thought I was being paranoid and lost him the last two times. I wasn't paranoid.

They hired one lawyer and his permanently disbarred assistant. Both lawyers have severe mental health issues per the court. They are incredibly unethical. They did indeed try to get me arrested October 25, 2015 by switching subpoenas. They gave me one that just requested a hearing. When I showed up they said they gave me a different one that requested hundreds of documents. The disbarred attorney said "she has no documents. Jail." Alya's friends even posted the following on their blogs and websites before the hearing,

“on October 25, 2017 she will be arrested  and handcuffed; then her public mugshot will be taken at the LA County jail, wearing  an orange jumpsuit, with Cummins holding a placard with her inmate number on it.”

Lovely people. Gary and Alya want me to be assaulted in jail for posting the truth about their heinous activity.

Update about my case with Alya Michelson. I contacted Alya, her manager, Gary Michelson's manager David Cohen asking if they bought the judgment against me. I told them if they don't deny it, I will assume they did. They didn't deny it. Based on the amount of money being paid to corrupt lawyers it must be Alya Michelson. Plaintiff * and her Texas attorney Randy Turner both posted on their business pages that they are working with the "Russian victim."

I have a phone hearing tomorrow. I am requesting that they strike the bench warrant as the debtor hearing hasn't even happened yet. I was not even noticed of the hearing. Alya is in contempt of court orders to notice and serve me. I will be writing a motion for contempt against Alya Michelson and her lawyers requesting sanctions and jail time. Had I not been checking the docket I wouldn't have realized that anything happened and that another hearing was scheduled. I could have been arrested because of these illegal court actions. Alya Michelson is as bad and unethical as Gary Michelson.

Neil Campbell's bail reduced to $1,000,000

UPDATE: Bail was reduced to $1,000,000 and Neil is still in jail. He cannot afford the bail. It appears he'll be stuck in there until at least December. It can't be easy for him in jail. 

Neil Campbell has been in jail since June 7, 2013. The max they can keep him in jail pre-trial is six months. December 7, 2013 will be six months. Hopefully someone can post the $1,000,000 bond. I feel that the Judge reducing his bail from $10,000,000 to $2,500,000 to $1,000,000 is a good sign. Judge seems to realize he's not a flight risk and he was only accused of white collar crime. If the Judge were to look a little deeper, perhaps they'd see there was no crime at all.
