Web Sheriff violates "right to be forgotten" law? Claims Gary Michelson, Alya Michelson live in the UK

In order to have personal information removed about yourself via the "right to be forgotten"law in the UK you must state and show you are a resident of the UK. That means web sheriff lied and told Google that Gary and Alya Michelson are residents of the UK? You have to show an ID card from the UK with a physical home address in the UK.

Gary Michelson and Alya Michelson live in Brentwood, California 90049. It is stated in my places all over the Internet. They posted they live there.They publicly posted the name of their third child. You can find it by searching Gary and Alya Michelson. Gary named his kid after his dog. Gary also wanted public parts of a book about him and his purebred bought and paid for pitbull removed from the internet. Gary talks about Bull all the time. He even had replicas of Bull's severed head on a plate as awards from his foundation. I wonder if Gary has a fourth kid and it's a boy if it names it Bull after his other dead dog?

Gary Michelson wasting tons of money to remove things he himself posted and shared on the Internet

Looks like the sheriff has been suckering Gary Michelson into giving him more money to try to remove things. Two blogs posts were hidden from the uk version of this blog. They are still here in this website. No one in the UK even knows who Gary Michelson is. They also don't look at the uk version of this blog.

The blog posts were about Gary's 95 lb pure bred pitbull which he bought. Everything in that post came from public books and newspapers.

The other was about Alya Michelson hating Gary Michelson. In that post I quoted from a public media document where Gary announces the birth of his kid posting her full name. That is "private" information? Then why did he announce it to the world? Alya's posted pics of her kids online. Her daughter is incredibly cute and fortunately look like Alya. In odd coincidence Gary's kid looks exactly like the clone of Neil Campbell's kid. Maybe that is why Gary bought a light skinned blonde wife. He wanted a kid just like Neil's kid.

I just realized that Gary named his kid after his dead dog Grace. At least "Grace" is a pretty name. Here is the newsletter where Gary Michelson released the news of his new kid. Go sue them, Gary! Make them remove what they wrote from a religious newsletter. Page five from the below link,

They had no children, just a dog. These are public documents. I decided this morning to pay the $7 to pull this up. Below is a summary of Gary Michelson's divorce. I will not write his wife's name in text. She's been through enough. I'm very happy to see she got over this, found a nice man and is happily married. I will write her name as AA.

I was told that the agreement stated if she stayed married to him for one or two years, she would get $5 million dollars. Below is a summary of the divorce documents which are linked below.

All income each owned during the marriage is their own income. All property owned before marriage is still owned only by that party. Date of separate is June 3, 2002. Looks like she moved out of his house. July 1, 2002 AA filed a petition for dissolution of marriage. No children. Each party waived right to discovery. She cites irreconcilable differences, "Irreconcilable differences have arisen between the partes which have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage, making it impossible for the parties to live together as husband and wife."

Each agree there is no real community property. Following community property transferred to husband with all liabilities.

Any joint bank accounts opened by husband during marriage.

4728 Emerald Bay Dr, Arivin, California.

1/3 community interest in raw land in Arivin, California.

All interest in Paradise Lakes property. AA gets $215K in exchange for signing it over.

Any furniture, furnishings, appliances, artwork in husband's possession including but not limited to automobiles, Malibu boat and trailer.

AA gets all personal property in her possession including a wetsuit not currently in her possession. (Gary wouldn't just mail her back her water skiing wetsuit?)

AA waives spousal support but gets $25K.

Gary agrees to pay her automobile insurance, gas for car, cell phone bill until judgment is final.

AA got $200K while they were married. She can keep it. She can keep her wedding ring. That ugly 1999 Chrysler Prowler? She can keep that too. She gets house at 1724 N Rose, Burbank, CA which was in both of their name. She sold it in 2006 for $635K. She can use their credit card until judgment is final.

Below is a photo of a PT Cruiser which I took. It is not Gary Michelson's car. It is not his ex-wife's car. Gary Michelson paid the web sheriff $10,000 to send in a false copyright complaint stating that I took a photo of Gary's car. I did not. I proved this to DCMA. Gary and his silly web sheriff lost. That means Gary and his "sheriff" committed the crime of filing a false DCMA claim.

Gary was still not happy. He had his sheriff file another false complaint. The "sheriff" told Blogger and WordPress that Gary lives in the UK and wants his car to be forgotten. More huge lies by Gary Michelson. He lives down the street from me in Los Angeles, California. I see him walking around town. Why would he waste this money to try to get a photo of someone else's car removed from a blog? Crazy man.

They were together 2 years, 4 months.

AA filed for divorce. Gary did not reply. He lost/they settled by mutual agreement and judgment. He could not have replied or it probably would have voided their antenuptual agreement. Below is the divorce petition and final judgment.

His ex-wife seems like a genuinely nice down to earth person. She is a PhD is psychology. I bet she thought she could cure his crazy. She obviously did not realize how deep seated and permanent his crazy is. I'm glad she went on to a much better life and is truly happy. Gary deserves all the miserable shit that he gets.

The next most popular post is the one about Gary Michelson, the District Attorney and what I believe is corruption and abuse of power. The third most popular post is his family history. Turns out quite a bit of what Gary Michelson has said about himself is not true.  This comes as no surprise to me. Hypocritical Gary Michelson has a specially bred purebred pitbull named "Bull." 

"A ninety-five-pound American pit bull terrier with a square head green eyes, and a buckskin coat, Bull lounges poolside like a canine Johnny Weissmuller. Always nearby is his best pal, a sleek rescue whippet named Gracie. Bull packs star power. The muscles in his body show breeding that includes a weight-pull champion grandmother named Dragon." The book is copyrighted from 2007. That means it was probably made 2006 when Gary Michelson first started the Found Animals Foundation. I met him in February 2006 and met Bull and Gracie. Below should be Facebook video of a weight pull contest. These dogs end up with hip dysplasia, spinal injuries. Who would want their dog to do this?

If he wanted another pit, he should have adopted it from the shelter. The images came from Google book. They are free to share. The author allowed a few pages of her book to be posted. 

You can tell this is Gary Michelson's home because it matches the satellite view. Plus, I've been to his home. When I worked for him he worked out of his home. That is where we would meet. His dog is not neutered and he lets it roam. Gracie is indeed Gary Michelson's other dog. A hypocrite and irresponsible!

Below is a photo of Gary Michelson with Bull and Gracie. Forbes magazine said his "dog is the size of a couch." Gary is 6'1" or so for reference. I've seen the dog. This is the dog that was in the street when I arrived at Gary's home. I brought it into the house by its collar. That's when I saw it had testicles. Gary says "Hi, Mary" and I reply with "your dog isn't neutered!" He said "he doesn't need to be. He doesn't mount other dogs." Yes, he does. Then I told him his dog was in the street. He said "he doesn't go far. He's fine." 

Gary Karlin Michelson cropped his Bull's ears. I'm glad he didn't also crop his tail. Still, cropping ears is even more hypocritical.

More evidence that is his dog. He "adopted" Bull just like President Obama "adopted" Bo. Hypocrite and a liar. Bull is still alive. If he adopted dogs from 2002 forward, Bull would be 12. Bull is not 12 years old. If he adopted Bull, how does he know that his grandmother was a weight-pull champion? And, why would be brag about it? If I adopted an ex-fighting dog, I wouldn't say "He killed five dogs during his prime!"

Michelson remembers the first time he visited amunicipal animal shelter. The year was 2002, and he was seeking to curethe nuisance of ducks and geese living onthe Venice canals, where he lived at the time. "The city was killing these birds because they said they carried disease," he recalls. "So I went to the shelter to see if it was possible to move them out humanely."

That's when he saw dogs behind bars for the very first time. "It changed me," he says. "I was surprised. These animals deserved a life, and I realized that if I go to a breeder for a dog, one of these dogs would die."

From that day forward, Michelson has been a committed adopter who tirelessly urges his fellow dog lovers to choose the adoption option. "Every time you go to get a dog from a breeder, a dog in a shelter dies," he says simply. "You make a choice: Save a dog or kill one. And 50 percent of the dogs that are killed here in Los Angeles shelters are pit bulls."

Here's another thing. If he first went to the shelter in 2002 and saw the problem, why did he wait until 2006 to start to do something about it? He just let those dogs die in the shelter all those years. He probably visited West Los Angeles shelter. That shelter is almost nokill as it is. I'm starting to understand why Gary Michelson would align with unwanted animals, unwanted breeds, animals kicked out of the home. It's because he said his mom and dad did not want him.
