Richard Powers opposition to extradition - Gary Michelson, Alya Michelson, Russian

Dr Gary Michelson whose vengeance knows no bounds has spent the last 15 years straight going after anyone related to his ex friend Neil Campbell just because Campbell didn't want to be his friend anymore. Michelson's gone after Richard Powers, his ex-gardener and even me.

Gary's Russian mail order bride Alya doesn't like this blog. She is most likely using Gary's money to fund legal action against me. This includes filing false reports to government agencies and using slimy lawyers like James Little to fake service so I'd lose an ex-parte hearing by default. I later won the hearing because Alya's attorney James Little made a mistake because he was on drugs at the hearing.

Below is Richard Power's reply to the US request for extradition. Summarized both the US and Costa Rica state you can't charge someone twice for the same act. Statute of limitations for charging Powers in Costa Rica has run. Gary Michelson is using the Courts solely for the purposes of being cruel to Powers. Michelson also continues to go after Neil Campbell in Idaho. Gary Michelson is pure and utter evil. I feel bad for his kids. They are going to be so messed up just like Alya has become. Alya's alleged attorney had a ton of fraud, malpractice, breach of contract cases against him James J Little

If Alya or bat lady had dome some research they would have realized that James J Little, James Jeffrey Little, JJ Little has been sued for fraud, breach of contract, legal malpractice MANY MANY MANY times. He was a con man. He promised the moon and delivered shit then ran away with the money. These are just the people who sued him in LA County.

His mother the enabler Joann Remington filed a petition to control his estate in probate. I'm sure there's nothing left in it. It could be a stall tactic to keep his creditors away until the property is well hidden.

JJ told bat lady and her monetary enabler alleged Alya that he would have me thrown in jail. He would take away my assets i.e. the blogs. He would cause me to lose my licenses and permits... He would get an order to come to my house and take everything in it even items which belong to other people in the house. I knew all of that was impossible. Nothing happened except Gary Michelson allegedly just wasted thousands of dollars. I emailed Gary, David Cohen and Alya. I asked them to confirm or deny they were behind this as bat lady stated. They didn't respond.

UPDATE: 06/21/2018 James Little had an appeal open in the case he lost from his secretary. The lawyer who would illegally appear for James Little in court and claim he was indeed James Little promised the court he'd sign and file a substitution of attorney and party. He didn't so the case was dismissed. I knew it was just a stall tactic and stated so.

05/21/2018 Order filed. This Court, on February 5, 2018 issued an order staying all proceedings pending the substitution of appellant's Successor in Interest or Personal Representative. No substitution of party or substitution of counsel has been filed. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the stay order issued on February 5, 2018 is vacated. The appeal filed October 4, 2017 is returned to active status. On November 8, 2017 the Los Angeles Superior Court notified appellant of default. Although, appellant partially complied with the default notice, he did not pay the court reporter fees or deposit. The Estate of James L. Little is noticed that if a substitution of appellant's Successor in Interest or Personal Representative is not filed and payment of the court reporter fees or deposit is not made within 15 days of the date of this order, the appeal filed October 4, 2017 will be dismissed.
05/21/2018 Filed proof of service. On Respresentative for J Little re 15 days to comply with order or the appeal will be dismissed.
06/14/2018 Default notice received-appellant notified per rule 8.140(a)(1). the payment of the fees for the reporter's transcript have not been paid
06/21/2018 Dismissal order filed. THE COURT: On February 5, 2018, the Court directed Appellant James J. Little's counsel, successor in interest, or personal representative to file a motion pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 8.36(a) to substitute a party for the deceased Appellant in accordance with Code of Civil Procedure, sections 377.10-377.43. The Court admonished in the February 5 order that failure to take the required action would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. To date, no motion to substitute party has been filed. The appeal filed October 4, 2017, is dismissed.

03/02/2018 I notified the California Bar Association that James Little died so they could take my complaint against him and shove it. He had so many complaints against him that the California Bar Association ordered his death certificate so they could close out all the many, many, many complaints. Bar Association doesn't give a shit about the public. They only care about lawyers who pay dues. They even allow criminals like James Little to continue to practice after so many complaints, disbarments, arrests, legal malpractice lawsuits, fraud lawsuits... He died January 13, 2018 three days after our last hearing. The world is a much better place without him.

He died January 13, 2018 three days after I saw him at a hearing. Turns out he was in hospice and knew he was dying. He said in November that his mother JoAnn Remington came to visit and take care of him from Naples, Florida. His mother basically supported him and enabled his abusive behavior. She used to work for her PR company J Remington and Associates and ironically The Shelter for Abused Women & Children in Florida. With the help of his mother he screwed over all of his clients including Alya. He promised her he'd get this blog taken down and have me thrown in jail. Try as he might by abusing the courts he lost. Alya should have read his reviews. They were horrible. He promised everyone the moon then doesn't deliver anything. He makes a ton of mistakes then runs away with the money. The Court also ruled that no one can take anything from me. There will be no more hearings as there are no assets which can be attached. I wonder how many thousands of dollars Alya spent on this lawyer. Gary will be upset when he finds out Alya wasted his money.

JJ didn't look anything like the photo in the obit. Here's a pic of him from November 2017. This is the man who screamed at me, threatened me and tried to throw me in jail by not serving me with his ex parte motions. Then he threatened to throw me in jail for "forging a court order" which I never did and also for "tax fraud" which I also never did. He and Alya lost. They can't harass me again. I don't have to listen to this abuse man yell at me, threaten me and ask me questions about pornography. He literally talked about the porn biz at the hearing. I have nothing to do with porn.

The church where the service was held is for addicts. It's also the address of a law firm. Their lone Yelp review states they forgive the sinner. "This Bible Fellowship brings bible based Christian fellowship to Los Angeles community.   Traditional in Bible belief it rejects the sin but loves the sinner seeking a new life in Christ, rejecting abuse behavior,  lbgtq,  addiction,  and violence seeking mature healthy Christian family values." I highly doubt Little believed in any of that.

The Court has been notified that James Little is dead.

On January 29, 2018 the Court received a motion from on behalf of the Estate of James J. Little to extend all deadlines etc. A copy of all correspondence, orders, and notices will be sent to and to Little's email addresses until a substitution of attorney & party is filed.
02/05/2018 Letter sent to counsel re:     The Court has received notice that Appellant James J. Little is now deceased.

The California Bar Association just listed him as deceased. They got rid of his record. I saved it here. I also have the underlying files.

The bankruptcy court fully shut Alya Michelson down today. There are no assets left for anyone to take, no videos, no blogs, no cars, no bank accounts.... nothing. My assets don't even near any exemptions. They can't have anything.

Today Alya paid for * and Dottie Hyatt to fly from Texas to Los Angeles. James Little was there in his wheelchair with his side kick permanently disbarred attorney John Feiner. James Little walked up to the table and said he has an old football injury, from playing football with his son last weekend. He forgets he previously stated he had foot surgery months earlier. I'm starting to wonder if the "foot injury/surgery" is some pitty ploy for the courts. He does wear orthopedic shoes for old people but he walked to the table unassisted. Then James Little gets up there and says "where I come from in Virginia..." James Little was born in Ohio, went to school in Ohio, is not from Virginia. James Little changes his life history daily.

The bankruptcy trustee shut James Little down. There are no assets that can be liquidated. There is no need for more debtor hearings as there are no assets to take. James Little was just there to take more money from Alya Michelson. That was it. 99.999999% of the time the creditors don't even show for the meeting as it's not necessary. Another crazy day.

Alya paid for Dottie Hyatt, ** and John Feiner to just sit in a chair in the room. You paid for them to sit in a chair and do nothing. James Little walked from his chair to the desk. He didn't use his wheelchair. He didn't need anyone else but he sure charged you. He was only there a half an hour. How much did he charge you? He uttered nonsense to the judge saying he was a "secured creditor." Judge laughed at him and said "no you aren't!" Then Little said he feels a 2004 exam is in line. Judge laughed at him again. Eight years of debtor exams is enough especially when there are no assets. There is no reason for any debtor hearings if there are no assets. Any motion for such an exam would be denied by the court and objected to by me with ample legal reason. Sick people.

Little went on to say the car was donated for free, a lie. He said I spent Animal Advocates' money. Animal Advocates hasn't had any money to spend last few years. Judge asked me how much Animal Advocates has. I told him, $300 max. It's been that way for last few years because of the crap * has done to the non-profit. Plus, I used to be the main donor but can no longer afford it because of the evil things done by * et al.

Alya Michelson and her inept attorney finally showed their hand. I finally filed a complaint against the Texas attorney Randy Turner. Their "strategy" to get me arrested is to file a false complaint for forging a court order. This is rich because the Texas lawyer is the one who forged the order three times! I didn't forge anything. When will the insanity be over?

My reply to Randy Turner's reply. Randy Turner is so insane that he said I told the court that he chased and "body slammed" me. That is clearly not in my complaint. This attorney is older than me and my size. He couldn't body slam me if he wanted to. He most certainly never "body slammer" me. Why are some of Gary's, Alya's lawyers mentally ill?

True to form in the Texas court system I just received a voicemail which said all replies had to be in within ten days of a letter they sent. I just searched the entire Texas bar website, law, regulations and that's not true. The letter they sent had no return address or name. They wanted me to not see it. It was supposed to come from the Texas Bar Association but it didn't. It came from nowhere. I will continue.

UPDATE: I finally got a copy of the ex parte application filed by Plaintiff which they never served on me or even gave to me. It showed up on lacourt.org. More lies. Little via John Feiner stated that the hearing lasted past 5:00 p.m. so he couldn't go to the judge to request a continuance because the court was closed. Per the transcript the hearing ended at 3:46 p.m. All he had to do was go back upstairs to request a continuance but he forgot because he was out of it and incompetent. Little also lied and stated I didn't give him the documents he requested. I gave him all documents he requested that existed. I haven't heard anything from Little et al in three weeks.

Little's assistant Feiner accidentally told the court reporter to mail their original exhibits to me. The exhibits were supposed to be mailed to Little. They're not my exhibits. So much incompetence. Alya hired the worst lawyer in LA. We'll soon see if Alya wants to spend good money going after bad non-existent money. The judgment has negative value when you consider the legal costs.

UPDATE: 12/07/2017 I just filed for bankruptcy. Now the judgment is worthless. If bat lady got money from Alya for the judgment, she should give it back to Alya along with all her costs and fees in this case. All action in the sister state judgment case is now stayed. No more harassment.

UPDATE: Someone, I don't know who, filed an ex-parte application to get the debtor hearing continued. They didn't give me a copy of it. I replied blindly and won. The debtor hearing was completed.  I think they have to wait six months or a year to schedule another one. The new lawyer didn't even sign and file a substitution of attorney. They at least now realize that James Little is completely unqualified. He is not fit to be an attorney for anyone. Alya must have been the one who chose him because of her limited English. No way Gary would ever hire a fool like this. Gary has great lawyers which could easily bury me in a blizzard of legal docs. I found out that someone bought the judgment. The judgment is worth less than zero due to legal costs. How much did the fool pay for it? If it was Alya who used Gary's money to buy it, Gary will have her head when he finds out.

The goal of the lawyer is now clear. He stated off the record that he wants to state this blog is an asset so they can take it. Their goal is not to maintain the blog. It's obviously to take it down. They are using the judgment to quash freedom of speech. They know they can't sue me for defamation to get it down as it's not defamatory. As this blog has no copyright or ads it is not an asset. If you see any ads, they are Google's ads. I never had ads here for legal reasons. And again, this blog is free. Anyone can copy it and post it to their url, domain, blog addy...

ORIGINAL: At the end of my debtor hearing lawyer James J Little, James Jeffrey Little, JJ Little was spiraling out of control immediately before he lit a cigarette in the hearing room then proceeded to tell me about his addictions. He forgot to go before the Judge to get a continuance. I knew it at the time but said nothing. Sure enough there is no continuance. The exam was "completed." I think he can only ask for another one once a year maybe.

If this is Gary Michelson's money, it's truly shocking they, Alya would hire an attorney, lawyer who has a 28 year criminal history which includes alcoholism, drug addiction, mandatory psychological evaluations, mandatory psychology treatment, mandatory live in drug/alcohol treatment ordered by Judges, lying to the Court, lying to Judges, lying to the California Bar Association.... The guy was so out of it, under the influence of whatever drugs that he forgot to go before the court.

I'm starting to think * got naive Alya who doesn't speak good English to pay for the legal fees promising her that this blog will come down. No, it won't as it's not an asset as it has no ads. * knows that but Alya doesn't speak, understand good enough English to understand. * is ripping off Alya and Gary Michelson if they're paying for it. Trust me, you don't want to rip off Gary Michelson.

I think * thinks she can get the horrible videos of her causing bats "pain, suffering and death," "violating the Animal Welfare Act" removed from the Internet claiming it's an asset. In order to be an asset it has to have value, make money. There are no ads on this blog by me or the videos of * harming bats. YouTube, Google stated they can't have any ads as the content was deemed "not suitable for all brands/advertisers." They are worthless personal property.

If Alya/Gary is paying for this, * is ripping them off, cheating them. The lawyer only asked questions which * wanted asked to try to implicate me in some crazy conspiracy theories. Alya, if you're reading this, you've been HAD and just wasted a few thousand dollars.

UPDATE: 10/16/2017 Alya's lawyer James Little filed another reply to a motion which was heard last week. In his reply he defames and lies about me. He even included exhibits which prove he lied. He hopes that no one will bother to look at the actual exhibit. One good thing that came out of it is the lawyer finally admitted on the record that Plaintiff * wrote those 400+ defamatory blogs, websites about me.

10/13/2017 Gary Michelson and his money is behind the attack on me. Gary Michelson is using his money to influence the courts and to hire disbarred lawyers to lie and attack me. The lawyer says they will also go after penniless non-profit Animal Advocates. He knows they're penniless as he illegally obtained their bank records. Gary Michelson obviously wants to see people and animals dead. He is no "philanthropist." He is no "animal lover." He is just a hateful person who doesn't want the world to know how evil he and his mail order bride Alya Michelson, aka Alyaunte truly are.

ORIGINAL: I lost my motion to quash the debtor hearing, request for protective order, request to appear by phone and for sanctions against the attorney. Attorney James Little forged service, forged an email, forged notice, lied and told the judge the motion was previously heard and I lost. James Little said I always lie about not being served. The previous lawyers always served and noticed me. This is the first time a lawyer in this case forged service and notice. I made an ADA request for medical transport to the court for hearing and the judge denied that as well.

I've learned a great lesson. Lying, forgery, perjury, assault, harassment, defamation...all these horrible illegal things will be rewarded in the court room. Alya's attorney just lied and smeared me to the judge and the judge believed it without any evidence. I filed evidence to back up all of my allegations. They didn't even file a response. This is the American justice system, a total sham. Look at what Gary did to Neil and Richard. That is 100x worse than what I'm going through. Money rules. Liars will be rewarded.

Update about my case with Alya Michelson. I contacted Alya, her manager, Gary Michelson's manager David Cohen asking if they bought the judgment against me. I told them if they don't deny it, I will assume they did. They didn't deny it. Based on the amount of money being paid to corrupt lawyers it must be Alya Michelson. Plaintiff * and her Texas attorney Randy Turner both posted on their business pages that they are working with the "Russian victim."

I have a phone hearing tomorrow. I am requesting that they strike the bench warrant as the debtor hearing hasn't even happened yet. I was not even noticed of the hearing. Alya is in contempt of court orders to notice and serve me. I will be writing a motion for contempt against Alya Michelson and her lawyers requesting sanctions and jail time. Had I not been checking the docket I wouldn't have realized that anything happened and that another hearing was scheduled. I could have been arrested because of these illegal court actions. Alya Michelson is as bad and unethical as Gary Michelson.

Is Alya Michelson following Gary Michelson's horrible example of abusing the court for personal vengeance?

UPDATE: 10/02/2017 The "Russian victim" must be Alya Michelson because I don't know anyone else who has this type of money to pay lawyers to commit multiple crimes. Alya's attorney James Little filed another ex-parte for a bench warrant for my arrest for not appearing at a hearing which is a month away. James Little forged personal service and notice. He also got another disbarred attorney to sign a fake affidavit saying he served me via email before the last ex-parte hearing. He did not. That attorney is John Herman Feiner. Here's his bar record. He's obviously just like James J Little. He took a case in Ohio when he wasn't licensed there.  Orange County raided his offices, froze his accounts and took all his client files. Then Feiner lied to clients and courts stating the Orange County court order was void. Feiner also lied and said he could represent those clients even though he couldn't. I found that document. John Feiner is bipolar and on medication. "In the afternoon, Feiner's psychiatrist, Dr. Jeffrey Glass, testified that his patient suffers from a bipolar disorder and is on medication to control it. Feiner had waived his doctor-patient right to confidentiality. Apparently, Feiner called Glass Sunday to report a "significant decomposition of his condition. Glass said that Feiner has been a patient of his since 1998...on occasion (he's suffering)severe depression and associated symptoms, such as severe anxiety, to the point he is unable to function normally." "His doctor Glass testified that Feiner 'had suicidal thoughts' at the time of the shooting." "Schultz described Glass testimony as 'persuasive evidence' that Feiner 'suffers a serious mental illness." October 24, 2003. Feiner refused it. Then his client was found guilty and sentenced to 23 years in jail. So far Feiner is 3/3 losing cases that I see. It's good he was disbarred.

This guy is so slimy that he once stated that a 15 year old boy abused himself. Feiner represented the mother and boyfriend who were convicted. The Sheriff said Feiner was disgusting to attack the 15 year old victim with ridiculous allegations to the media. The Judge ultimately issued a gag order, "Prosecutor Brian Trehy and defense attorneys Jimmy Brown and John Feiner were barred from speaking to the media about the issue." Disgusting people.

For all I know Feiner could be dead.  Feiner is not dead. He emailed me. John Feiner is not allowed to practice law but he seems to be working with James Little at his office address per what Little filed. The address of the person who allegedly served me is the address of a mailbox service. They only list the main address and not the suite number for the person, if they exist. Obviously a fake address. There are major discrepancies in their documents. They lie then tell a different lie then a different lie. I filed a reply with request for sanctions for fraud, forgery and perjury. I will request that Alya and James be jailed for contempt of multiple court orders and forgery and perjury. If this is Alya she is fucked up and a horrible mother to her children. They will probably be as messed up as Alya and Gary combined sitting on a mountain of gold flinging their feces at the world. If I hadn't seen this filing online, I could have been arrested, thrown in county jail, assaulted, raped and maybe even killed. That's how hateful Gary and Alya are. 09/29/2017 The lawyer for the "Russian victim" filed another ex-parte without serving me. I'm going for more sanctions. I also have been receiving some very childish, disgusting anony emails. If this is Alya, she is having a mental breakdown. "Someone" sent me an anony email just saying "hahahahahahaha!" about the court action. If this is Alya, Gary is financially and legally responsible for his "wife." He could end up being liable for her actions. Whoever this person is, is spending a lot of money to harass me. They will be shut down at the next hearing. The attorney will end up disbarred.

09/27/2017 If this is Alya paying this crazy attorney to file these many illegal filings they lost in court! Just saw the minute order today. Judge ruled they didn't serve me with the subpoena for debtor hearing so the court refused to hear it. In the meantime they filed a proposed order for bench warrant for my arrest. There is no contempt of court filing so this makes no sense. The purpose for that was so they could post all over the entire Internet that there's a bench warrant for my arrest. There is not. They will lose in court which is scheduled in a couple of weeks. I'm asking for sanctions and to vacate the judgment. If this is Alya, she is more vengeful and disgusting than Gary. I believe it is Alya Michelson who tries to tell people she loves to help people, animals and the environment. Her art is love. Nope. Russian mail order bride trying to break into the music business over the age of apx 35. The music producer she says she's using is not a music expert. He worked on a couple of movies where music was not a major part 20 years ago. He's won no awards. I won't mention his name though she does.

UPDATE: Alya Michelson wants the blog taken down as she prepares to try to launch a music career. She is posting very old photos and videos to try to launch her career at the age of 35+. She doesn't want people to see her true history when her stories sound so much better.  Alya stated she was the first test tube baby in the world, false. She stated she sang the song for the opening of the Olympics, false. She recorded herself singing over the video of the opening of the Olympics. She didn't even enter the contest. Alya stated she was invited to the Olympics to sing, false. She was a volunteer for the Russian Olympic team. The photo of her looks like she was singing in a karaoke bar. Gary freely bragged that he basically "bought" Alya. Gary said it was a totally arranged situation to his friends. He didn't have a problem with it. Alya agreed to the situation. If Alya actually paid one cent for the judgment she, I mean Gary bought, she was just royally ripped off. The judgment has a negative value. That's why * wanted to get rid of it. * couldn't afford the legal fees to maintain it knowing there will never be any money.

She speaks in different accents to sound like a Japanese person who barely speaks English or a Russian who barely speaks English.

She is singing "Your Smiles" when the real 2008 Beijing Olympic theme song is "Me and you" sung in Chinese and other languages. And yes, she's singing in English, i.e "fo sho I kno zem all" is actually "for sure I know them all." She starts by talking as a Russian speaker who doesn't speak good English. Then she speaks to the Chinese people as a Japanese person speaking broken English, again to Chinese people. Then she says unrelated things in Japanese. I know this because people who speak Russian, Chinese and Japanese were making fun of her in Russian on vk.com. They even stated that she's a lousy singer. As far as I can tell Alya has never been a professional singer, dancer .... She appears just to stay home or at the offices of Adopt and Shop and take photos of herself with two other guys. A few weeks ago I was notified that someone had been assigned a judgment I have against me from a case of corruption in Texas. The case is almost as corrupt as the case against Powers but thankfully it's civil. The entity stated they are the "Russian victim." The only Russian I know is Alya Michelson. Alya feels she's a victim in that I have posted her real history. I know Alya is in communication with * in Texas. I pm'd Alya and asked if she was the person who had the judgment. I told her if she didn't respond, then I would assume it was she. Whoever it is, is using a straw man in Russia with a Russian address. The email is signed "Sasha." I'm not 100% positive that it is Alya. It could just be * pretending to be Alya.

If it is Alya, she is not using any of Gary's lawyers. She is using one James Jeffrey Little who was disbarred, suspended, on probation from the California Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association. I will post his criminal record below along with his mugshot.

Allegedly a few months ago someone served me with a subpoena to appear for a debtor's hearing. They never served it on me. An individual who is not a process server allegedly mailed it to an address where I haven't lived for years. He did it for no money. He sent it regular mail so there's no receipt. Obviously this sounds like it was not served on me or anyone.

I happened to notice that someone posted online that there would be a debtor hearing September 18, 2017. I filed a motion to quash with a hearing set for September 14, 2017. If anyone is familiar with LA Superior Court you know they are upgrading their computers. Documents are not showing up in the court room in a timely manner. The court refused to hear the motion as the original had not made it upstairs even though an identical courtesy copy was hand delivered to the court room.

I instantly filed a motion in the debtor hearing court but the soonest hearing date is October. Motion was hand delivered to the court well before the September 18, 2017 hearing. I continued to ask Little for a copy of the subpoena. I still haven't seen it. It's not available at lacourt.org. He also refused to serve me with his reply to my motion to quash. He tried to file it in the courtroom after the hearing had started. This means the court and I would not have been able to read it before the hearing.

At 4:46 a.m. today James Little sent me an email with a copy of his ex parte motion. His email said he served me the previous day. He did not. I instantly called the court at 8:30 a.m.. The court stated the Judge wouldn't appear today so it was continued to Monday. Lucky break. I then wrote and had a friend file and hand deliver my reply. The ex parte motion demanded a warrant for my immediate arrest for not being at the debtor hearing with requested documents. I still haven't even seen the subpoena! Plaintiffs have all of my financial records from 2010 to the present. I've responded to all interrogatories, requests for discovery... Alya or whoever was trying to get me falsely arrested and thrown in LA County jail where I most likely would have been raped and assaulted. This is the exact same thing Gary tried and actually did do to Neil and Richard.

"A domestic disturbance: The Cleveland lawyer confesses

When police showed up at 20563 Beachwood Drive in Rocky River, Ohio, an upscale Cleveland suburb, they were probably expecting to find just another domestic dispute. It was about 4 p.m. on Aug. 22,1996, and a 37-year-old woman named Pamela Davis had reported that her boyfriend had assaulted her, bloodying her mouth.

What the officers were not expecting was the dizzying tale that Davis began telling. She identified her attacker as James "J.J." Little, an attorney with Arter & Hadden, the big Cleveland firm. She said she'd met Little five months earlier at a bar and that although she was still married and had a young son, she and Little planned on tying the knot in December. She explained that Little had a $1,000-a-week crack habit, that it wasn't the first time Little had struck her, that one time she'd ended up in the emergency room, that Little was usually "a very gentle man," that she didn't really want to press charges, and that she was three months' pregnant with his child.

By this point it was clear to the officers that this was no ordinary lovers' quarrel. Davis turned out to be a local socialite on felony probation for buying clothes using stolen credit card numbers. In fact, she wasn't pregnant (and today denies ever telling police that she was). For his part, Little - who really did have a drug problem and who'd been calmly leaning against his Jeep in the driveway when the cops arrived, according to police - denied hitting Davis and claimed that he'd been trying to end the relationship.

Sometime during this dog day afternoon, according to the seven-page police report, Davis dropped another tidbit: Little, who had recently moved to Cleveland from California, was in possession of stolen paintings worth "millions of dollars" from Los Angeles. With that off her chest, Davis went back to complaining about her boyfriend's crack habit.

Within a few months the FBI had linked her story to an unsolved art theft back in L. A. Confronted by a pair of agents in February 1997, Little struck an immunity deal, then led the feds to a storage locker outside Cleveland rented by his mother, using the name of the family gardener. Inside were two cardboard boxes. The first contained Pablo Picasso's "Nude Before a Mirror," painted in 1932 and once owned by Henry Ford. The second held "The Customs Officer's Cabin in Pourville," painted by Claude Monet in 1882.

Little explained that he had brought the artwork to Ohio after having been given it to hold for "safekeeping" several years earlier by his former boss in L.A., James Tierney, an entertainment lawyer whose clients had included actor Timothy Hutton and singer Gloria Estefan. Where had Tierney gotten the paintings? He'd taken them, as part of a cunning insurance scam, at the behest of a friend who owned them: a retired eye surgeon named Steven Cooperman, who would become the feds' first big link to the alleged fraud at Milberg Weiss."

Here is the docket for this case so you can see all the scary charges against James Jeffrey Little. No one should ever use this guy as a lawyer. Every time he gets in trouble with the law it looks like he rats out a client, coworker, friend. That's how he was able to get immunity in the art theft case and this false tax return case. Maybe that's why they went after him, i.e. so he would turn on a bigger fish. He is the reason they found the stolen art and charged the original person with insurance fraud. Such an idiot to brag to a girlfriend about possessing stolen art. His girlfriend then went for the $250,000 reward.

2017, May, Little was sued for sexual harassment and over time, Noemi Bernal v. Little PC et al, case number BC571188 and lost recently, “Little’s conduct “was malicious and was intended to oppress, humiliate and denigrate plaintiff and was totally without justification,” Bernal said. During that case it was shown that Little's mother set up his corporation because he wasn't trusted with money. There were dual organizations in order to shield Little from having to pay child support and to hide assets per Plaintiff. "In her suit, Bernal originally claimed Little would touch her leg and backside in public and frequently expressed an interest in a romantic relationship."
