Gary Michelson isn't truthful about donations to medical research - Forbes billionaire

Gary Michelson claims he donated over $100 million to cutting edge medical research. http://michelsonmedical.org/what-we-do/ Unfortunately that is not true.

As per his tax return below he donated $100 million to his medical research foundation. The money is still sitting there. He didn't spend it on medical research.

Sounds like he may be using DAF to avoid, evade taxes. That's probably the main reason why he started these non-profits in the first place, i.e. he hates paying his fair share of taxes.

He already got in trouble with the IRS for tax evasion on illegal tax write offs as per his lawsuit against Proskauer. Maybe that is what's happening here?

Remember he also offered a $75 million prize in 2006 or 2008 I think. It's been years and he hasn't awarded the prize even though he was given drugs which cause permanent sterilization. Gary enjoys dangling meat in front of dogs.

California Attorney General office did not file reply brief. Dragging it out for more time? Gary Michelson

David A Voet of the California Attorney General's office did not file his reply brief. I'm sure he will file his brief. I would bet he's just trying to get more time. Appellees did the same in my appeal. I then filed motion for sanctions as they filed two 60 day extensions then didn't file a brief. Within a day the Appellees in my case copied someone else's reply brief and filed that. I believe it was someone else's brief because it had the information of an Appellant other than me.

I just hope Neil and Richard win this thing soon. Their lives have already been destroyed. Gary took every penny they had and destroyed their reputations.

Gary Karlin Michelson is supposedly married to Alevtina Shchepetina from Russia. They supposedly have two kids named Sasha and Isaiah. The wife named the children after her family. Gary did not care what their names are. He probably makes them either live in a different house or on the opposite side of the house. All I know is Alevtina sleeps with the dog which she jokingly calls her "husband."

Dr Gary Michelson throws around totally false numbers, billionaire, Forbes

In Dr Gary Michelson's PR video for 20 Million Minds he throws out some totally false numbers. Did he find these numbers himself? Did someone give them to him? He stated that 385,000 start college/university but only 30,000 finish. That would be less than 10%. I dug up the correct figures. 66% of people in the US who start college/university finish, not 10%. This is very recent independent data. He said they don't finish because of the cost of text books. Not true! The reason they don't finish is cost of the education, fear of student loan debt and need to make a living.

I was on full scholarship at USC. Back in 1982 is was $18,000 a year. I was allowed to take up to 22 units per semester. Most people took 16 which is four classes. I was like if I can take 22, I will take it. Free education. My books cost me $100 per semester net. That means I bought $300 worth of used mandatory books but would sell them back to the book store at the end of the semester. $18,000 a year to go to college verses $200 for books. Hmm? I can afford the $18,000 but not the $200? The cost of books is clearly not why people drop out! What idiot would ever think that's the reason for college dropouts? I also got free dormitory and food but I still had a job to pay for extra things such as medical, dental, clothing... Only kids with wealthy parents didn't have to work. I was lucky to have a scholarship.

The consensus of most current articles on the benefits of having a degree is that it's not worth the student loan debt or cost. The only reason one would want a degree is if they must have it to be a doctor, lawyer, engineer, architect. Why does Gary Michelson always throw around these crazy statistics? Is Dean telling him this just so it looks like the foundation is needed so he can have a job? In all honesty it'd make more sense if he donated his money to groups who have been doing these programs for 20 years.

I was going through documents and spoke to some of Gary Michelson's ex-friends. I re-read the false and perjurious statement Gary Michelson made about me. There are many glaring errors.

One, he keeps calling his foundation the "Found Animal Foundation." Gary Michelson always corrected people. It's the "Found AnimalS Foundation." If Gary wrote that statement he would have spelled the name of his foundation correctly. He misspells the name every single time which was five times in a row on one page.

Two, he states his foundation is private. It's not private, has never been private. It's a public 501 3c charitable organization founded December 2005.

Three, Gary Michelson stated that I chiefly interacted with Dave. I mainly interacted with Gary. I spoke to Gary all the time, met with him four times. I only met with Dave twice.

Four, he states when he saw my work he was "dissatisfied with the quality of my work." Gary only saw my report on "The Economics of Animal Control." He said he loved my work. He said the same to other people who emailed me the same. Dave even told me that Gary told him he loved my work.

Five, he states "because of her poor performance, we terminated our relationship with Cummins." He previously told me and others that he loved my work, I'm "brilliant," "smart...." He states "we" terminated our relationship. Dave is the one who told me he was "taking the foundation in another direction," i.e. kiosks and microchips. For that reason my "services were no longer needed." When I called up Gary because I hadn't received my check he said "I was out of the country. I had no idea you were terminated at all. I need you to write a legal statement for me about Dave. I need you to find Dave because the police will be arresting him. He stole, embezzled $200,000 from me. He's a very bad man." Obviously everything Gary said about Dave was defamatory and false. That is why Dave sued Gary and Gary instantly settled with Dave.

Six, Gary saw my presentation at the February 2006 "Ed Boks meet and greet." Gary told Dave he was very impressed with my presentation and work. I made a new free website for the City of Los Angeles. In fact Gary ended up paying me to work on the city website when the city lost their web person to maternity leave. Gary hired me based on my presentation at that meeting. He said "I was very impressed with your work."

As I read these other court documents Gary Michelson has no problem perjuring himself repeatedly. The worst perjury was when he said he had a signed, written contract with Philip stating he would only get 6% commission. He keeps stating he'll produce it then he finally says it doesn't exist. The agreement was oral. That is pivotal in his criminal and civil fraud cases.

The other main perjury is when he tells the LAPD, DA, Civil Judge, the media, anyone who would listen that he was defrauded of millions of dollars, he lost millions of dollars. "Neil is skiing with my money in Idaho." Neil and Philip did not take one cent from Gary. Gary did not lose one cent. Gary made millions of dollars, upwards of $75,000,000 by my math.

I just hope that Gary Michelson's lies and perjury come to light so the world can see that he's a total liar. They also need to drop the charges against Philip. If anyone is ever contemplating doing any business with Gary Michelson, they should think twice. If they insist, written notarized contracts with witnesses. Don't ever become his friend. Don't go waterskiing or snow skiing. Just do business, nothing more.

Dr. Gary Michelson vs Benjamin Franklin. Ben would have hated evil selfish Gary

It still really irks me that Dr. Gary Michelson dare compares himself to Benjamin Franklin. That's like someone comparing the Devil to God. They are total opposites. Ben Franklin must be spinning in his grave. I bet he wished he invented a time machine so he could come to 2014 and punch Gary in the throat so he'd shut the hell up. What Gary said is a total insult to Ben Franklin. I'm still shocked he didn't know that Ben had no patents and was against patents. Why didn't Dean Flores who works for Gary or Ondi Timoner who wrote the article and made the video do some fact checking? They look like total idiots. This is what happens when you surround yourself with ass kissers.

These free books is what a real philanthropist does. He posts free ebooks online for anyone to download. Gary Michelson who says people can't afford books wants to charge people for books. Gary Michelson wants to make money charging people for material which is free for all. I may make a page showing students where to get free eTextBooks so they don't have to pay Gary Michelson. One last comment. Gary Michelson will sue the shit out of someone for even thinking about an object to put in a spine. He will spend $50,000,000 to sue you even if the product you are thinking about has nothing to do with his patents. Now that Gary Michelson started 20 Million Minds he wants to steal the copyright from writers. That's like people stealing his patents. If he steals a copyright and takes, steals money from text book authors, publishers, that's okay. If someone were to infringe on one of his patents, he'll sue them until they are penniless. Patent, trademark, copyright...all the same thing. Gary Michelson is so blind he can't even tell what he's doing.

Benjamin Franklin was a brilliant person who invented many useful things which have helped people. He hated the idea of patents. He freely gave these inventions to the people. That is a good person. Gary Michelson is the exact opposite. He STOLE an idea (threaded spinal cage) from two people and just ran to the patent office first to patent it. He beat them by a few months. He'd never even made the product before. That is his main patent. He really shouldn't even be in the inventor hall of fame. He should be in the invention thief hall of fame. Then when others tried to make something similar to what he stole he sued the shit out of them. That is a very, very bad person.

My manuals, articles, photos, videos are all online for anyone to use for free. I want to help people and animals. The only thing I don't allow is for people to make money off my photos and videos because I have ads on them. That would take money from my non-profit. The proceeds from my ads go to my non-profit which desperately needs funds.

Again, there is a huge difference between Benjamin Franklin and Gary Michelson. Benjamin Franklin cared about helping people. Gary Michelson hates people. Gary Michelson also hates animals. He could be sterilizing animals right now with current drugs and saving lives but he wants to steal someone's drug so he can patent it and make money instead. Animals are dying because of Gary and he doesn't care.

Happy belated birthday to 65 year old Dr. Gary Michelson an official senior citizen

Obviously I'm not wishing him a happy birthday. He's not a nice person. He just turned 65 on January 14. Imagine, a senior citizen just had his first kids. It was probably ala turkey baster but that's not important. Imagine having your first kid as a senior citizen. That's when you would have great grandkids but not kids. He may not live to see them into adulthood but I doubt he cares. He just wanted someone to carry on his name and "legacy." He will probably force his kids to honor him.

Below is a photo and post that I am using for non-profit education and commentary. It's a photo of Gary's older brother Eric with his first grand child. This is a happy, well adjusted sane person. Gary Michelson is VERY different than his brothers. If you look at the photos below of Eric and Gary they even look very different. I really think something is wrong with Gary.

Eric and Gary were in the same grade in high school even though Eric is older. Gary was extremely jealous of Eric stating he felt cheated. Gary always feels cheated. Gary thought he didn't get enough attention from his mom and his dad called him "stupid." He talks about his resentment and hatred toward his family in the book "Inventors at Work" chapter five. He has some deep seated hatred. If you look at his high school year book Eric is good looking, popular, did well in school, was part of many groups. Gary is the only student who only went to school. Eric wanted to be a doctor. Gary wanted to be a lawyer. What's really odd is they had different addresses.

Gary Michelson has wikipedia page for his Michelson Prize

I'm sure his employees are behind it like they were behind his wiki page. I believe I already admitted here that when I worked for him I updated his wikipedia page. I will obviously have to do some editing to make this new page factual. They left off the part where Dr. Gary Michelson will own anything they create or invent. Whatever is created or invented must be able to be patented by Dr. Gary Michelson so he can make money selling it. It's not about ending pet overpopulation. It's all about Dr. Gary Michelson making even more money and getting his ego stroked. They also left off the part where he hasn't awarded the prize to anyone and it's been over five years.

I read an article last week about billionaires. It was interesting. It says they are so consumed and focused on only money that pennies will drive them insane. If someone over charges them $20, they will go crazy with rage, threats, lawsuits, yelling. Then supposedly the next second they will donate $50,000,000 to a charity and not bat an eye. This doesn't really apply to Dr. Gary Michelson. Yes, he will rage over a $40 cake that only has $1 worth of flour and eggs but he won't donate $50,000,000. He will just say that he will donate the money, then he won't donate the money. He may even lie and say "I donated $50,000,000! I'm Dr. Gary Michelson and I'm filthy stinking rich and charitable!"

I'll try to find the article about billionaires. Some of it related to Gary, i.e. obsessed with money especially pennies. It also said almost all billionaires came from money. Gary Michelson likes to say he graduated from high school then was on his own working his way through medical school. His grandparents who raised him had money. I bet they paid for his education and the education of his brothers. It also said most billionaires are very educated and come from educated families. 99.99999999% of them are not rags to riches stories.

Dr. Gary Michelson demands credit, attribution, ego stroking from others

When Dr. Gary Michelson the Forbes billionaire sues people and companies, he doesn't just want money. He demands that they give him credit, attribution and stroke his ego. Gary Michelson sued Medtronic, Nuvasive and Zimmer and got a settlement. That was not good enough. He made them put a tribute page to him in their websites. Below are the pages. They read like copy and paste of each other. Gary must have written them.

Gary is not even board certified. He's not a surgeon anymore either. His medical licenses are inactive, expired. He hasn't dedicated his life to finding relief of spinal pain. He's dedicated his life to suing people, getting money, forcing people to kiss his ass, beating people to death with his wallet and filing false criminal complaints against people for personal reasons.

Dr. Gary Michelson also forces them to display a photo of himself taken over 20 years ago that looks nothing like him. He also makes them put stickers that say "Michelson technology at work" on all their products.

If you look at the sitemap for Nuvasive, there is only one tribute page in their website and it's for Gary Michelson. Same with Medtronic. Gary Michelson goes even further. He makes them put his name all over the packaging with stickers. Yes, Gary demanded stickers. I'm amazed Gary didn't force the CEOs of Medtronic and Nuvasive to tattoo his name on their foreheads.

When Gary Michelson was inducted into the patent hall of fame, he himself gave them a 20+ year old photo of himself to post. Gary doesn't look anything like this photo. 20 years ago he used to let his hair grow longer then he'd shape it to make it look like he had a normally shaped head. He's since given up on that and just trims it super short. If you see him in person you can see why others stated he looked like a pin head.

Gary Michelson forced Medtronic to also give him credit for the act of putting an object in someone's back through a guard. Yes, Gary Michelson owns the patent to "putting something in someone's back through a guard."

People have been using guards for surgery and home building materials for at least 100 years. Medtronic is willing to give Gary credit for this "system" just so they don't have to end up in a lawsuit with him again. Gary is that abusive in lawsuits. In fact Al Gore recently decided to give Gary Michelson credit for inventing the Internet.

The patent system makes no sense. I should probably patent the system of breathing air. Then I can hold the world hostage until they give me money and wear shirts that say "Mary is the best!"
