Dr Gary Michelson Attacking Los Angeles City and LA Animal Services

In 2005 billionaire Dr Gary Michelson started Found Animals Foundation. I was at the meeting where he stated his goal was to quickly and easily end pet overpopulation in Los Angeles using his keen intellect and money. He initially offered a $75,000,000 prize to anyone who could invent a one shot permanent cat, dog sterilant. He later offered grant money just for research toward that goal. He worked with a camera crew who was at that initial meeting to document the "miracle" he was about to perform. They were going to make a documentary about it. 21 years later and he never awarded the prize and wasn't able to end pet overpopulation in LA as he promised. No documentary either.

Yesterday Dr Gary Michelson penned an Op-Ed piece in a small local online site called Westside Current, see link below. In the Op-Ed he attacks the City of Los Angeles and LA Mayor Karen Bass blaming them for not reducing pet overpopulation because they only increased the Animal Services Department's budget by 1.6%. Michelson claims the problem is that the city isn't providing enough money for spay neuter funding. He claims "The cause is fixable and well understood." If it were so easy, why wasn't he able to solve the problem himself as he promised 21 years ago? He goes on to say "I have spent the past two decades working to expand access, directing more than $15 million toward spay and neuter services in Los Angeles and investing over $31 million in the search for a safe, nonsurgical sterilant for cats."

Michelson stated not providing enough funds for spay neuter caused the following. "Over the past six years, the City’s animal-related liability payouts increased 65-fold to over $7 million in 2025. Sanitation costs are in the millions and rising, with 31,000 dead animal pickups last year." The animal related liability payouts had to do with dog bites of employees in the shelter. The dead animals picked up include wildlife, indoor kept pets who died indoors, small farm animals and owned free roaming pets. They are not all the direct result of less spay neuter funding.

Michelson stated "the City continues to increase funding elsewhere, including a $160 million investment in policing in this year’s proposed budget." He should know by now that the City responds to the desires of the citizens who stated they care more about more police officers than a larger budget for Animal Services. The City responded to a city wide poll. It's not really up to the City or Mayor.

At the end of the Op-Ed is a pdf chart of LA Animal Services statistics for the last two years, see link below. The chart shows intake is up 1% and live outcome is down 5%. It shows more spay neuter coupons issued but fewer redeemed. The Department has the same problems it's had for years and a few new ones. Mayor Bass isn't responsible for the actions of previous Mayors and GMs of Animal Services over the last 20 years. Dr Gary Michelson knows about all these issues and said he would solve the problem once and for all back in 2005. He's now complaining that the City didn't solve the problem he said he could and would easily solve.

I follow the Department closely and realize it's a huge problem to solve. I actually agree with most of what Michelson said in his Op-Ed about the many problems facing the Department of Animal Services and the City. It's just rich to see him complaining and blaming the City today for something he said he could easily fix back in 2005. These problems are sadly never as easy as some people believe.

20 Year Old Promise by Gary Michelson Never Kept, Found Animals Foundation

20 years ago back in 2005 Gary Michelson founded the nonprofit organization Found Animals Foundation. Gary Michelson stated his goal was to end pet overpopulation through spay and neuter. He offered a $75,000,000 Michelson prize to anyone who could give him a one shot permanent cat dog sterilant he could patent and profit from. Gary never ended pet overpopulation. He didn't develop the one shot sterilant. He never awarded the $75,000,000. Pet overpopulation is even worse today. What went wrong?

Nothing went wrong. Gary never intended to keep his promise. Gary is clearly not capable of developing a one shot sterilant. He kept telling everyone his magnificent brain combined with his millions would invent the drug and end the cruel and inhumane euthanasia and death of unwanted pets. He never really even tried. He had someone else run the organization and they had their own agenda. First it was microchips which don't save lives. Then it was pet kiosks which don't save lives. Then it was small grants for small research projects which probably cost some animals their lives.

I was there at a meeting at Kathleen Riordan's house in December 2005. Gary had a movie crew who was filming this "amazing life saving adventure." They were going to make a movie and release it once he ended pet overpopulation. Ha! I also took video of that first meeting which I still have. Gary got up and told everyone that he would end pet overpopulation and euthanasia through spay neuter. Everyone cheered including myself. I really truly believed he could do it.

At that time I thought he was an amazing brilliant inventor. I didn't realize that the only profitable and real invention he patented wasn't even his own. He took the idea from a horse vet and just patented it first. Gary is good at filing patents with patent attorneys. He's not actually good at inventing life saving devices or drugs.

I was so supportive of Gary and his goal that I ended up working for him. I wanted to make sure he ended pet overpopulation and animal suffering. Over time I came to realize that he didn't care about the goal or even animals. He didn't spay or neuter his own animals. He let his dog walk off leash in the street. He let his unneutered dog go to the dog park and hump other dogs.

After a year or so he made no progress on his goal not even first baby steps. People started to hound me for progress reports. I told them his work takes time. Give him a break. After a few years I realized he wasn't even making any progress at all toward the goal. He then offered a lesser prize for grants in animal reproduction. He gave smaller amounts of money to groups who did small studies which were worthless and meaningless besides a waste of funds. He just wanted people to believe he was doing something so they'd stop hounding him. He just wanted people to believe he was a philanthropist helping animals.

Finally Gary tired of all of it and stopped doing anything. Now he just hands out a few bucks to an animal group here and there. Some of the recipients are very suspect and don't even help animals at all. Gary doesn't care. He's done with his Found Animals Foundation.

The below is the most recent summary of his Found Animals Foundation IRS filing for 2023. Total assets $14,432,052 Total expenses $7,740,700 Total giving $1,403,552. He spends the nonprofit's money on parties, awards, events and grants/gifts to friends. There will be no one shot sterilant from Gary Michelson. There will be no end to pet overpopulation. There will be no end to animal suffering. Gary could have done it if he wanted to but he just doesn't care. The organization is now just a tax haven and fund to give money to friends.

Update Gary Michelson Dog Bite, Extortion Lawsuits. Alya Michelson

The dog bite, extortion lawsuits just get messier. One thing confirmed was that Blue was not neutered. He wasn't neutered because he's a "purebred show dog." I know Gary had dogs involved in dog pull. Is this the show he's talking about? Why is Gary still buying purebred pitbulls when so many animals die in the shelter? He doesn't practice what he and his nonprofit preach. He just got the dog neutered recently.

"At the time of the dog park incident, neither of their dogs were neutered. Michelson said in a text this was to allow Blue to compete as a purebred show dog. He said he opted to have Blue neutered last month because of the difficulty of participating in competition with a dog whose breed is not recognized by the American Kennel Club. "As I am a champion for S&N [spay and neuter], I gave up and had him neutered," he texted."

I think Gary's dog is dog aggressive not human aggressive. Many pits are. I think the lady was bitten trying to break up the dog fight if it happened. I don't think the dog attacked her but who knows. I wasn't there.

This all could have been avoided if Gary neutered his dog, kept it on leash only and didn't take it to a dog park. I had a pitbull and never took it inside a dog park. I only walked mine on a leash. Mine was neutered. It also could have been avoided if the woman knew the meaning of extortion. Extortion is a crime. Threatening to have Gary's dog killed was too low. That would have never happened. At worst Gary would be forced to keep the dog at home and muzzled in public in the city of Los Angeles.

Another interesting thing is Blue is allegedly Gary's "service dog pet." Do they mean emotional support animal? Blue is not a trained guide dog for disabled people. Does Blue predict seizures? Gary isn't blind or deaf. Maybe Gary just lies so he can take Blue anywhere he likes. Who knows.

UPDATE: LA Times still has not mentioned or done a story about the alleged coverup. NY Times did a story. Other media picked up that story which is how I saw it.

ORIGINAL: Gary Michelson's dog Blue the unneutered blue nose pitbull? allegedly bit someone and their dog in a park in Brentwood. How many times have we all stated this would happen with his unneutered pitbulls. Was Alya the one walking the dog? Just pulled up the lawsuit. I think she was. They said a "she" was walking the dog in the off leash dog park and Alya is a defendant. She clearly can't control the dog. I never took my pitbull to an off leash dog park. She posts photos of herself with a blue nose male unneutered pitbull walking around town and in her fake model shoots. Below Instagram still from video September 2023. Is this the dog? Many more photos of this dog on Facebook. We all know Gary Michelson buys purebred pitbulls then doesn't neuter them. Everyone tells him to neuter them but he refuses. I told him this myself first time I went to his house and saw his dog walking in the street.

Below is from the lawsuit. Alya is in Brentwood all the time. Gary and Alya live in Brentwood. Kids go to school there.

"Defendants were the owners and/or keepers of the subject dog that attacked Plaintiff,

and one or more of the Defendants and their dog were present at the Veterans Barrington

Park, 333 South Barrington Ave., Los Angeles CA 90049 (mary cummins: off leash dog park) on August 9, 2022.

On August 9, 2022, Plaintiff was walking with her dog on public property within the

Veterans Barrington Park, 333 South Barrington Ave., Los Angeles CA 90049. Defendants'

dog ran toward Plaintiff and her dog. Defendants' dog charged at Plaintiff and her dog,

and attacked and bit Plaintiff while she was protecting her dog. As a result, Plaintiff

suffered severe injuries.

Defendants' dog had a propensity to run toward people and other animals and aggressively

come into contact with them, attack them, and bite them against their will. (Mary Cummins:Seems others at the dog park allegedly confirmed this per Plaintiff). Upon

information and belief, Defendants' dog had attacked and/or bitten people and other

animals multiple times prior to August 9, 2022. Defendants had actual and/or

constructive knowledge of this propensity and of prior bite incidents, and

notwithstanding this knowledge, Defendants allowed the dog to approach Plaintiff and her

dog without restraint on August 9, 2022 in violation of, at minimum, Los Angeles

Municipal Code ("LAMC") Sections 53.34 (mary cummins: dangerous dog code), 53.34.1, 53.06, and 53.06.2(a) (mary cummins: animals at large). Defendants knew

or should have known of their dog's vicious propensities and prior bite incidents.

Defendants' dog attacked and bit Plaintiff on August 9, 2022, and Plaintiff sustained

severe injuries, causing her to require medical treatment. The dog owned and/or kept by

Defendants was a substantial factor in causing injury to Plaintiff.

Indeed, Defendants owed a duty to exercise reasonable care to Plaintiff. Here,

Defendants breached their duty to Plaintiff, and as a result, Plaintiff was attacked and

bitten by the subject dog and suffered severe injuries. As a further result of

Defendants' negligence, Plaintiff has suffered bodily injury, emotional suffering,

medical expenses, and general damages according to proof."

Plaintiff incorporates by reference all allegations contained within the

First Cause of Action for Strict Liability and the Second Cause of Action

for General Negligence. Despite Defendants' knowledge that their dog

engaged in multiple incidents of attacking and/or biting other animals and

people prior to August 9, 2022, Defendants permitted their dog to run

around a public dog park without restraint and outside of their immediate

presence and control. As a result of Defendants' reckless disregard of the

rights of other members of the public, including Plaintiff, to not be

attacked by a vicious animal with a history of multiple bite and attack

incidents running at large, Plaintiff was attacked and bitten by

Defendants' dog and suffered severe injuries."

"First Cause of Action – Strict Liability Page 4 of Complaint

Plaintiff (name): Sandra Evling alleges that Defendants Gary Michelson; Alya Michelson;

and DOES 1 to 25, inclusive are strictly liable for damages caused to Plaintiff:

On (date): August 9, 2022

At (place): Public property within the Veterans Barrington Park, 333 South Barrington

Ave., Los Angeles CA 90049

1) Defendants were the owners and/or keepers of the subject dog that attacked

Plaintiff, and one or more of the Defendants and their dog were present at the

Veterans Barrington Park, 333 South Barrington Ave., Los Angeles CA 90049 on

August 9, 2022.

2) Plaintiff was walking with her (Alya Michelson?) dog on public property within the Veterans

Barrington Park, 333 South Barrington Ave., Los Angeles CA 90049.

3) Defendants' dog ran toward Plaintiff and her dog.

4) Defendants’ dog charged at Plaintiff and her dog, and attacked and bit Plaintiff

while she was protecting her dog. As a result, Plaintiff suffered severe injuries.

5) Defendants’ dog had a propensity to run toward people and other animals and

aggressively come into contact with them, attack them, and bite them against their

will.

6) Defendants had actual and/or constructive knowledge of this propensity and of

prior bite incidents, and notwithstanding this knowledge, Defendants allowed the

dog to approach Plaintiff and her dog without restraint on August 9, 2022 in

violation of, at minimum, Los Angeles Municipal Code ("LAMC") Sections

53.34, 53.34.1, 53.06, and 53.06.2(a).

7) Defendants knew or should have known of their dog’s vicious propensities and

prior bite incidents.

8) The dog attacked and bit Plaintiff.

9) Plaintiff sustained injury, requiring medical treatment; and

10) The dog owned and/or kept by Defendants was a substantial factor in causing

injury to Plaintiff."

The lawsuit is typed in a court form. Sounds like it was filed quickly and cheaply after Gary Michelson filed a lawsuit for extortion. I haven't seen Gary's lawsuit yet.

It sounds to me like woman was bitten. She contacted Gary and probably said "let's just settle this with you or your insurance out of court." For some reason Gary got all huffy and said "NOOOOOO! I will sue you for extortion and destroy you like I destroy other people I don't like!" I can only imagine that Alya Michelson probably told Gary the dog only happily licked the woman, not even a scratch. This is probably what got Gary into his vengeance mode. Maybe Gary is taking medication of sorts which makes him more sensitive?

Sandra replied but I can only see first page which is blank. Gary has filed multiple motion to compel discovery motions. I can only see first page which tells me nothing. I'm not willing to pay to view the pages.

This looks like the woman. She lives in Brentwood with her dog and likes to go walking. "When she is not working she enjoys spending time in her home in Brentwood (Los Angeles) or being out in nature, hiking with her dog." She rents an apartment near the dog park in Los Angeles.

Below is the extortion, emotional distress case. I only pulled up this one cover page. Steve Cooley the ex District Attorney is Gary's attorney! Steve Cooley helped Gary in a criminal case against his ex boyfriend which is in this blog. Steve Cooley used his influence to get the DA to go after his boyfriend in what I believe was a frivolous case.

01/28/2024 11:44 AM I just pulled up the full extortion case and read it. If this is true, I don't blame Gary Michelson for suing her for extortion. I'm amazed he didn't file a criminal police report. Maybe he did and she just hasn't been charged or arrested yet. I find it hard to believe anyone would put their criminal extortion threats in writing. Threatening to have someone's dog killed is very low, if it's true. I could see if it killed her dog and mauled her but ...

Animal control would not order a dog to be killed in Los Angeles. There are dog bite hearings. At most they could take away the dog license and he has to send the dog out of the city and county. I don't know if these things are true. Because of Gary Michelson lying about me and others it's hard to believe what he says. Why would the police arrest Gary? He owns the dog with Alya but Alya was allegedly the one in, out of control of the dog. Gary should stop allowing his dogs to go to the dog park. This was an off leash dog park. His unneutered pitbull humped dogs in the dog park previously that I know of. I now think the woman maybe sent her story to the LA Times after Gary sued her for extortion. In all honesty Gary should have paid the $85,000 so this story never would have seen the light of day even if he were in the right. It's spiraled out of control now with Patrick Soon-Shiong getting involved making it bigger and messier. This will be messy for everyone now.

"GENERAL ALLEGATIONS

5. On or about April 19, 2023, Defendant texted Plaintiff requesting a meeting with

her. Plaintiff obliged and agreed to meet Defendant on April 21, 2023.

6. On or about April 21, 2023, Plaintiff met Defendant at Gold’s Gym located in the

County of Los Angeles, State of California. During that meeting, Defendant started the

conversation by stating that Plaintiff’s dog known as “Blue” needed to be “put down.”

7. Under the auspices of an alleged and disputed injury from an altercation between

Blue and Defendant’s dog, Defendant began to threaten and attempted to extort money from

Plaintiff.

8. Defendant threatened Plaintiff that she would:

a. file a police report to have Plaintiff arrested and have Blue confiscated;

b. file a complaint with animal control to have Blue killed;

c. do everything possible to have Blue destroyed;

d. file a complaint with the gym to have Plaintiff expelled from the gym;

e. recruit people from the dog park to file a class action lawsuit against

Plaintiff; and

f. cause Plaintiff to suffer public humiliation from the arrest and lawsuit.

9. Defendant then stated that if Plaintiff paid her $85,000.00, an amount which she

stated that “Plaintiff could easily afford,” Defendant would not carry out the threats. Defendant

further stated that Plaintiff simply pay her the $85,0000, and she would “do nothing and stay

quiet,”

10. After returning from the meeting, Plaintiff requested that Defendant put her

demands in writing.

11. On April 21, 2023, Defendant texted Plaintiff reiterating her demands and giving

Plaintiff two options by stating:

Option A:

1. Defendant would file a complaint with the gym which would result in both

Plaintiff and Blue getting banned/expelled from the gym.

2. Defendant would file a police report against Plaintiff and with animal control

which will force animal control take Blue away from Plaintiff, but even worse,

that animal control will put Blue “down.”

3. Defendant will together with several people from the park file a class action

lawsuit against Plaintiff which will cost Plaintiff “a loooot of money.”

Option B:

1. Plaintiff agrees to pay Defendant $85,000.00.

2. If Plaintiff agrees to pay the $85,000.00, Defendant will not go forward with her

intended threats.

3. Defendant will be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

12. Defendant further wrote “with me ‘out of the way’ you’ll be able to keep Blue, and

still go to the gym.”

13. Plaintiff became completely distraught by the threats of Defendant with thoughts of,

among others, losing Blue, having Blue euthanized, getting arrested, and suffering public

humiliation stemming from the arrest and lawsuit.

14. For a few days after April 21, 2023, Plaintiff and Defendant exchanged texts

concerning the payment of the $85,000.00, and it was Plaintiff’s explicit understanding that

Defendant would not in any way carry out her threats during the time that the parties were actively

communicating about the payment.

15. On or about April 24, 2023, in an effort to collect her $85,000.00 blackmail money,

COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGES

Defendant sent Plaintiff her wire instructions to her bank account located at Wells Fargo Bank.

16. On or about April 26, 2023, Defendant texted Plaintiff requesting a status update

concerning the payment of the $85,000.00. In response, Plaintiff asked Defendant for assurances

that Defendant would not (1) proceed as threatened and (2) do everything in her power to have

Blue killed after payment.

17. On or about April 27, 2023, Defendant assured Plaintiff that she is a person of her

“word,” wants to move on and is willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement for payment.

18. During the period of time where Plaintiff and Defendant were communicating about

the threats and the payment, Plaintiff had the explicit understanding that Defendant would not

carry out any of her threats. However, while Plaintiff was contemplating whether he should pay

the blackmail money, he learned that Defendant had been actively recruiting people from the dog

park to file a class action lawsuit against Plaintiff.

19. On or about April 27, 2023, in sheer panic and complete fear that Defendant would

proceed to act on her further threats to call the police to have Plaintiff arrested and call animal

control to destroy Blue due to Plaintiff’s indecision and delay, Plaintiff instructed his staff to wire

the sum of $10,000.00 to Defendant and asked Plaintiff in return to refrain from any of her

threatened actions for a period of two (2) weeks but that the $10,000.00 be credited toward any

amount eventually paid to Defendant.

20. On or about April 27, 2023, in response to Plaintiff’s request for a two (2) week stay

her threatened actions for payment of $10,000.00, Defendant stated that she would not accept the

$10,000.00 alluding to the fact that she wanted the entire $85,000.00.

21. On or about April 28, 2023, Plaintiff explained that the $10,000.00 was not the full

amount that he would pay but money to hold off on any of her threats for a period of two (2)

weeks and that the $10,000.00 should be accepted as partial credit.

22. On or about April 29, 2023, Defendant wanted clarification that the $10,000.00 was

a partial payment of the $85,000.00. Plaintiff confirmed that it was a partial payment. Plaintiff

further pleaded with Defendant that he was physically sick over the entire situation, was not

sleeping, was having nightmares, was losing weight from not eating due to the thought that

Defendant would have Blue destroyed. Further, Plaintiff stated that he would be devastated if

Defendant would file a police report against Plaintiff leaving a permanent mark on his record. (Mary Cummins: Gary already has a police record because of many dog off leash complaints which is considered criminal. He doesn't care about those complaints and they are permanent marks on his record. They're in this blog)

23. On April 29, 2023, Defendant stated that she would accept the $10,000.00 to hold

off any actions she threatened under Option A until May 15, 2023. She further stated that if she

did not receive documents concerning the payment of the remaining $75,000.00 by May 15, 2023,

Defendant would proceed with her threats under Option A."

Because this involves complex Gary things only get worse. Seems his buddy the owner of the LA Times Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong tried to cover up an LA Times story about the case. I once had LA Times squash a story involving me and Kapparot. Mayor told editor of LA Times to squash it and they did. Nobody cared because I'm a poor nobody. Because it's Gary the billionaire they care. Below is the article about the coverup and squashing of the dog bite case. I'm sure the story was about the dog bite AND extortion case as the extortion case was filed first.

"Gary Michelson, a billionaire surgeon who has invented multiple patented treatments for spinal disorders, sued Sandra Schnaufer for extortion and emotional distress in May 2023, according to court documents. The lawsuit claimed that Schnaufer was attempting to extort Michelson for injuries she claims she sustained when his dog, Blue, attacked her and her dog at Veterans Park on Barrington Avenue in August 2022.

Soon-Shiong learned about a potential Times story in early December and attempted to head off the reporting, telling Merida that he did not think it was worth pursuing. Merida was concerned about the interference, but relayed the information to then-investigations editor Scott Kraft and business editor Jeff Bercovici.

However, Soon-Shiong’s concerns were not allayed, although the story was still being reported and was not written. At one point he threatened to fire Merida if the story was published without him being able to see it first, according to an individual with knowledge of the incident.”

Editor Merida resigned right before all the recent layoffs. Maybe Merida got a golden handshake to resign? Who knows!

Of course now the story will be all over. All of Gary's past will be dragged into any new stories. Good job, Soon-Shiong on squashing a little story about Gary. Now he's the subject of an even bigger story.

UPDATE: Even more sad. Alya didn't like her friend's "live reaction" to her video so she made them do it again. Then it's not a live reaction. She had them change places in the car then made them overact and pretend it was the best thing they ever heard in their life. This time Alya gave them a banana to eat and told them to switch clothes accessories with each other. That's actually Alya's red hat which she wears in other videos. The video is even worse than the first one. Again, why is no one advising Alya? This makes it clear that she's doing her own PR, marketing and has to pay people to listen to her song. Gary, help Alya.

ORIGINAL: Alya Michelson really wants to be a well known successful singer. Might I suggest singing lessons and a professional media and PR team. Perhaps Gary Michelson doesn't want her to be successful which is why he hasn't given her these much needed tools. The only thing he has given her is money for a good music producer and makeup artists, hair stylists and photographers. He's also allegedly given her money to pay for the legal fees of a crazy lady who has been stalking and attacking me for years. At least that is what her attorney stated online.

Alya Michelson really wants to go viral on Instagram, TikTok, anywhere I'm sure. She has been heavily promoting her basic song "Crazy" talking about how she is crazy in love with someone other than Gary ( lyrics). It's as bad as the song "Friday." As per the lawsuit with Neil Campbell Gary is not really into women. Alya appears to just be his current paid beard. Alya appears to be a normal woman who really wants a real relationship with someone. Maybe she can have that after her contract is up and she can divorce Gary and get her nuptial reward money. Of course maybe she's playing the long game and waiting for Gary to die. I'm sure he's leaving his money to himself aka his kids. I think that's why he had kids. The rest I'm sure will stay with his foundations and such.

Alya ran a little "contest" on Instagram where she asked influencers, her followers, "friends" to listen to and react to her song. She videotaped their instant reactions in a car. She posted "the best" ones. It didn't go well. I'm amazed she posted the videos at all. She really needs a trusted friend, a paid consultant, just some stranger on the street who will be truthful with her. I feel so bad for her that I almost wanted to help her out. Because she allegedly paid a guy to follow me who almost caused a car accident, she paid a lawyer to threaten, attack and harass me and much worse, I obviously won't help her in any way.

Anyway all the reaction videos were horrible. I happened to take a screen capture of just one frame from one public video which sums it all up. I only added the red scribbled question mark above the woman's head like Perez Hilton's white squiggle so it's obvious it's fair use of copyright for public comment. The women in the video were rolling their eyes, making faces and totally humiliating and embarrassing Alya. It was so cringe that I felt really sorry for Alya. I initially thought it was a joke video of her making fun of herself. How in the world does she not have one friend here in Los Angeles? I think even Gary would have recognized the reactions were horrible and he has some issues dealing and communicating with people. I bet Alya had to buy them lunch at Starbucks to get them in her car. Hope the lunch was worth it, girls. Did Alya even get a model release from them? Was the videocamera hidden?

FTR Alya is fine with this blog. She has never contacted me about the blog or anything in the blog. She never asked me to edit or remove it. She must approve of it. I only became interested when Alya allegedly started paying the legal fees of the stalker. As she continues to aid the stalker I will continue to be interested.

The Hypocrisy of Gary Michelson and Alya Michelson is unfathomable, Inner City Law Center, Los Angeles

Gary is not looking well in the video linked below. He starts off by saying life isn't fair. He has too much money, was given too much money. He and Alya want to help people with very little. He said it'd make him feel good if he could do something to make life a little less unfair for others. He could start by stop suing people who made him millions of dollars. He could stop harassing people over petty things. He could stop complaining about professionally made cakes costing more than the cost of the basic ingredient. His back surgeries cost more than the screws and IV fluids used in surgery so he should understand.

Alya is not a good public speaker. She stumbled and her "speech" wandered around. She talked about herself and her own platform and not the donation, award or issue at hand. Alya said to be kind and respectful is the most important thing. She said she is the co-chair of Michelson Philanthropies and supports female immigrants who are discriminated against. Said the wealthy white Russian mail order bride immigrant. "Being rich is not about how much you have but how much you can give." This is the absolute opposite of what Alya really thinks and does. She's trying to buy herself fame and fans for her poor singing and obvious acting. Alya and Gary lying to people and themselves again. If they didn't have money, they wouldn't have any "friends" at all.

Alya allegedly moved two immigrant Ukraine families into Gary's home. Do those families know they're living with the Russian enemy who were part of the military and government propaganda who previously conquered and occupied Ukraine?! Maybe Putin will pay them a visit. If Alya's father is also there, he can tell them stories about when he occupied Ukraine by force with the military during Russian's military rule of Ukraine when Alya lived there. That's why she grew up in that area. Russia was not there helping Ukranians. They were doing the same things that they're doing today. Imagine the enemy inviting fleeing refugees to live with them! Alya is trying to make herself look good. She will never look good because everyone knows who she really is.

Notice that Gary motions Alya to stand next to him which she does. A second later when he's looking forward she moves away from him. It's still not as bad (good?) as the photo she staged where she looks like his granddaughter while she says "Happy Father's Day!" Alya mocks Gary all the time but he doesn't seem to get it.

Тому вона виросла в цьому районі. Росія там не допомагала українцям.

Зверніть увагу, що Гері просить Алю стати поруч, що вона і робить. Через секунду, коли він з нетерпінням чекає, вона відходить від нього. Це все ще не так погано (добре?), як фото, яке вона влаштувала, де вона схожа на його онуку, коли вона каже «З Днем батька!» Аля весь час знущається над Гері, але він, здається, цього не розуміє.

The house was built in 1936. It's age will always be listed as 1936. It's approaching 100 years. They added to the foundation but appear to have used the original foundation and home. They added to the original home. They did not demolish it. The home was designed by female architect Elda Muir maybe for Hugh B Martin. It was then owned by Charles Wilson who was the President of the Mandeville Canyon Homeowners Association. It was vacant before Gary bought it and it had graffiti on it. "e" is existing.

Go to http://www.ladbs.org searching building records using the APN or legal description tract=boca de canon lot=9 (5, 9, 10,11,12) and you'll see all the permits. You can't find the permits with the address. It originally had a barn in 1946.

There is allegedly an ADU. Maybe that is where Alya will live or maybe she will live in the maids quarters. 2502 Mandeville may be ADU address. It's 986 sf with it's own external staircase. Gary doesn't even want her walking through the main house? Maybe Gary will live there or maybe it's for his dog or boyfriend. Or maybe Alya will stay in the old house.

It was listed at $25,000,000 June 2021. Odd it sold less than list in this market.

APN 4493-006-002 It's owned by Onofre Trust and recorded 09/2021. San Onofre was a 4th-century Egyptian hermit. The original name means he who is all good. Who is the hermit who is all good? Gary? It's actually a flag lot that abuts Shadow Canyon Rd. Odd that Gary is allowing his neighbors to park on his flag lot old private driveway. That means he has given up the right to that property. He no longer legally owns it but he's paying lots of property tax on it. Gary paid $23,900,000 but the Real AVM is $19,995,000. Did Gary get ripped off? Probably. ;-) Builder paid $5,575,000 for it and added 9,386 sf @$300/sf is $2.8M to the 3,536 sf home which they kept plus a new pool and a retaining wall. Let's say builder is into the property $10,000,000. He made a $13,900,000 profit, doubled his money. Not bad. It's a 38,928 sf lot. This is an approximate outline.

What will Gary Michelson do with the expensive garden, waterfall, landscaping he made at his old house? It was very expensive and done by an ex "good" personal friend of his. Below is the public building permit for his waterfall on the lower part of his lot. He also excavated for a waterfall wall for orchids. He used to give garden tours.

If you read the comments on the article, they are pretty hateful. Rich flaunting money when everyone is struggling is pretty gross. Gary obviously agreed to the article about his new house. He even allowed interior photos to stay on the internet. Generally high profile buyers order all photos removed at least for security reasons but not Gary.
