Aimee Gilbreath says "pit bulls are no more aggressive than other dog breeds, yet they are constantly maligned in the press. So what's the problem? Turns out it's the owners, not the breed."

Poorly structured sentences with poor grammar aside, this is totally false. I hope someone sues the shit out of Gary Michelson when they adopt a pit from him that severely injures someone.

Research has shown that the dogs most likely to bite are chihuahua, mini pinschers and daschund. These small dogs bite out of fear. Their bites can be predicted. They cause no or little damage or injury.

Research has also shown that the dogs most likely to cause severe injury or death are molosser breeds, including pit bulls, curs, rottweilers, presa canarios, cane corsos, mastiffs, dogo argentinos, fila brasieros, sharpeis, boxers, and their mixes.

This research has been compiled over many years by many people including Merritt Clifton of Animal People. He compiled all dog bite statistics in the US and Canada from 1982 to 2013. The results show that molosser breeds cause

81% of attacks that induce bodily harm
76% of attacks to children
87% of attack to adults
72% of attacks that result in fatalities
81% that result in maiming
Embody 9.2%+ of the total dog population

Recently Aimee Gilbreath wrote this ridiculous article stating pits are the best dogs, least likely to be aggressive, they are "nanny dogs." That's total bullshit.

She works for Gary Michelson. You would think she might care to give him proper information. Nope, she's just like all of Michael Jackson's enablers, "sure, Mike invite poor kids over for slumber parties and shower time," "take extremely dangerous propofol just to go to sleep," "waste millions on overpriced replica art from sleazy con men..." And that is why Michael Jackson is dead, also why Elvis died. This is also why Gary Michelson is getting crazier by the minute. Based on his appearance in the last two weeks he is out of his mind.

I have a quick theory. Gary Michelson gave $50,000,000 to USC even though he didn't go to school there, has nothing to do with the school. Heck UCLA is down the street from him. Why not donate there? I think Aimee Gilbreath, her husband Jonathan Daves who consults with non-profits, maybe Cohen or someone who knows Gary got a commission to get Gary to give $50,000,000. Yes, USC has been kissing his ass. They even baked him a fricking cake when he gave them the money! USC admitted they pay commissions to recruit students. I bet they paid someone a commission to get Gary to fork over the 50 million. Gary Michelson is again being used. He has no friends and no one willing to look out for him. He deserves it.

If a regular person looks at the pic above, they can see the three USC guys are super fake smiling and clapping. Gary is looking at them like "they like me, they really, really like me and think I'm grrrreat. They even baked me a cake!"

It's funny that a few years ago Gary Michelson spent $40 to buy a cake for a family holiday with his ex-wife. Supposedly all throughout the party he complained about the price of the cake. He said there couldn't be more than $1 or $2 in materials. He felt he was cheated. Two weeks ago Gary Michelson gave USC $50,000,000. They gave him a cake (see pic above). I doubt that cake has more than $2 in materials. I wonder if he feels he was cheated? I hope they let him blow out the candles.

Someone who knows animals, has common sense, half a brain and can do math should have known that this statement is totally untrue. Aimee Gilbreath handled the facebook page at this time. Roll, misinformation.

The story goes something like this,

Average number of litters a fertile dog can produce in one year: 2
Average number of puppies in a canine litter: 6–10
In six years, one female dog and her offspring can theoretically produce 67,000 dogs.

See the word "theoretically"? This is of course impossible.

One dog could only make 67,000 dogs if they had 8 pups per litter. Small dogs have 1-2. Regular sized dogs have 4-6. Pits have up to 8.

Not all puppies survive birth. Not all puppies live to maturity to reproduce. On the street 1/4 survive to maturity. They forget the mortality rate. They forget that half of the puppies are male and can't make babies by themselves.

Even if a pup lives long enough to reproduce, it may not live six years on the street. They forget the attrition rate.

Not all dogs have two litters a year. In colder areas they have one. They also have a higher mortality rate.

Some dogs will end up being spayed or neutered. They assume no dogs will ever be spayed or neutered. They assume none will be picked up by animal control.

The real number is much, much lower. If one female dog could make 67,000 dogs in six years, we'd all be dead in the US. They estimate 44,000 stray dogs in the city of Los Angeles. Most stray dogs are not neutered. There wouldn't be enough water or oxygen if all those dogs were reproducing. In fact number of stray dogs, population of dogs has gone down even though we have not neutered most dogs.

Aimee is supposed to be a business major yet can't do basic math. The other lie is,

Average number of kittens in a feline litter: 4–6
In seven years, one female cat and her offspring can theoretically produce 420,000 cats.

Again, if those numbers were true cats would cover the earth. How can Aimee be so stupid? I got the numbers right in the report I made for Gary. One check over on Snopes and you get this,

Notice how many thing Aimee got wrong. Still, 100 to 400 is still high. We'd be over run with cats if that were true. Common sense, anyone?

Aimee Gilbreath's husband Jonathan Daves is an expert in non-profit giving. He should be giving her some tips. They've been dating for at least three years. I wonder if Aimee hired him to consult for Gary for money. Probably. Aimee also gives money to her personal friends.

Gary Michelson claims he was defrauded, Judge disagrees

This one is a really stupid lawsuit. It reminds me of the teak farms. Gary loses no money yet still claims fraud. G. Karlin MICHELSON et al., Plaintiffs and Appellants, v. Bert S. CAMP, Defendant and Respondent.

A man wanted a loan against his property on La Cienega. Gary had it appraised. It appraised at $900K. Gary loaned about $475K on that property and a vacant lot worth $100K. The owner of the property didn't make payments and went bankrupt. The bankruptcy court orders an appraisal. The property is only worth $375K plus $35K for the vacant lot. Someone tells Gary the property is worth $1M. Gary bid $652K at the foreclosure sale. That amount is the amount of the note, foreclosure fees, attorney fees, interests, insurance...

Because Gary Michelson bid $652K on his own, that established legal "market value." Gary Michelson then sold the property for $400K at what he believes to be a loss. "Appellants stated that they had incurred $200,000 in out-of-pocket losses, which they defined to include taxes, insurance, and attorney's and foreclosure fees.   Appellants further contended they were entitled not just to out-of-pocket losses, but to loss of the “benefit of the bargain” measured by the difference between the fair market value of the property and $900,000."

This really sounds like teak farms. Judge ruled that they lost nothing. They cannot sue for "benefit of the bargain."No one forced them to bid $652K at the foreclosure sale. If anyone should have been sued here, it was the appraiser. Even then Gary didn't lose money because of the bad appraisal. He knowingly bid $652K in the foreclosure sale. He didn't have to bid at all as he was the first. He could have bid $475K or $400K or $300K. You don't have to bid the full amount. He should have also done another appraisal and not just taken someone's word for it.
