Gary Michelson Timeline

Here’s the time line. This is to show the "coincidence" in the timing of the campaign donations, awards, press conference and charges being filed against Gary's ex-friend Neil and Powers.

 Updated November 2017.

• April 2005 Gary gets $1.3 billion settlement from Medtronic (99.999% of which was from an invention Gary Michelson STOLE from two other Doctor, inventors)
• December 22, 2005 Gary tells everyone at Riordan's house that Dave is his Director and his Found Animals Foundation will use spay and neuter to make LA a no kill for animals
• December 25, 2005 David Cohen tells Gary something is wrong in Costa Rica
• February 2006 Gary sees my "Boks meet and greet" presentation and hires me as consultant.
• March 23rd, 2006 Michelson hires in Costa Rica the first employee for C & M. Andres Marten to take over Michelson’s job as Manager of the company.
• June 2006 I'm let go from Found Animals as Dave is taking it in another "direction"
• June 2006 Gary did not honor the contract he had with Dave. Dave threatened to quit if he didn't. Gary said he'd "ruin" Dave if Dave quit. Dave quit. Gary always threatens to "ruin," "destroy" people.
• June 2006 Gary went to the LAPD and tried to file a false criminal complaint against Dave.
• July 31, 2006 Gary is telling everyone including Ed Boks that Dave embezzled money and the LAPD won't do anything about it.
• August 2006 Gary calls me and tells me LAPD filed charges, have an arrest warrant and just need to find Dave. He asks me where he is and I tell him. He tells me I was not fired.
• September 2006 Gary again asks me where is Dave and I tell him via fax.
• September 2006 Gary calls up Dave's vendors, defames Dave which causes vendors to stop doing business with Dave.
• December 21st, 2006.  Powers, Marten and Michelson’s lawyers sign a contract terminating the business of purchasing properties from Mr. Powers.  Marten rejects approx. 18 properties in which Powers returns their deposits.  
• January 1, 2007 Andres Marten tells Gary the land and trees don't add up
• February, 2007, Marten fires approx. 250 of C & M’s maintenance crew, leaving only 30 employees to manage over 23,000 acres.  Maintenance is abandoned on most of the farms.
• March 21, 2007 Dave finds out about Gary's defamation and calls me up yelling that he will sue Gary. I verified that charges were not filed against Dave and started apologizing and letting people know the truth.
• April, 2007 Marten convinces Michelson to go to Panama and buy 60,000 acres of pasture land to plant teak.  Marten loses interest in Costa Rica and begins his new project in Panama.
• September 2007 Gary files criminal complaint against Powers in Costa Rica
• October 10, 2007 Gary files civil complaint against Powers et al in California BC378888
• October 18, 2007 Dave sues Gary in civil court in California
• December 18, 2007 Dave dismisses his case after a settlement from Gary. Gary never even       answered it.
• September 26, 2008 Gary writes a totally false perjured statement about me for LA City.
• October 2008 Michelson and Powers go to mediation.  Powers offers $40M.  Mic. Refuses. 
• November 17, 2008 Neil is added to civil case in CA against Powers
• Dec. 9th, 2008 Powers loses the Jurisdiction issue in L.A. by Judge Duffy.
• Dec. 16th, 2008 Costa Rican special police raid Powers home in C.R. and take 4 computers.
• January 15, 2009 Neil answers Gary's civil case in CA
• January 21, 2009, Powers appeals L.A. case after he discovers Michelson’s Lawyers perjured themselves in the 2008 preceding’s in Judge Duffy’s court.
• March 3rd, 2009 Judge Maureen Duffy denies Powers appeal and includes his corporations to the lawsuit.
• March 12th, 2009, Judge Duffy wins $2M Fulbright Scholarship days after awarding Michelson.
• June 2009 I finally see Gary's perjured statement about me and tell him to retract it. He refuses.
• June 15, 2009 Neil moved from California to Florida
• July 2009 Julie Campbell buys a house in Sarasota, Florida.
• April 2010, Michelson goes to Costa Rica for a deposition with the D.A. against Powers.
• June 2nd, 2010, Powers criminal suit against him in Costa Rica is dismissed by the D.A.’s office after a 2 ½ year investigation, claiming they believed Michelson was lying to them and found no crime.
• June 4th, 2010, Powers defaults on U.S. civil case because lack of funds, drained by lawyers.  Michelson’s lawyers refuse to take his default wanting to still get the images from his computers in Costa Rica.  Judge Sohigian thinks Michelson is crazy but grants them 3 months to do so.
• June 7th, 2010 Gary refiles in the private sector a new criminal case against Powers in Costa Rica.  The same day, the Attorney General of Costa Rica rescinds Powers dismissal in the public sector. 
• June 8th, 2010, the next day, the Attorney General of C.R. announces his retirement. His last motion as A.G. was to reinstate Powers criminal complaint.  The only time he did that in 12 years.
• June 30th, 2010, the Attorney General of C.R. is appointed by the United Nations as Head of National Security of Guatemala, a much higher paying job with large prestige.  
• 2010 Gary Michelson donates $13,000 to ex-DA Steve Cooley
• November 2, 2010 Cooley declares himself the winner of the race for Attorney General
• November 22, 2010 final votes are counted and Cooley actually lost.
• December 2010, Michelson gets a $24M civil judgment against Campbell.
• January 2011, Michelson gets a $37M civil judgment against Powers and his hard drive copy.
• May 5, 2011 Gary wins a default against Neil's house. Title must be transferred to Gary.
• May 19, 2011 Judge orders Campbell’s to move out of house in 30 days
• January 26, 2012 Gary stands with Cooley at a DA press conference
• April 25, 2012 Gary Michelson donates $1,500 to DA candidate Jackie Lacey in the form of a ticket to a fundraising party where he met her
• May 2012 Senior DA Investigator first got case from the DA, Cooley.
• June 6, 2012 Neil's ex house now owned by Gary sold for $1.95M
• June 6, 2012 Gary sues Neil in Idaho, C&M Investment Group, LTD, etal. vs. Philip Richard Powers, etal.Case:CV-2012-0000407. To this day Gary keeps dragging Neil to hearing after hearing even though he is deathly ill. Gary's vengeance knows no bounds.
• June 12th, Michelson gives taped interview to L.A. investigator Villasenor.
• July 16, 2012 Gary Michelson donates another $1,500 to Lacey
• Nov. 25th, 2012, Thanksgiving Day in Costa Rica, Powers is served another lawsuit from Michelson’s lawyer, a Mr. Zeledon, a former Judge that ruled in Michelson’s favor in 2008, now working for Michelson.  The suit is to give notice that Michelson plans on seizing any and all of the rest of Mr. Powers assets if there are any.  He is unsuccessful because the document was perjured by the X-Judge/Lawyer and was denied by the Costa Rican government.
• December 2012 Cooley retires from DA
• December 3, 2012 Lacey becomes the new DA
• December 2012 DA investigator William Villasenor goes to Costa Rica to investigate.
• March 21, 2013 charges are filed against Neil and Richard in Los Angeles case BA409225.
• May 21st, 2013, Powers is arrested at the Houston Int. airport and charged with 140 counts of Grand Theft with a $10M bail.  He is held in Houston county jail until May 30th.
• May 31, 2013, Memorial weekend, Powers is extradited to Los Angeles by Villasenor and booked in the twin Towers downtown L.A.
• June 7, 2013 Neil Campbell is arrested in Idaho case # CR-2013-0001834
• June 19, 2013 DA Lacey releases news of the arrest of Campbell, Powers
• August 27, 2013, Powers bail hearing.  Appraiser for the D.A. claims $10M dollar house is only worth $3.4M dollars, in an attempt to prevent Powers from getting bail.  Appraiser is brought up for review by the board of appraisers later that week. Ya, I did that.
• August 27, 2013 Gary has mid-day lunch with Cooley and DA's office during work week to discuss Powers case.  Probably the bail issue.
• Sept. 5th, 2013 Powers makes bail on a $5M property bond.
• Sept. 11th, 2013 Michelson’s lawyers (Shaun Paisley) serves Powers with a notice to appear for a debtor’s exam. This is repeated several times over the next few months and is currently going as total harassment as they know he's penniless.
• October 19, 2013 Gary gives Cooley an award for something he never did. I just realized that Aimee gave the wrong credit. Cooley did not start the animal cruelty task force but the animal cruelty prosecution program to standardize prosecution. 
• January 2014, Michelson donates $50M to U.S.C.  Judge Pastor a graduate of same school. Me too!
• June 11, 2014 140 counts dropped to seven with addition of conspiracy in pretrial
• December 15, 2014 Sentencing for count 46. 888 days mandatory supervision, 217 days in county jail, three years in county jail Powers. 
• January 7, 2015 Notice of appeal to the second court of appeals
• April 8, 2016 Opinion is released. Afirmed. 
• April 22, 2016 Rehearing petition filedL
• May 6, 2016 Rehearing denied.
• May 20, 2016 Petition to the Supreme Court
• June 22, 2016 Petition to Supreme Court denied
• August 5, 2017 Richard Powers is arrested for extradition to Costa Rica
• September 2017 Gary Michelson's lawyer is appointed adjunct professor at USC. Michelson and Luke Dauchot design a course on IP. 
• October 31, 2017 Richard is released on bail with house arrest. Extradition hearing set for January 2018. 
• Meanwhile debtor hearings, turnover of documents is still happening in Department 44 Judge Edward B Moreton Jr's against Richard Powers. This is the same judge and court room hearing my case. Not a coincidence.
• November 1, 2017 grand opening up Michelson Hall at USC.

Gary Michelson intentionally wanted a non-American beard who didn't speak English very well so he could control her and any kids

We all know Gary Michelson was previously married to a smart, pretty, educated woman who went on to become a doctor. Gary Michelson is into an athletic, smart, educated woman that he can be proud to call his beard/wife. I think the woman really thought she could help him because she was a psychologist. Anyway even with a post-nuptial agreement and money she was not happy and left him. Because she is American, smart, has family here she was able to leave him no problem.

Gary Michelson then wanted another beard/wife. He really wants people to think he's straight. I also think this goes back to the stupid joke he cracked about "when does your Jewish son become a real person? When he becomes a doctor" except in this case it's a doctor and married with kids. He hooks up with another pretty, athletic doctor. He gives her an expensive ring. He promises her an expensive house in Orange County. THEN he asks her to marry him. She says no, he gets super upset. He then demands the ring back. She says no, it was a gift. It was not given in exchange for the promise of marriage. Gary sues her for the ring. They end up settling.

Gary Michelson by now realizes that no sane, educated, pretty, American would put up with his shit. They will refuse to marry him or divorce him and take him to the cleaners. Gary Michelson still wants a beard/wife. He intentionally wants a non-American who knows how to act like a beard in exchange for money. He doesn't want someone smart, sophisticated, who can speak English well or with any US contacts. He realized how easy it is to control, destroy non-Americans when he destroyed his French gardener who was not a citizen. He wants to totally be able to control her and any kids with his money and influence.

Alya's kids are US citizens but Alya may not be. Gary Michelson can file a complaint or turn her into immigration and off she goes without her kids, possessions or money. He could go even further and state she abused or neglected the kids. Gary is friends with the DA and LAPD now not to mention politicians. Then she's thrown in jail and tossed back to Russia with no kids, money. He could even have a pre-nup, post-nup (if they even got legally married which I doubt because I see no name change) that would be void if she "neglected" the kids. Gary Michelson has got Alya wrapped around his little finger. I doubt he let her get a driver's license. This way she can't easily run away. She is basically a slave. He'd probably go even further and state she did not declare the gifts her gave her. Then she owes money on the gifts, off to prison then deportation back to Russia.

While her dad may have a connection or two in Russia they know no one here. None of their Facebook friends live here. Alya has no Facebook friends that speak English. I was told that is why Gary Michelson chose her. Of course it would have been wise to investigate her so her Russian mail order bride site, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace ...accounts could have been deleted before people knew her name. Those photos, what she said are extremely embarrassing. There are low end and high end mail order brides. Alya is low to middle range mail order bride. Search high end mail order brides and you'll see what I mean. Alya is the one that let the public know who she was by name via Wikipedia. She even named their kids on Wikipedia and online. It'll be interesting to see how it ends. I doubt things will end well for Alya. She'll end up like the rest of Gary's ex-friends and associates.

UPDATE: I don't see Alya's name change anywhere. That means she probably wasn't legally married. Her legal name is not Alya or Alevtina Michelson. Alya really needs to hire an attorney immediately to secure her rights and the rights of her children before it's too late.

Neil Campbell's bail reduced to $1,000,000

UPDATE: Bail was reduced to $1,000,000 and Neil is still in jail. He cannot afford the bail. It appears he'll be stuck in there until at least December. It can't be easy for him in jail. 

Neil Campbell has been in jail since June 7, 2013. The max they can keep him in jail pre-trial is six months. December 7, 2013 will be six months. Hopefully someone can post the $1,000,000 bond. I feel that the Judge reducing his bail from $10,000,000 to $2,500,000 to $1,000,000 is a good sign. Judge seems to realize he's not a flight risk and he was only accused of white collar crime. If the Judge were to look a little deeper, perhaps they'd see there was no crime at all.
