Gary Michelson is still suing Neil and Richard's attorney over alleged assets. I haven't read the complaint but I'm sure it's as crazy as his other lawsuits. Everyone is always cheating him when it was actually Dr Gary Michelson caught cheating the IRS out of millions.
Ridiculous case BC702941 goes to trial May 13, 2019 Judge Michael Linfield Dept 34 at Stanley Mosk. Dr. Gary Michelson will be on the stand for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. Neil Campbell will appear via deposition video. The deposition already happened and they will just show 1:30 of depo video.
To all the people who communicated with me after Googling Gary Michelson and finding my blog before doing anything with him, you're welcome. I'm glad I've saved people from the pain and torture or working for, with or just plain having anything to do with this horrible person. He doesn't keep his word. He denies saying things he did say. In other news Alya Michelson aka Alyaunte has been paying small bloggers to promoter her photographs. It appears all Alya really does is get her hair, makeup done then pose for photographers. She then posts the photographer's photographs of herself and enters them in contests for herself. She's taking credit for taking the photos she did not take and creating the poster she did not create. She also didn't make the music videos.
She's entering herself in shady music contests such as independent music awards. She entered her childish bracelet in an independent music contest as musical merchandise. "I’m nominated in four categories for the Independent Music Awards - best album, logo, merch & publicity photos!"

Her photographers and makeup artists are also paid to promote Alya. In order to get likes Alya has to offer up prizes if people like her photographs. It appears she also pays little girl dancers to dance to her music and post it online. The little girl dancer asks other girl dancers to make videos with Alya's music. This is some super low class promotion.
With all of Gary Michelson's money he could afford to promote her professionally but chooses to toss her a few pennies for low class promotion instead. It's guaranteed to destroy any reputation she thinks she has.
