Alya Michelson posted on her Instagram "we got a #Grammy." There's a photo of her standing with the group White Sun who just won a Grammy for Mystic Mirror for Best new age, ambient or chant album. The photo is not on the stage but somewhere with a backdrop like a Grammy party or something. It also doesn't appear to be the Red Carpet which has a different backdrop. The full text reads "So proud of this milestone and collaboration with @whitesunmusic! We got a #Grammy #recordingacademy! I am feeling this energy and saving for my next record!" People are telling her congratulations and she's saying "Thank you darling."
The thing is I don't see her name mentioned in their website anywhere. It's also not on the album as far as I can tell. There is no photo of her on the Grammy stage with the group. I just found a connection between Alya and White Sun. She just likes their music. From late 2020 "Q) What album/band are you currently listening to, and why do you dig them? A) I started recently practicing kundalini yoga and came across the White Sun band. This is something that I have “on replay.” She also says she was a part of their album "The Album “Mystic mirror” by @whitesunmusic, which I was a tiny part." Then why isn't she mentioned in it?

12/22/2018 Alya is now lying and stating she's won awards and had a top song hit. Alya stated this, "Animals premieres today at the Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood, as the winner of the Best Music Video award." I searched their site. She's not even mentioned.
Later she posted a photoshopped image saying she's number one in the charts.
Why is she doing this? This is embarrassing.
ORIGINAL: Where do I begin? Alya Michelson married billionaire Gary Michelson in an arranged contract for MONEY. She gets money to pretend to be a real wife and to be a baby oven. She gave him, sold to him three kids in exchange for money. That's when you're done working and you can take a break but not Alya aka Alyaunte. She is now selling cheap childlike bracelets for $40. This will make her rich! You know her kids made them. She married a billionaire. He pays for her expensive makeup and hair sessions. He pays for a producer to help her try to make music. He pays for Russian people to talk to her. He pays for clothes, photoshoots, social media promoters, paid likes, paid fans,lawyers, legal fees... Why does she need $40 so badly?
She's also selling photos of herself recreating famous photos. All beginner photographers recreate these iconic photos for fun. It shows an extreme lack of originality. Nice company.
Here is the new single. It sounds like inarticulate high pitched yelling, moaning with a Japanese Russian accent. So far that is what all her stuff sounds like. It's jibberish. And not to knock someone who speaks two languages, but if you say you speak English fluently maybe you should speak it fluently in your videos. I just realized that I now have the same Judge as Richard Powers. Judge Edward B. Moreton Jr is also my judge in my judgment case. Now there is no doubt who is behind this. Gary Michelson.

Gary and Alya have been trying to get this blog removed for years. They dared not sue me for defamation because (1) I haven't defamed them and (2) if they did, large freedom of speech law firms would represent me for free. He knew they'd file an anti-SLAPP and take him for at least $150,000 in legal fees. It'd also be horrible press for the "philanthropists."
Gary tried to get the Web Sheriff to shut down my blog by filing hundreds of false DCMA reports and TOS reports. I'm sure Gary paid at least $10,000 to $20,000 for that. Gary Michelson through the Sheriff perjured himself by falsely stating my photos were his. He also lied and stated I showed photos of his home. They failed.
Gary went on to lie to the DA and Judge stating he fears for his life if I watch his criminal trial in person. He wanted an order to keep me away because he didn't want me to talk about the case. Judge said no. Knowing that I made sure I stayed as far away from him as possible. Who would want to get next to such a vile person as Gary? USC only stomachs him for his money.
Alya and * then devised a plan to use the judgment against me to claim this blog is an asset. They want the asset. They should lose as the blog is worthless as it has no revenue as it has no ads. I also filed all exemptions. This worthless blog is part of the exemption of personal property. The blogs that have ads and all the videos don't make more than $35/month total. Google really chopped the ad sharing revenue after 2011. * also deleted all of my previous blogs with void court orders. One of those blogs made money yet she destroyed it. I didn't have a copy as I didn't think it'd be deleted as her name and the word "bat" wasn't mentioned anywhere in the blog. * did it just to destroy things. She enjoys destroying animals, property and trying to destroy people.
That's obviously a pic of Alya and not me. Alya posted lots of photos of herself on MySpace, Facebook and other sites because she wanted people to know she existed. Gary wanted to hide her at home. I believe Alya also edited Gary's wiki page. The IP, ISP were in Brentwood right next to his house. Now Alya keeps posting her photos, info and Gary keeps deleting it. Gary wants Alya to be a quiet Russian mail order bride who stays at home. He does not want her to have a singing career. That's why he only pays for photo shoots, videos, makeup, hair, Photoshop, dancers, stylists, costume designers.

Alya Michelson is deleting her online presence. The pages on Facebook are gone. One can never be blocked from pages. Maybe Gary forced her to delete them.
The photo above is supposed to be a sample of a music video Alya will be releasing soon. The symbolism in her work clearly shows she's trapped in a situation she hates. Here she is just a mounted head on a wall, a bought and paid for mail order bride. In others she's at a dinner table just with dolls. She is obviously lonely trapped in a house, offices of Adopt and Shop or hanging out with paid for friends, i.e. Russian makeup artist, hair stylist, photographer, videographer, dancer, designer. Gary will not let her go out on her own or actually do something other than helping out at her kids' school. Gary has her on a tight leash.
In the blog post below Alya is basically creating make believe friends, fans for herself. The blog post is riddled with errors. Alya Michelson claims she speaks English fluently. This blog post of hers clearly shows she doesn't have a grasp on the language. I don't understand why people say they speak a language fluently when they don't. I make sure to tell people I don't speak French very well so they won't speak to me too fast.
Below is Alya speaking in a natural low voice. That means she's acting and using a fake voice for her music and those videos. She looks and acts like a conservative grandmother in this video. She has major forehead wrinkles and jowels. Gary may like it because it reminds him of his grandma. I think Alya is trying to look like Gary's granny.
Here's another pic of her. This has been retouched. She still has naso-labial wrinkles, folds and eye bags. She used light to get rid of some jowels and forehead wrinkles. This makes me think in person she looks really different. Only a year ago she photoshopped her pics so much she looked like she was may 15. That's probably why most search engine keyword terms are "alya michelson age." She is clearly much older than what she stated in her Russian mail order bride profile and her "acting" profile. Two sick delusional people in a delusional hate filled relationship.
One of the earlier times I met with Gary he talked about wanting to get the head of LA Animal Services to hire Ed Boks. He asked me, Loftus how he could do that. We both said you have to give them money. He asked how much. Loftus said $10 million. Gary said "okay." And ever since then Gary has been buying government officials right and left here and in Costa Rica. He's also buying council members, members of the board of supervisors... They're giving him awards in exchange for campaign donations. It's a very long list. Gary is now using those people to get people he just doesn't like arrested and thrown in jail. Based on things which happened last week I'm now on that list. Gary will invent a crime and try to get the DA to go after me.
Alya Michelson says she's as good a singer, dancer, entertainer as Madonna and Bjork. Delusional and embarrassing. She also talks about love, kindness and freedom of speech. What has Alya Michelson Alyaunte been up to recently after having three children for Gary and working part time at her kids' school? She's back to moping around the Internet, hooking up with her Russian friends online, getting fitness tips to get back in shape, posting about handsome young guys... She now states she's single, living in Moscow and is five years younger than she is. She also trademarked her new name i.e. "Alevtina Gold Michelson."
Gary K Michelson owns the trademark. He also bought her "Alya Michelson" and "Alya." Looks like she stills wants to do the music thing. The last time she tried the music thing Gary paid a Russian music producer to give her some songs to sing. Gary also paid for some artsy photos for Alya. Let's see what he buys her next.
In her own name she trademarked "Japanica" the old name she used as a band, artist. It's also the name of a few Japanese restaurants. Odd she still wants the name "Gold" as her middle name. When you are a professional gold digger who nabbed a billionaire, do you really need the name "Gold" in your name?
Seems this trademark was abandoned. Alya herself bought it for herself.

This reminds me of the Citizen Kane story. Wealthy man basically buys a wife. Wife wants to be an actress. Husband pays people to help her act, put her in movies, sing .... Unfortunately wife is a shitty actress. Her work gets bad reviews. Cut to "Rosebud!"
Alya is pretty and she can act enough to put on a good face for Gary. I've listened to a few of the songs the Russian guy made for her. I don't think she can sing very well. She also can't speak English very well.
And this reminds me of another paid marriage, Donald Trump and Melania. Melania was basically a call girl per many sources. Her "agent" introduced her to Trump. Trump can't be seen with just a call girl. He tries to make her a "model." Notice Melania got all of her modeling gigs after meeting Trump. Melania met Trump before 1993. I would bet Trump helped her get to the US. I bet Trump got her the visa. Trump lies and states Melania is educated, speaks many languages... Michelson states Alya has multiple degrees, speaks many languages...just like Melania. The parallels to Gary Michelson are unnerving. Who would really care if they admitted to having an uneducated, non-model mail order bride? If they both agree to it, I'm fine with it. These guys' egos are the reason they have to make up the bullshit stories.
Gary Michelson is now 66 years old an official senior citizen. With the stress he's causing himself with the current lawsuits I doubt he'll live a long life. He looked pretty bad last time I saw him in court. I can't imagine how he feels basically losing the fake criminal suit against his ex-friends. Yes, he won the civil but what did he get? Neil's home in Florida and his personal belongings. I bet Gary paid millions in legal fees, costs...to get a few hundred grand of garish home decor items. I don't think that is enough pounds of flesh to satisfy Gary's compulsive need to hurt people because of his own insecurities and mental issues. I believe that Gary will cause himself more stress which will continue to negatively affect his heart, brain, organs....and cause him to die an early death.
