I just realized that I now have the same Judge as Richard Powers. Judge Edward B. Moreton Jr is also my judge in my judgment case. Now there is no doubt who is behind this. Gary Michelson.

Gary and Alya have been trying to get this blog removed for years. They dared not sue me for defamation because (1) I haven't defamed them and (2) if they did, large freedom of speech law firms would represent me for free. He knew they'd file an anti-SLAPP and take him for at least $150,000 in legal fees. It'd also be horrible press for the "philanthropists."

Gary tried to get the Web Sheriff to shut down my blog by filing hundreds of false DCMA reports and TOS reports. I'm sure Gary paid at least $10,000 to $20,000 for that. Gary Michelson through the Sheriff perjured himself by falsely stating my photos were his. He also lied and stated I showed photos of his home. They failed.

Gary went on to lie to the DA and Judge stating he fears for his life if I watch his criminal trial in person. He wanted an order to keep me away because he didn't want me to talk about the case. Judge said no. Knowing that I made sure I stayed as far away from him as possible. Who would want to get next to such a vile person as Gary? USC only stomachs him for his money.

Alya and * then devised a plan to use the judgment against me to claim this blog is an asset. They want the asset. They should lose as the blog is worthless as it has no revenue as it has no ads. I also filed all exemptions. This worthless blog is part of the exemption of personal property. The blogs that have ads and all the videos don't make more than $35/month total. Google really chopped the ad sharing revenue after 2011. * also deleted all of my previous blogs with void court orders. One of those blogs made money yet she destroyed it. I didn't have a copy as I didn't think it'd be deleted as her name and the word "bat" wasn't mentioned anywhere in the blog. * did it just to destroy things. She enjoys destroying animals, property and trying to destroy people. 

That's obviously a pic of Alya and not me. Alya posted lots of photos of herself on MySpace, Facebook and other sites because she wanted people to know she existed. Gary wanted to hide her at home. I believe Alya also edited Gary's wiki page. The IP, ISP were in Brentwood right next to his house. Now Alya keeps posting her photos, info and Gary keeps deleting it. Gary wants Alya to be a quiet Russian mail order bride who stays at home. He does not want her to have a singing career. That's why he only pays for photo shoots, videos, makeup, hair, Photoshop, dancers, stylists, costume designers.

USC building named after Gary Michelson grand opening. USC sells publicity and naming rights to anyone with money

The USC Michelson Hall building had its grand opening last Wednesday. Gary Michelson bought the naming rights of a USC building for $50,000,000. I'm sure there is a very long and detailed contract about the specific terms. I believe Gary demanded lots and lots of positive press, that silly cake, breaking ground photos, so many mentions in the USC websites, newsletters, the honorary degree.... It's just a business deal yet he can write it off as a donation. And to think Gary used to say art museums are just an illegal tax write off.

USC has a horrible recent history of being willing to work with horrible, unethical, unprofessional people if they can raise money or give them a lot of money. USC recently had to fire two Deans, Carmen Puliafito and then his replacement Rohit Varma for very improper behavior.

I'm sure USC has a clause in their building naming contract that if Michelson does anything that could embarrass USC they can remove his name. Does USC know how corrupt, unethical and just plain evil Gary Michelson is? I would think filing false criminal reports against people would be grounds enough. There was also that defamation lawsuit, Gary admitting he personally thanked ex DA Steve Cooley for arresting his ex-boyfriend, Gary committing perjury by stating there was a written contract when there wasn't, being caught committing tax fraud and heavily fined in the millions.... They soon will know all about it.

UPDATE: I just got a notice on another blog about a copyright issue. A person who states he is a legal representative of Gary and Alya Michelson told the blog that the below photo is "personal, private and copyrighted." Try not to laugh.

The pic of Gary Michelson is ten years old. It was a public pic taken for media purposes by someone not related to Gary. This photo has been on the Internet ten years and no one has ever asked to take it down. The photo of Alya Michelson is from her Russian mail order bride posting. This is her promotional photo which she posted online years ago when trying to find a rich man. Both of these photos and others have been edited by me. All of the pics in the banner are public photos which have been on the Internet a long time. For instance Gary Michelson's grandmother and dog pictured are both deceased. "Forbes" is crossed out.

Again, under the fair use of copyright this is all legal. On top of this the pics in question were not something to do sold like paparazzi pics of celebs. Crazy Gary. Looks like Gary Michelson is trying to generate even more negative press for himself. His person even committed perjury in their statements besides lying about many other things. Gary is the one who posted these images on the internet to try to improve his horrible image and reputation.

This hit man in the UK threatens to sue everyone yet he's never filed a lawsuit in the United States. He filed some in the UK which he lost. He mainly goes after people posting copyrighted music and video. Quite a few lawyers have posted that the person is committing perjury and threatening lawsuits with no basis. He is an attorney in the UK. He could be disbarred for what he has done. He also files copyright notices when he doesn't represent the person legally. Quite a few people said he rips off his clients.

Gary targeted someone else previously. His web dude just targeted me. The host in question sent me this. They will not remove the images because they are allowed under the fair use of copyright act.

The majority of them specified either headshot images used as part of criticism/commentary, or the header banner image at the top of your site.

Gary Michelson has paid a man to try to illegally take down blogs and websites. Gary Michelson is trying to bully free speech. Gary Michelson hired a man to perjure, threaten, lie and cheat American companies to try to get unflattering images of himself removed. Gary Michelson is using his money to try to illegally shut up anyone who speaks about him. Gary Michelson doesn't like when people talk about his failures, short comings, mistakes and all the illegal things he has done such as perjury. Gary Michelson hired a bully to try to bully people into silence. What he is doing is threatening a "strategic litigation against public participation" lawsuit against others.

This blog uses photos, video snippets, text snippets from some materials not all of which are copyrighted. This blog is non-commercial public comment on issues of public concern. These items are being used under the fair use of copyright act which is quoted in this blog. Here in the US if you state someone has used a copyrighted image, you must sue them within 15 days of filing a complaint with the host. If not, the material comes right back. On top of this you can't copyright an image which you have given to the press to use. That means you gave permission for its use and it is therefore privileged. Not only that but the statute of limitations is three years for copyright, two years for defamation. Gary seems to have gotten his panties wadded up in a bunch again. If Gary Michelson didn't do these horrible things to people, no one would be writing all the negatives articles that they write. In fact the ONLY positive articles are written by people paid by Gary. Gary spent $50 million to buy good press from USC. Everyone at USC knows he's a fraud. Besides the DA's office, USC is number two reader of this blog.
