Who is Gary Michelson's current wife? Alya? Alevtina?

Gary Michelson posted on his website foundanimals.org that his current wife is named Alya. I do find an Alya Michelson online living in Brentwood 90049. People who know Gary Michelson have been updating his wikipedia page. One person stated his current wife is a Russian journalist named Alevtina Michelson and their daughter's name is Alexandra. Someone else who has been editing his page and knows Gary instantly changed that to Alya and Sasha. I've known Russian people named Sasha and they were male, not female.

So far there are no records of this person that I can find. People who know Gary Michelson all assumed she was a "Russian mail order bride" or a "paid beard." If Gary really does have any children, I highly doubt they were made in the regular fashion. Based on what I know and have heard I have a feeling that Gary Michelson only got married because Neil got married. I think that's also why Gary wanted a kid. Previously he said he didn't want to get married because he didn't think he'd be good at it. He also stated he didn't want to have kids because he doesn't know if he'll be around long enough. He said this just a few years ago. For the life of me I don't know why Gary feels he needs to show the world this facade. This is LA. No one would care if someone were gay or straight, were married or not, had kids or not.

Was Alya Michelson looking for a baby sitter? First name Alya, last name starts with an "M," lives in Brentwood 90049, needs to know Russian, needs to know how to ski, going to Mammoth, needs to be able to teach music, 4-6 year old girl, newborn boy, she can't write English very well, sounds naive and clueless. Too many coincidences. The job has already been taken. I just realized that if she gave birth in June, how come she didn't look pregnant just a few months earlier? Are they buying babies? One can only hope they at least got a sperm donor. Alya looks fine but no one would want Gary's genes.

Neil Campbell's bail reduced to $1,000,000

UPDATE: Bail was reduced to $1,000,000 and Neil is still in jail. He cannot afford the bail. It appears he'll be stuck in there until at least December. It can't be easy for him in jail. 

Neil Campbell has been in jail since June 7, 2013. The max they can keep him in jail pre-trial is six months. December 7, 2013 will be six months. Hopefully someone can post the $1,000,000 bond. I feel that the Judge reducing his bail from $10,000,000 to $2,500,000 to $1,000,000 is a good sign. Judge seems to realize he's not a flight risk and he was only accused of white collar crime. If the Judge were to look a little deeper, perhaps they'd see there was no crime at all.

Gary Michelson's ex-wife is a psychiatrist

I was wondering what type of woman would ever agree to marry Gary Michelson. I found the answer. Gary Michelson's ex-wife is a psychiatrist. She specializes in truly crazy people in jail besides a few other things. She is also a pilot and a big waterskier just like Gary.  Perhaps she thought she could "fix" Gary. She obviously could not. Some things can never be fixed. She has since remarried, changed her name, moved on with her life and appears to be very happy.

She was a pre-med psychology major when she met Gary. After they divorced she became a doctor of psychiatry. I would bet her experience with Gary Michelson is the reason she became a psychiatrist. It's odd there are so many psychiatrists in Gary Michelson's family. His step father, younger brother and now ex-wife. They say people become psychiatrists because they dealt with a crazy person in their life.

Gary Michelson brags about donating money then says to talk about it would be "unseemly."

Out of one side of  his mouth Dr. Gary Michelson pretends he just wants to be an anonymous donor. He pretends he doesn't want to tell people how much money he gives to needy causes. Out of the other side of his mouth he brags about how much he has given when he has barely given anything. He also offers up a $75M prize then only gives a few million. 

Gary Michelson likes to pretend he's just a regular Joe who drives an old PT Cruiser and lives meagerly. He lives in a $7.5M mansion in the hills of Brentwood. The place is 5,000 to 6,000 sf if I remember and he lives with just his dogs. He also has an expensive roadster.

Forbes called him up and asked him how much money he has and how much he's given to charity. He told them how much he has then lied and said he gave $10,000,000 to animals causes and turned animal shelters into adoption centers. Below is from the LA Times.

'He was listed at No. 290 in 2010, with a net worth estimated at $1.4 billion. He won't confirm the figures or say precisely how much he gives away. "It's unseemly," he said, urging a reporter to focus on his foundations rather than on him.'

This reminds me of the time Gary Michelson gave an interview to LA Weekly December 2005. In the interview he stated he will give his $1.3B settlement to charity. I met up with Gary Michelson a week later and he told me he specifically told the reporter not to mention his name. He wanted the article to be all about helping animals and people and not about him. He wants to be an anonymous donor. I then spoke to the reporter whom I knew. I asked him why he revealed Gary's identity when Gary told him not to. The reporter told me that Gary never said not to mention his name. He gladly mentioned his name and how much money he was going to donate. I believe the reporter. This is just what Gary does. He wants everyone to know how much money he has and will supposedly donate. After he tells everyone what he has and what he will donate he will say he doesn't want to brag because it would be "unseemly."

I feel Dr. Gary Michelson is a very insecure deeply troubled pathological megalomaniac with sadistic tendencies. He's also passive aggressive and turns on people on a dime for no reason. He burns through  "friends" quickly. I pity his existence.

Dr. Gary Michelson promised $10,000,000 to the City, gave only $160,000

Dr. Gary Michelson formed the Found Animals Foundation in late 2005. December 2005 he promised to give Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa $10,000,000 if he would hire Ed Boks. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa agreed. December 2005 Gary Michelson told LA Weekly he intends to give his $1.3B award from Medtronic to his foundations to help animals and people with back problems. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa hired Ed Boks effective January 3, 2006.

I worked as a volunteer for the department of LA Animal Services from about 2000 to 2006. I think March 2006 I was paid by Gary Michelson to continue my work for the department. I worked for Gary Michelson on salary starting around February 2006 or so. 

The entire time I worked for Gary Michelson and the City Ed Boks and the Mayor's office kept asking me where is the money that Gary Michelson promised. Care to guess how much of the $10,000,000 Gary Michelson gave to the City? I just looked it up in lacity.org All donations over $5,000 must be approved by City Council. Gary Michelson gave the Los Angeles Animal Services department a whopping $160,000 in 2007, 1% of what he actually promised. Not only that but this $160,000 was to make up for giving animals to New Hope groups for free. That was Gary Michelson's idea. The City was paying for the spayneuters which cost the city $160,000. 

Dr. Gary Michelson loves to promise people money then he doesn't give it. If he actually gives the money he promises he won't get all the attention, affection any more. This of course causes a lot  of problems. I can't begin to tell you how many people are calling Gary Michelson a flake, besides crazy. I had non-profit animal rescue groups asking me where is the money Gary promised. At the time I truly thought he was just busy. Sometimes Gary would tell me he never promised the groups money. Unfortunately I was there when he made those promises. I finally realized Gary Michelson was a flake.

If the criminal cases go to trial, Dr. Gary Michelson will have to answer some tough questions

Gary Michelson will be forced to take the stand. He will be examined, cross-examined. He's going to have to answer some personal questions he probably won't like. I have a feeling the Defense will bring up the Dave Loftus case where Gary Michelson tried to file a false criminal complaint against him. LAPD refused because no crime had been committed. I saved all those emails. In order to state a claim for fraud, you must show you lost something. Gary didn't lose anything. He made millions of dollars. "Loss of a bargain" is not a loss. Appeals court already ruled on this. Gary tried to argue in the criminal case that the difference between what Richards paid and what Gary paid belongs to Gary. No, it doesn't. Gary never owned the difference so he never lost it. Plus, Gary Michelson finally admits he committed perjury when he stated there was a written agreement. There was no written agreement. This is going to be very messy. I'm sure the media will be very interested.

If I were one of the defense attorneys, I would probably ask Gary these questions.

Did you try to file a criminal complaint against Loftus?
Why didn't the LAPD file charges against him?
Did you tell Mary Cummins, X, X and X that Loftus embezzled money from you?
Did Loftus embezzle from you?
So, even after LAPD told you Loftus committed no crime, did not embezzle, why did you tell Mary Cummins, Loftus' business partners, friends, X, X and anyone with half a working ear that the LAPD was going to arrest him any day now?

Did you offer the Mayor $10,000,000 to hire Ed Boks?
Did the Mayor hire Ed Boks?
How much money have you given to the Mayor?
How much money have you donated to DA Steve Cooley and DA Jackie Lacey?
What conversations did you have with Jackie Lacey about this case?

Did you invite members of ALF and ADL to your house to waterski?
Did you tell Mary Cummins that you were going to give them a job, grant if they leave the City alone?
How much did you or anyone else give them?

Did Powers offer you land for $X?
Did you buy it?
Did Powers offer to buy the land back for $X then 2x$X?
Why didn't you sell it to him if you claim you lost money?
What did you pay for the land? Haven't appraisers stated it is now worth almost triple what you paid? How is that a loss?
Do you remember suing for "loss of a bargain" and losing in California appeal's court?

Did you tell Costa Rican authorities and a California Civil Court Judge that you had a written agreement to only pay Powers a 6% commission?
Where is that agreement?
Didn't you later state in the California court that it was only an oral agreement?
Why did you lie?
Do you realize that perjury is a crime punishable by up to ten years in jail in California?
Did you give any money to any politician, Judge, prosecutor in Costa Rica?

Did you travel to Italy and other places with Neil Campbell?
Did you stay in the same home or hotel?
What is the nature of your relationship with Campbell?

Are you the youngest of your siblings?
Why did you tell people you were the youngest in many interviews and magazines when you aren't?
Are you telling the truth today?
Did you tell Forbes you gave $10,000,000 to help animals in LA?
Don't your tax returns show you only gave $3,000,000?
Did you tell Forbes that you turned the animals shelters into adoption centers?
Are they adoption centers? Why did you lie to Forbes?

They should probably get Alya on the stand to see if she is really his "wife." I don't think so. I also doubt the story about her being a journalism and business major who worked for the Kremlin. Diploma mill degrees don't count.

Probably be a good idea to get Cohen on the stand as well. He's an employee and not an attorney so there is no privilege communication.

If they can do discovery, defendants should ask for Gary Michelson's bank statements personally and for all his holding companies and foundations. They should also ask for all of his phone and fax records.

Neil Campbell, Philip Powers were doing well before they met Gary Michelson

People seem to be under the false impression that Neil and Philip made all their money off Gary. That is not true. Neil had nice homes in Manhattan Beach before he met Gary, so did Philip. They had nice cars and such before they met Gary. Philip was selling land in Costa Rica before he met Gary. His clients were making a minimum of 15% a year on these investments. They were very happy to buy the land from Philip. Neil and Philip had luxury cars before they met Michelson. Philip had been in the exotic car business for years buying, selling, transporting expensive exotic cars. Neil introduced Philip to Michelson so Michelson could make money. Michelson made money.
