I am posting just a couple of public photos for non-profit education and comment. For those that don't know about Burning Man it's a week long event in the desert in Nevada. You can read the wiki entry here.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burning_man Basically a bunch of people go totally crazy. Men are totally naked, wearing only a gstring, maybe just a tutu. Women are naked or wear a gstring and pasties over their nipples. You dance, sing, do performance art. People erect art sculptures. It's really many different things. You generally use a nickname because of the drinking, drugs, nudity, orgies. Alcohol and drugs are the two biggest things. They also do sex acts. If you Google image search "burning man nudity" you'll get the picture. It is a week where adults forget about the family, kids, work and do whatever they want. The Playa Surfers get naked.
