UPDATE 11/03/2018 Plaintiff's application was not heard. That means it was denied. The motion to speed up the hearing was denied.

11/01/2018: Discovery was over yesterday. I answered Plaintiff's discovery. They did not answer mine. Plaintiff's attorney didn't even start discovery until two months after it began. Yesterday he filed an application to hear his ex-parte application on shortened notice. I filed a reply. In his application he said I don't oppose his application to extend discovery. I most certainly do oppose it. Phil Stillman is as incompetent as James J Little. They both missed deadlines, forgot to file documents, forge service and lie. This is definitely not one of Michelson's lawyers. If Alya is involved, she is just paying the legal fees. must still be the owner of the judgment. The Russian strawman probably doesn't exist.

UPDATE: Stillman lost his ex parte motion and his motion to hear his ex parte motion at an earlier date.

Attorney Philip Stillman filed an ex parte application. I instantly wrote and filed one within an hour. In Stillman's ex parte he violated a protection order over the debtor hearing and my home address.

In his ex parte he claimed it was an emergency to file it as discovery ends Oct 31, 2018. Discovery started about June 27, 2018. He had four months. He didn't start discovery until two months later. Now he's crying that he needs more time so he can harass an elderly non-party. He doesn't have enough time to properly harass her. This attorney is just as bad as the dead attorney. He misses deadlines, lies, forges documents, commits perjury and lies to the court. He also violated a protective order.

Attorney Philip Stillman is as corrupt, unethical and unprofessional as James J Little. Philip Stillman just did a fake service. Even the fake service is not timely.

While Philip Stillman is arguing to the court that poor old JoAnn Remington should not be dragged to a debtor hearing relative to JJ's estate and debts, he's trying to drag an elderly disabled woman to a deposition where she isn't even a party just to upset me.

Philip Stillman sued for malpractice and breach of contract. In this case Philip Stillman represented Richard Guido in business negotiations. Guido agreed to a letter of intent with another company. Unbeknownst to Guido Philip Stillman started representing the other company. Stillman wrote a rough draft of a second letter of intent. Guido said he would not sign it. Stillman then allegedly lied to the other party and stated he did sign it. Finally Guido realizes that Stillman is representing him and the other side. That is conflict of interest besides breach of fiduciary relationship. It looks like they settled it. Case was filed here in Los Angeles. Guess who was Philip's lawyer? James J Little. They clearly work together.

ORIGINAL: If Alya Michelson bought my judgment she has a truly horrible lawyer. First he didn't start discovery early enough. Then he sent a subpoena which was not timely. They must be served at least 20 days before the date. Then he sent a thug to an elderly friend's house late at night to frighten her. Pretty horrible for Alya Michelson to want to harass an elderly person just to upset me. Pretty gross in fact. You don't send thugs to homes in a high crime area where people have been murdered recently. I emailed Alya asking if she owned the judgment and no reply.

Anyway the lawyer made another huge mistake today. I asked if he sent the thug to the person's house. He replied in email "I don't know what you're talking about." Then he accidentally emailed me instead of his client. He said they should send a sneaky Fed-ex letter that they have to sign for. It still wouldn't be timely. I emailed him back stating he clearly lied about not knowing about the thug. I added that he accidentally sent that email to me instead of his client. This is where it gets weird. He then said he meant to send that email to me. Why would he ask me to send a sneaky Fedex to a friend of mine to trick them into receiving service of his subpoena? Clearly the guy is nuts. He sent the email 4:00 p.m. LA time which is 7 Florida time. He was a friend of James J Little for many years. They were involved in lawsuits together as lawyers and parties. Stillman is representing JJ's probate and debt case. They're trying to state that JJ bought his eight year old or so kid a condo. Looks like he's probably trying to hide assets. Also odd he passed the bar in 1991 at the age of 33. Shouldn't you be about 25?

UPDATE: 06/21/2018 James Little had an appeal open in the case he lost from his secretary. The lawyer who would illegally appear for James Little in court and claim he was indeed James Little promised the court he'd sign and file a substitution of attorney and party. He didn't so the case was dismissed. I knew it was just a stall tactic and stated so.

05/21/2018 Order filed. This Court, on February 5, 2018 issued an order staying all proceedings pending the substitution of appellant's Successor in Interest or Personal Representative. No substitution of party or substitution of counsel has been filed. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the stay order issued on February 5, 2018 is vacated. The appeal filed October 4, 2017 is returned to active status. On November 8, 2017 the Los Angeles Superior Court notified appellant of default. Although, appellant partially complied with the default notice, he did not pay the court reporter fees or deposit. The Estate of James L. Little is noticed that if a substitution of appellant's Successor in Interest or Personal Representative is not filed and payment of the court reporter fees or deposit is not made within 15 days of the date of this order, the appeal filed October 4, 2017 will be dismissed.
05/21/2018 Filed proof of service. On Respresentative for J Little re 15 days to comply with order or the appeal will be dismissed.
06/14/2018 Default notice received-appellant notified per rule 8.140(a)(1). the payment of the fees for the reporter's transcript have not been paid
06/21/2018 Dismissal order filed. THE COURT: On February 5, 2018, the Court directed Appellant James J. Little's counsel, successor in interest, or personal representative to file a motion pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 8.36(a) to substitute a party for the deceased Appellant in accordance with Code of Civil Procedure, sections 377.10-377.43. The Court admonished in the February 5 order that failure to take the required action would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. To date, no motion to substitute party has been filed. The appeal filed October 4, 2017, is dismissed.

03/02/2018 I notified the California Bar Association that James Little died so they could take my complaint against him and shove it. He had so many complaints against him that the California Bar Association ordered his death certificate so they could close out all the many, many, many complaints. Bar Association doesn't give a shit about the public. They only care about lawyers who pay dues. They even allow criminals like James Little to continue to practice after so many complaints, disbarments, arrests, legal malpractice lawsuits, fraud lawsuits... He died January 13, 2018 three days after our last hearing. The world is a much better place without him.

ORIGINAL: Alleged Alya Michelson's lawyer, attorney James Little, James Jeffrey Little, James J Little, Jay Little, JJ Little is dead. He died January 13, 2018 three days after I saw him at a hearing. Turns out he was in hospice and knew he was dying. He said in November that his mother JoAnn Remington came to visit and take care of him from Naples, Florida. His mother basically supported him and enabled his abusive behavior. She used to work for her PR company J Remington and Associates and ironically The Shelter for Abused Women & Children in Florida. With the help of his mother he screwed over all of his clients including Alya. He promised her he'd get this blog taken down and have me thrown in jail. Try as he might by abusing the courts he lost. Alya should have read his reviews. They were horrible. He promised everyone the moon then doesn't deliver anything. He makes a ton of mistakes then runs away with the money. The Court also ruled that no one can take anything from me. There will be no more hearings as there are no assets which can be attached. I wonder how many thousands of dollars Alya spent on this lawyer. Gary will be upset when he finds out Alya wasted his money.

JJ didn't look anything like the photo in the obit. Here's a pic of him from November 2017. This is the man who screamed at me, threatened me and tried to throw me in jail by not serving me with his ex parte motions. Then he threatened to throw me in jail for "forging a court order" which I never did and also for "tax fraud" which I also never did. He and Alya lost. They can't harass me again. I don't have to listen to this abuse man yell at me, threaten me and ask me questions about pornography. He literally talked about the porn biz at the hearing. I have nothing to do with porn.

Here is a list of just part of his criminal record for the last 28 years. His past really caught up with him. He was so hunched over when he stood up that he was shorter than me and I'm probably 5'7" now. He used to be 6'2".

The church where the service was held is for addicts. It's also the address of a law firm. Their lone Yelp review states they forgive the sinner. "This Bible Fellowship brings bible based Christian fellowship to Los Angeles community.   Traditional in Bible belief it rejects the sin but loves the sinner seeking a new life in Christ, rejecting abuse behavior,  lbgtq,  addiction,  and violence seeking mature healthy Christian family values." I highly doubt Little believed in any of that.

The Court has been notified that James Little is dead.

On January 29, 2018 the Court received a motion from on behalf of the Estate of James J. Little to extend all deadlines etc. A copy of all correspondence, orders, and notices will be sent to and to Little's email addresses until a substitution of attorney & party is filed.
02/05/2018 Letter sent to counsel re:     The Court has received notice that Appellant James J. Little is now deceased.

The California Bar Association just listed him as deceased. They got rid of his record. I saved it here. I also have the underlying files.

Mark David Michelson born 1951 graduated from Temple University, B.S., 1972, University of Miami, J.D., 1974 and was admitted to the Florida bar in 1975. He married Lynda Dianne Fowler in 1975 and divorced 1981. He married Iliana Villa-Roehr in 1987, had a child in 1988 and divorced 1993. The divorce was drawn out. Oddly enough his law specialty was family, divorce, child, personal injury and animal law. He seemed to be a dog bite attorney but I don't know if he was for plaintiffs or defendants. He retired from law and hadn't worked in a while when he was last divorced. Based on data Mark and his son lived with Gary in Brentwood and Mammoth and maybe one of his other homes. Then Mark bought a home and put it in a trust. My friends who met him at animal events said he seemed sane and normal compared to Gary. Being the brother directly younger than Gary I can see why they got along. Maybe Gary had a hand in putting Mark's son through ... USC.

I have uncovered some very unsettling information about Gary Michelson. Again, everyone, do NOT do business with him. Do NOT work for him. Do NOT accept money from him. Most important NEVER be his friend. He manages to destroy all his friends, employees, independent contractors.... This next tale of the evilness that is Gary Michelson is a cautionary tale. This is what he does to people. I guess I was lucky I didn't work for him too long. Still, he committed perjury which really hurt my lawsuit.

Gary Michelson hired a French national named Henry who was an extremely talented horticulturalist and landscape designer. Henry had already done some big jobs in Beverly Hills and was well established. Gary asked Henry to design the most fantastic garden possible which would be the envy of all. Henry happily went to work designing and building an incredible garden.

This garden has a 50 foot tall waterfall with a 150 foot tall rock wall which was to have thousands of orchids, hundreds of different species. They had to tear out an entire hill to achieve this which upset the neighbors who reported Gary to building and safety. Gary hooked up with the engineer who built the 80,000 sq ft + house behind me. That engineer knows how to get around all the codes. I know because I've been following the project behind me. You can see all he did to the property in the previous post. Last time I saw the property he had the original pool and the trellis, nothing more. His rear yard was basically flat with a gentle downslope. In order to build a 150 foot tall rock wall he'd have to dig out 150 feet of dirt! This is a bad idea on so many levels the least of which is he's in an earthquake fault and liquifaction zone. He really dinged the value of his property by digging out the site. Flat lots are much more desirable. The garden visitors said they had to climb many steep stairs.

Henry spent five years building this most amazing garden. Gary kept asking for something new possibly to keep Henry around because Gary probably "liked" him. Keep in mind Gary has no real friends. The only way he can have anyone want to hang around him is if he pays them. He had to buy his Russian mail order beard. No way would she ever have anything to do with him if he didn't pay her. You know that joke "you were so ugly that your dog wouldn't even play with you unless you were covered with baloney?" With Gary he has to cover himself with $1,000 bills in order for anyone to even want to talk to him.

Anyway Henry felt that Gary was strange and he felt uncomfortable. Everyone who meets Gary says the same thing. I thought he was strange the first second I met him. Eventually Henry lands a big commercial job in Florida so he moves there and buys a house. Funny, Neil moved to Florida as well. Maybe because it's the farthest US state away from California and Gary.

Gary being evil, petty Gary starts to feel like maybe he was somehow cheated. Actually I bet he didn't feel cheated. He probably just wanted to be mean to Henry because Henry left. I think Gary makes up this "I was cheated!" crap in his mind to justify destroying someone for his own pleasure. The entire time Henry was building the garden he gave all receipts to Gary. Gary decides to ask another landscape designer how much it would cost to duplicate this garden. He gave them all the specs with the list of all items bought without the prices. The new landscape designer thinks about it a few days and says "$3 million and two years." Well, Gary spent $5 million and five years to build his current garden. He is of course livid and goes on a rampage like he always does. He feels "cheated." He decides to destroy Henry. I would bet the new landscape person intentionally bid it low knowing he could add on fees and costs later as over run. I doubt Gary was cheated of anything.

Gary Michelson sues Henry for $5 million for fraud. Henry had just bought a $500K house and had $400K in cash. He tells this to Gary who asks for his house and all his money. They finally settle because Henry doesn't want to get in a fight with Gary and he gives him all his money. Keep in mind Henry was making good money before he met Gary. Obviously Henry would not spend five years of his time building a garden for Gary for no money. That would be ridiculous.

Back to what I was saying yesterday as I reviewed the permits for the garden. They were listed as owner. Generally you would have the name of a licensed, bonded, legal landscape designer/contractor. That didn't happen because Henry is a French national without a green card. I have a feeling this is why Gary hired Henry because he wasn't licensed or a citizen. This way he can really eff him up.

Even after Gary agrees to take the $400K to settle things Gary is not satisfied. Gary turns Henry into the IRS for tax evasion. IRS takes his house and he gets four years in prison but is out in two. Right before he's about to get out Gary calls immigration services. They arrest and deport him the day he's supposed to get out of jail.

Gary is very proud of his evil plan and starts bragging about what he did to people. He says paraphrased "I sue them in civil court, get everything I possibly can from them, then I turn them into the IRS and they can take whatever is left. If I'm still not satisfied, I file criminal charges. By now they are so broke they can only get a public defender. With that they will be going to jail. Muahaha!" Okay, I added the last word but you get the picture.

That still is not enough. Gary likes to inflict as much evil as possible while making, stealing money and saving money on his taxes. Gary Michelson was charged with tax evasion by the IRS. He settled with them by paying the taxes and a penalty.

Gary papers people into indigence in civil court. Then he charges them in criminal court knowing they will be legally defenseless with a public defender and end up in jail. He gets a huge civil judgment for say $50,000,000 when he actually didn't lose any money. He then claims that as a loss to the IRS so he can write it off. Gary screws someone in civil court, screws them again in criminal court then he gets to screw the IRS. How's that for a win win win situation? Muahaha!

I think this is why Gary Michelson intentionally wanted a Russian mail order beard. He wants to totally control her and her kids. I bet he didn't make her a citizen. I bet Gary has her passport. I bet Gary has security watching and tracking her every move. Alya, girl, run back to Russia with your kids before Gary files false criminal charges against you, throws you in jail and takes your babies. I bet Gary will lie and claim Alya beat her baby so he can get her thrown in jail and he gets full custody of the kids. Then he'll report her and she'll be shipped back to Russia as a criminal.
