In her own name she trademarked "Japanica" the old name she used as a band, artist. It's also the name of a few Japanese restaurants. Odd she still wants the name "Gold" as her middle name. When you are a professional gold digger who nabbed a billionaire, do you really need the name "Gold" in your name?

This reminds me of the Citizen Kane story. Wealthy man basically buys a wife. Wife wants to be an actress. Husband pays people to help her act, put her in movies, sing .... Unfortunately wife is a shitty actress. Her work gets bad reviews. Cut to "Rosebud!"
Alya is pretty and she can act enough to put on a good face for Gary. I've listened to a few of the songs the Russian guy made for her. I don't think she can sing very well. She also can't speak English very well.
And this reminds me of another paid marriage, Donald Trump and Melania. Melania was basically a call girl per many sources. Her "agent" introduced her to Trump. Trump can't be seen with just a call girl. He tries to make her a "model." Notice Melania got all of her modeling gigs after meeting Trump. Melania met Trump before 1993. I would bet Trump helped her get to the US. I bet Trump got her the visa. Trump lies and states Melania is educated, speaks many languages... Michelson states Alya has multiple degrees, speaks many languages...just like Melania. The parallels to Gary Michelson are unnerving. Who would really care if they admitted to having an uneducated, non-model mail order bride? If they both agree to it, I'm fine with it. These guys' egos are the reason they have to make up the bullshit stories.
Gary Michelson is now 66 years old an official senior citizen. With the stress he's causing himself with the current lawsuits I doubt he'll live a long life. He looked pretty bad last time I saw him in court. I can't imagine how he feels basically losing the fake criminal suit against his ex-friends. Yes, he won the civil but what did he get? Neil's home in Florida and his personal belongings. I bet Gary paid millions in legal fees, costs...to get a few hundred grand of garish home decor items. I don't think that is enough pounds of flesh to satisfy Gary's compulsive need to hurt people because of his own insecurities and mental issues. I believe that Gary will cause himself more stress which will continue to negatively affect his heart, brain, organs....and cause him to die an early death. Gary Michelson trademarks "Found Animals" and "Adopt and Shop," why?
Gary Michelson is now adding the trademark symbol to his foundation names. Talk about egotistical. Why? Put "found animals" and "adopt and shop" in search. Sounds like his attorneys just want to make more money off of him. Why get a trademark you can never defend?

He's a non-profit. I don't get this. In order to defend a trademark he would have to show that his trademark was used by another identical "for profit business" to make it appear that they were his trademarked company. I don't see anyone doing this.
Not only that but "adopt and shop" was coined by me and people working with LA Animal Services when we wanted to open up pet supply shops in the new shelters. One nasty old lady employee Linda Gordon said it couldn't be done as buildings were built with bond funds so no non-profit or the dept could operate a shop in there. After I did some research it turns out that was a lie. Linda Gordon hated everyone outside of dept employees and did everything she could to harm outsiders even if it meant harming, killing animals. Heidi Huebner the volunteer coordinator at the time helped her. Heidi Heubner personally was responsible for wild animals dying in the shelter. She allowed them to slowly die without food, water while they broke their jaws, teeth, rubbed all the skin off their snouts and arms trying to get out of their cages. Heidi also stole from the department and worked other paying jobs while on the shelter time clock. She even used shelter supplies and people to make money from her private group.
Leon Seidman of Cosmic Catnip the catnip king of the world was working with me and others to get the shops in the shelters to help the shelters. Only the dept would have profited which was the goal. Everyone was working for free toward this goal. City killed the idea. Everyone who was helping quit helping the dept out of frustration.

Gary Michelson posts his home address online for patents, trademarks, funds, corporations....now he says it's private?
Gary Michelson has been posting his home address online for many years. His home address is on his patents and trademarks besides his money funds. Now all of a sudden he claims it's private information? Look at how many websites have his name and address? 4,140 websites only one of which is my blog.

Gary is so full of himself that he just recently applied for a trademark for the logo he forced other companies to post on his products. Again, he lists his home address. I don't think he can trademark something that's been online in other people's websites since 2005. They were already using that logo in business. This is ridiculous. Gary Michelson's attorney making lots of money off of Gary.

Maybe Gary Michelson is upset that I have added a similar image to my header banner? He already filed a DCMA and lost. I can use images for comment, education, parody. Not only that but when it comes to trademark, he'd have to show "trademark violation." I was once sued for this and won, see below.

The court indicated that Knight-McConnell had no standing to bring a securities law claim because she did not allege that she purchased or sold the stocks in question in reliance on any statement by Cummins. The court dismissed the trademark claim because linking to Knight-McConnell's site without permission was not likely to cause confusion as a matter of law:
"Even if we assume that plaintiff's name is a valid and protectible mark, plaintiff has not alleged that the defendant engaged in any conduct that is likely to cause confusion as to the origin of the defendant's website. The mere appearance on a website of a hyperlink to another site will not lead a web-user to conclude that the owner of the site he is visiting is associated with the owner of the linked site. This is particularly true in this case because defendant's website advertises real estate and web design services, not investment services, and defendant is continuously dissassociating herself from plaintiff by criticizing her and accusing her of misconduct."
I most certainly am not causing any confusion in regard to Dr Gary Michelson and his "technology." I am not a spine product inventor. I don't sell spine products. I don't have anything to do with Gary or his business. Not only that but Gary Michelson is no longer in the spine product business. He sold all his patents and retired years ago. I think Medtronic is the one who owns this trademark as they have been using the image for years.
