The Hypocrisy of Gary Michelson and Alya Michelson is unfathomable, Inner City Law Center, Los Angeles

Gary is not looking well in the video linked below. He starts off by saying life isn't fair. He has too much money, was given too much money. He and Alya want to help people with very little. He said it'd make him feel good if he could do something to make life a little less unfair for others. He could start by stop suing people who made him millions of dollars. He could stop harassing people over petty things. He could stop complaining about professionally made cakes costing more than the cost of the basic ingredient. His back surgeries cost more than the screws and IV fluids used in surgery so he should understand. 

Alya is not a good public speaker. She stumbled and her "speech" wandered around. She talked about herself and her own platform and not the donation, award or issue at hand. Alya said to be kind and respectful is the most important thing. She said she is the co-chair of Michelson Philanthropies and supports female immigrants who are discriminated against. Said the wealthy white Russian mail order bride immigrant. "Being rich is not about how much you have but how much you can give." This is the absolute opposite of what Alya really thinks and does. She's trying to buy herself fame and fans for her poor singing and obvious acting. Alya and Gary lying to people and themselves again. If they didn't have money, they wouldn't have any "friends" at all. 

Alya allegedly moved two immigrant Ukraine families into Gary's home. Do those families know they're living with the Russian enemy who were part of the military and government propaganda who previously conquered and occupied Ukraine?! Maybe Putin will pay them a visit. If Alya's father is also there, he can tell them stories about when he occupied Ukraine by force with the military during Russian's military rule of Ukraine when Alya lived there. That's why she grew up in that area. Russia was not there helping Ukranians. They were doing the same things that they're doing today. Imagine the enemy inviting fleeing refugees to live with them! Alya is trying to make herself look good. She will never look good because everyone knows who she really is.

Notice that Gary motions Alya to stand next to him which she does. A second later when he's looking forward she moves away from him. It's still not as bad (good?) as the photo she staged where she looks like his granddaughter while she says "Happy Father's Day!" Alya mocks Gary all the time but he doesn't seem to get it.

Gary Michelson hired Dory Andraos to try to bury this blog and all the information in it. It would be a lot easier if Gary Michelson just didn't do illegal, evil things. Then I'd have nothing to write about. I bet Dory here promised Gary Michelson he could bury this blog and make all his sites pull up ahead of it. Dory will not be able to keep that promise.

Dory Andraos went to Cal State Northridge which does not have a good accreditation or history. He also went to Pacific States University which he misspells in his linkedin page as "Pacific State University." This is a private school accredited by ACICS. Real universities such as USC, UCLA are accredited by organizations such as the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. That is a "true" accreditation. Pacific States University is an Internet school with some classes in Korea Town. It's basically run out of an office on Wilshire Blvd.

Dory here worked for evil VCA. VCA is a public company that bought a lot of small veterinary offices. They declaw cats, debark dogs, dock tails, cut ears. They are known as the McDonalds of veterinary hospitals. If you go in to neuter your cat, they will tell you, you should declaw it at the same time to save money on the anesthesia. It's like asking someone if they want fries with with their burger order. They even try to sell you a four paw declaw. I think they were one of the groups that fought us when we banned declaw in LA and other cities in the US. We even got death threats from vets and vet organizations.

Dory Antoun Andraos (December 15, 1973) and his wife Laura Sonia Hecht Flores Andraos (September 1959, September 1962 when she lies about her age) who works with the Los Angeles County Community Development Commission bought a shitty, tiny, cheap one bedroom, one bath 812 sf home on a 4,000 sf lot in a bad area of Whittier in 2004 for $290,000 with a $232,000 loan. Actually the wife bought it. That means Dory had no money and shitty credit. Then they got an equity line and stopped making payments on the home in 2012. They owed nine months of mortgage payments. They lost the home in foreclosure. The home sold in 2013 for $260,000, less than what they paid for it. That means they way over paid in 2005 and probably trashed the home. The MLS photo is only a pic of the outside. That generally means the inside is totally trashed. Evil pissed owners trash their house before they move out when they are foreclosed upon. It's actually a crime but banks know they'll never get any money suing them.

Their monthly mortgage payment was about $978. They couldn't pay $978 a month? Obviously a couple of total losers who can't pay $978 a month. Your mortgage payment can't be over about 30% of your monthly income. That means these two working people's income is $3,260 or $1,600 each. I wonder how much Gary is paying this guy. We know VCA pays people shit. If Gary Michelson is paying this guy more than $2,000 a month, he's overpaying...again. What type of person runs out on a mortgage like this? They obviously both now have shitty credit.

He supposedly wrote this as per his LinkedIn. He is from Lebanon. It doesn't appear that English was his first language. His LinkedIn account says he only speaks English. If English is his first and only language, this is even worse. This is riddled with mistakes and he's supposed to be doing marketing? The grammar is atrocious! Unless "something really bad happened?" Those are the words of a seven year old. He ends a sentence with a preposition. He put the wrong quotation marks in the wrong place. He doesn't understand the difference between singular and plural. He uses little kid language. "Something really bad" would not be a highly contagious disease. URI, kennel cough are highly contagious but they rarely kill an animal. "Something really bad" would be "something" that causes the most harm like Parvovirus, Distemper and Feline panleukopenia.

Gary Michelson trademarks "Found Animals" and "Adopt and Shop," why?

Gary Michelson is now adding the trademark symbol to his foundation names. Talk about egotistical. Why? Put "found animals" and "adopt and shop" in search. Sounds like his attorneys just want to make more money off of him. Why get a trademark you can never defend?

He's a non-profit. I don't get this. In order to defend a trademark he would have to show that his trademark was used by another identical "for profit business" to make it appear that they were his trademarked company. I don't see anyone doing this.

Not only that but "adopt and shop" was coined by me and people working with LA Animal Services when we wanted to open up pet supply shops in the new shelters. One nasty old lady employee Linda Gordon said it couldn't be done as buildings were built with bond funds so no non-profit or the dept could operate a shop in there. After I did some research it turns out that was a lie. Linda Gordon hated everyone outside of dept employees and did everything she could to harm outsiders even if it meant harming, killing animals. Heidi Huebner the volunteer coordinator at the time helped her. Heidi Heubner personally was responsible for wild animals dying in the shelter. She allowed them to slowly die without food, water while they broke their jaws, teeth, rubbed all the skin off their snouts and arms trying to get out of their cages. Heidi also stole from the department and worked other paying jobs while on the shelter time clock. She even used shelter supplies and people to make money from her private group.

Leon Seidman of Cosmic Catnip the catnip king of the world was working with me and others to get the shops in the shelters to help the shelters. Only the dept would have profited which was the goal. Everyone was working for free toward this goal. City killed the idea. Everyone who was helping quit helping the dept out of frustration.

Why does the USC dean always make them do the stupid USC "v" is for victory finger salute? The only one victorious here is the dean for ripping Gary off for big bucks. Hmm, now I know why he makes them do the victory finger sign. I see what you did there, Max. Clever yet pretty low. I bet Max and his friends love their little inside joke.

Based on her posts online Alya loves her kids, loves being a mother, loves jewelry. She hates slavery, feeling oppressed, being oppressed, being forced to be silent, forced to do what Gary says. She hates Gary and would rather have a cat than Gary. She craves true love, kindness, freedom, real friends, She feels that her heart has become dark and bitter. She is angry and depressed. She is looking for the door, for the way out. I don't blame her one bit. Hopefully her bearding contract is over soon. She deserves a bonus for putting up with Gary.

Did Alya just give birth to Grace Caitlin Michelson? Back in 2006 Gary Michelson said he thought it was too late for him to have kids. He didn't think he'd make a good husband or father. I'll agree with that. Out of the other side of his mouth he said he'd like five kids to carry on his name.

Alya has been posting about religions specifically Christian values and episcopal church. Gary is Jewish. I assume Gary is letting Alya do anything she wants when it comes to religion as he's not religions but spiritual.

UPDATE: I pulled up the lawsuit James Emmi vs Chapman University. With large donations such as these there are "bequest agreements" and "pledge proposals." Gary Michelson didn't donate to USC. He bought fake press, fake awards, dinner invites, cake, ass kissing, building naming rights, nothing more. No philanthropy just a cut and dry business deal. Plus, USC is a private school for rich kids. They don't need money and they don't teach poor people. Below is from James Emmi lawsuit. "Pledge Proposal #2 offered naming recognition on either the entire School of
Computational Sciences and Engineering (in return for the $10 million investment), or on the Hall
of Technology (in return for the $5 million investment). In addition to naming privileges, the
proposal included a detailed description of the “full-scale media effort” that would result from such
donations, which would include announcements in publications such as the Orange County Register,
the Los Angeles Times, the Wall Street Journal, Chronicle of Higher Education, Chronicle of
Philanthropy, The Orange County Business Journal, and Chapman University publications. Further,
the proposal promised the EMMI family would be recognized in extensive broadcast news media
coverage and press conferences, newspapers and periodicals, appropriate recognition at the new
science facility and at receptions, special evidence and dinners to honor the donors."

"Thereafter, CHAPMAN continued to push the EMMIS for the $12 million gift
stating the EMMIS “deserved to leave a legacy”. CHAPMAN’s tactics for persuading the EMMIS
included “wining and dining” them, inviting them to special events at CHAPMAN, sending them
personal cards and notes and even going as far as referring to the EMMIS as “family”. President
Doti intentionally showered the EMMIS with compliments and even went as far as requesting a
photograph of JAMES to place in his office because JAMES was “like a brother to him”."

In this case they wanted James Emmi to give even more money in exchange for building naming rights. He said no because he's 98 years old. He knew that the building wouldn't be finished before he died. The University person Jim Doti then lied to him saying "oh, I didn't mean it'd be finished in 2018, 2019. It'll be finished this year." What nasty people to lie to this sweet old generous man. Shame on Chapman University. Universities asking for huge donations is a pretty slimy business. When I see the USC people with their fake smiles standing next to Gary Michelson for photos it is extremely obvious to me it's all fake, bought and paid for. Does Gary really think these people would want anything to do with him if he didn't have a lot of money? Everyone in the know, knows it's all a charade.

If you read the blog post I linked above you will see that the person giving the donation "writes every single word" that the University will say about the donor in magazines, press releases, newsletters... The donor is in total control over what type of party he wants to honor himself, what type of press release, what flavor of cake, what exact words of praise they will use, what honors they will bestow on him and how deep they want to be brown nosed. Gary went for the maximum "suck it dry" package of brown nosing.

Gary Michelson is the ultimate target for donation requests like this. If you read the complaint by the Emmis the University put them on a board, invited them to tons of events, took then out for tea, lunch, dinner, told them how smart they were, how their legacy will live on, what great citizen they are, how they really understand the importance of an education ... I would bet the person asking for donations gets a commission or at least a bonus when they reel in the big fat fish like Gary Michelson. I'm sure as soon as Gary is out of the room they vomit a little in their mouth as they can't keep down the fake praise they had to lavish on his ginormous ego. And on top of all of this Gary Michelson has the nerve to say "I never name anything after me. I'd never want anything named after me because I have no ego." And here Gary Michelson pays $50,000,000 for the naming rights of a building. His "bequest agreement" has all the details. While the boy and girl he bought don't share his first name, as far as we know, I bet both of their middle names are "Dr Gary Michelson is the BEST and he has ginormous lobster claw hands <wink wink>." We all know that USC and UCLA have been working hard on their fundraising/sales programs. They have entire departments devoted to begging for money, selling publicity and building naming rights. They will promise these people anything their heart desires for money. Would you like your Russian mail order beard to get a PhD? Would you like us to name a building after you? Would you like us to have a huge press conference where we bake you a cake while we kiss your ass on video? We'll throw in tons of Internet media, articles, mentions in our newsletter. We'll put your name on construction hats.

Oddly enough USC policies say the donor can't receive anything in exchange for the donation. They can't appoint people, name anything, get any special favors in any way ....unless the President approves it. Obviously Max Nikias approved of everything he asked for. I would bet they will give Alya Michelson a PhD in English, Art, Philanthropy or Russian studies. The $50 million was not a donation but a business transaction. I think someone should call the IRS. Gary Michelson bought $50 million worth of media, press, parties, degrees, invitations, photo spreads ...

Gary Michelson supposedly donated $50,000,000 to USC. I'm sure they have a very detailed contract about Gary's purchase of the name rights for a building in exchange for payments made on a certain schedule if/when the building is completed. This is identical to companies buying naming rights of sports arenas, stadiums. Gary Michelson just bought positive press for himself, advertising. It wasn't really a donation but a purchase or "tax evasion" as Gary likes to call it when other people do it.

In 1999 Staples bought the naming rights for the now called "Staples Center" in Los Angeles for $120,000,000. It was for a 20 year contract. This elderly couple donated money to a university. There was a detailed contract. I may actually pull up the contract since it's now a lawsuit. They were supposed to give a down payment then give more at certain times and upon completion of the building being named after them. Wife states her husband has dementia and wasn't all there when he supposedly signed the contract.

I can only wonder what's in Gary Michelson's purchase, I mean donation contract. He probably demanded a cake, multiple press releases, tons of photos, construction hats with his name on them, naming rights, a PhD for his Russian mail order beard, lots and lots of media attention, mentions in the USC newsletter, links all over the USC website... Soon enough we shall know. Soon enough we will see if Gary Michelson was again "profoundly cheated" by USC. USC should have put a clause in there that states if Gary Michelson gets involved in embarrassing scandals USC can scrub his name off their building.

Seems McDonalds paid for the new USC pool for the 1984 Olympics. The purpose was to let poor kids use the pool after the Olympics. USC didn't do that. Another time USC bought an apt building for poor people. They put students in there and pushed the poor people out.

Good article about why wealthy people give big gifts to universities. It's to flatter their ego, plain and simple. USC did a great number on Gary because he's not from the area, didn't go to USC, the building had been planned for years before Gary even heard of USC. Calcium Chloride is a cheap common household chemical. It can't be patented or marketed for money. This is why people are not spending money to make it FDA approved to neuter cats, dogs.... Oddly enough it can currently be used off label as it is. Why doesn't Gary spend maybe $1,000,000 to buy a ton of this and start neutering male animals? Because there's no money, ego, glorification, people begging him for money on bended knees while he holds the purse strings.  In fact I doubt he ever would award the prize to anyone. If he did, the contest would be over and no one would like him any more or be his friends. At least he realizes the ONLY reason a sane person would "like" him would be for his money. When I first met him I didn't realize he was a crazy, evil lunatic. If I'd known, and I wish I had, I would have refused to work for him.

Dr. Gary Michelson the Forbes billionaire, invention thief, master of perjury spent many, many millions trying to get revenge on his ex-friend Neil for leaving him. Gary Michelson intentionally wanted a non-American beard who didn't speak English very well so he could control her and any kids

We all know Gary Michelson was previously married to a smart, pretty, educated woman who went on to become a doctor. Gary Michelson is into an athletic, smart, educated woman that he can be proud to call his beard/wife. I think the woman really thought she could help him because she was a psychologist. Anyway even with a post-nuptial agreement and money she was not happy and left him. Because she is American, smart, has family here she was able to leave him no problem.

Gary Michelson then wanted another beard/wife. He really wants people to think he's straight. I also think this goes back to the stupid joke he cracked about "when does your Jewish son become a real person? When he becomes a doctor" except in this case it's a doctor and married with kids. He hooks up with another pretty, athletic doctor. He gives her an expensive ring. He promises her an expensive house in Orange County. THEN he asks her to marry him. She says no, he gets super upset. He then demands the ring back. She says no, it was a gift. It was not given in exchange for the promise of marriage. Gary sues her for the ring. They end up settling.

Gary Michelson by now realizes that no sane, educated, pretty, American would put up with his shit. They will refuse to marry him or divorce him and take him to the cleaners. Gary Michelson still wants a beard/wife. He intentionally wants a non-American who knows how to act like a beard in exchange for money. He doesn't want someone smart, sophisticated, who can speak English well or with any US contacts. He realized how easy it is to control, destroy non-Americans when he destroyed his French gardener who was not a citizen. Alya's kids are US citizens but Alya may not be. Gary Michelson can file a complaint or turn her into immigration and off she goes without her kids, possessions or money. He could go even further and state she abused or neglected the kids. Gary is friends with the DA and LAPD now not to mention politicians. Then she's thrown in jail and tossed back to Russia with no kids, money. He could even have a pre-nup, post-nup (if they even got legally married which I doubt because I see no name change) that would be void if she "neglected" the kids. Gary Michelson has got Alya wrapped around his little finger. I doubt he let her get a driver's license. This way she can't easily run away. She is basically a slave. He'd probably go even further and state she did not declare the gifts her gave her. Then she owes money on the gifts, off to prison then deportation back to Russia.

While her dad may have a connection or two in Russia they know no one here. None of their Facebook friends live here. Alya has no Facebook friends that speak English. I was told that is why Gary Michelson chose her. Of course it would have been wise to investigate her so her Russian mail order bride site, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace ...accounts could have been deleted before people knew her name. Those photos, what she said are extremely embarrassing. There are low end and high end mail order brides. Alya is low to middle range mail order bride. Search high end mail order brides and you'll see what I mean. Alya is the one that let the public know who she was by name via Wikipedia. She even named their kids on Wikipedia and online. It'll be interesting to see how it ends. I doubt things will end well for Alya. She'll end up like the rest of Gary's ex-friends and associates.

UPDATE: I don't see Alya's name change anywhere. That means she probably wasn't legally married. Her legal name is not Alya or Alevtina Michelson. Alya really needs to hire an attorney immediately to secure her rights and the rights of her children before it's too late.

She posted this page then deleted it. One of Gary's people probably saw it and told her to take it down. You'd think Gary would pay someone to write and talk for Alevtina Michelson. Below is just a little bit of this very poorly written website. The title and domain name of the website is GaryAndAlyaMichelson dot com. Check Google cache to see this mess for yourself. No one uses "repopulate" "abandoned" "overbreeding" "aggravated behaviors" "collar tag" "indoors" ... in this manner when speaking about these issues. Plus, Gary is the one giving the money, not Alya. She has no money except whatever allowance Gary gives her. I'm sure he made her sign a pre-nup post-nup like he did with his ex-wife Amy. An "anonymous" IP address located directly above Gary Michelson's home has again updated Wikipedia with information only Alya Michelson (or whatever her real name is) would know. Previously she added herself and her children's real names which I saved. You can tell she did it based on the IP and the spelling errors. Alya Michelson, while she says she was a correspondent for the Kremlin no less, can't spell in English. It seems Alya Michelson wants people to finally know about her. Perhaps she feels Gary Michelson owes her as a beard for having (buying?) babies. Maybe Gary Michelson wants people to actually think he's straight or at least bi. Who is Gary Michelson's current wife? Alya? Alevtina?

Gary Michelson posted on his website foundanimals.org that his current wife is named Alya. I do find an Alya Michelson online living in Brentwood 90049. People who know Gary Michelson have been updating his wikipedia page. One person stated his current wife is a Russian journalist named Alevtina Michelson and their daughter's name is Alexandra. Someone else who has been editing his page and knows Gary instantly changed that to Alya and Sasha. I've known Russian people named Sasha and they were male, not female.

So far there are no records of this person that I can find. People who know Gary Michelson all assumed she was a "Russian mail order bride" or a "paid beard." If Gary really does have any children, I highly doubt they were made in the regular fashion. Based on what I know and have heard I have a feeling that Gary Michelson only got married because Neil got married. I think that's also why Gary wanted a kid. Previously he said he didn't want to get married because he didn't think he'd be good at it. He also stated he didn't want to have kids because he doesn't know if he'll be around long enough. He said this just a few years ago. For the life of me I don't know why Gary feels he needs to show the world this facade. This is LA. No one would care if someone were gay or straight, were married or not, had kids or not.

Was Alya Michelson looking for a baby sitter? First name Alya, last name starts with an "M," lives in Brentwood 90049, needs to know Russian, needs to know how to ski, going to Mammoth, needs to be able to teach music, 4-6 year old girl, newborn boy, she can't write English very well, sounds naive and clueless. Too many coincidences. The job has already been taken. I just realized that if she gave birth in June, how come she didn't look pregnant just a few months earlier? Are they buying babies? One can only hope they at least got a sperm donor. Alya looks fine but no one would want Gary's genes.
