Gary Michelson's donation to USC got them to hire his attorney and other employees on staff

Dr Gary Michelson gave $50,000,000 to USC for naming rights of a building. In exchange he got a certain amount of press, parties, cake, articles, photo ops, web page in USC website and an honorary degree from USC. Gary wife Alya Michelson posted on LinkedIn that she goes to USC.

Gary also got a job for his employee Aimee Gilbreath. She's now staff at USC.

Update on Gary Michelson v Richard Powers case. Motion for habeas corpus in Costa Rica, extradition

There was a hearing scheduled for tomorrow. It's been rescheduled for March 13, 2019.

The last thing US filed is a lodged exhibit. I believe Richard Powers is fighting the criminal case in Costa Rica maybe on appeal. He lost by default because he didn't appear. He didn't appear because he was incarcerated here, on probation, with an ankle monitor, had his passport taken away and was ordered not to leave California. Costa Rica doesn't care. He lost by default.

October 23, 2018 the Supreme Court of Costa Rica stated Richard Power's lawyer Manrique Lara Bolanos filed a habeas corpus motion on behalf of Richard on September 27, 2018. The current case against him in Costa Rica is 07-001578-0283-PE for the crime of management fraud. Supposedly Richard lost by default March 10, 2015. Richard's attorney argued that the claims at issue in the Costa Rica case were already decided in the US. Gary stated they are not the same claims (yes, they are). Richard also argued that the claims are times prescribed. Gary stated they are not. Habeas corpus was rejected. They are waiting for the US court to rule on the extradition.

In December 2005 I met Gary Michelson for the first time in person at Kathy Riordan's house. He stated at that time he was going to use his money, brains and contacts to find a one shot sterilant for cats, dogs. He said he would quickly make Los Angeles the first true no kill city in the nation. I have a DVD of that meeting which I took.

Gary started the $75 million Michelson Prize. $50M would go for research grants. The $25M prize would go to the first person who gave him a one shot or dosage sterilant for cats and dogs. I sent in three drugs which would work. I'm sure others sent in more drugs. Gary did not pay the prize. Instead he moved the field goal.

The new Prize had a bunch of hoops you had to jump through. He had to be able to patent the drug in his name. Sounds like he wanted to patent and sell it for profit. If someone had a one shot sterilant, it would make sense for them to patent and sell it instead of giving it to Gary. It'd be worth more than the $25M.

It's now 13 years later. The research grants didn't produce a one shot sterilant. Gary refused to award the Prize to anyone. If I sent in three drugs, many other people sent in even more drugs. Gary Michelson is a failure. He doesn't keep his promises. When he doesn't keep promises he generally says "I never said that." He doesn't use email, fax or written letters. I may post the DVD of that meeting. He clearly states Found Animals will focus mainly on spay and neuter. Just months later he said the focus would be pet Kiosks and microchips instead. I always took written notes of our meetings because he always denied what he said just so he wouldn't have to keep a promise, an agreement. Just look at how Gary lied about his business arrangement with Richard and Neil.

12/22/2018 Alya is now lying and stating she's won awards and had a top song hit. Alya stated this, "Animals premieres today at the Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood, as the winner of the Best Music Video award." I searched their site. She's not even mentioned.

Later she posted a photoshopped image saying she's number one in the charts.

Why is she doing this? This is embarrassing.

ORIGINAL: Where do I begin? Alya Michelson married billionaire Gary Michelson in an arranged contract for MONEY. She gets money to pretend to be a real wife and to be a baby oven. She gave him, sold to him three kids in exchange for money. That's when you're done working and you can take a break but not Alya aka Alyaunte. She is now selling cheap childlike bracelets for $40. This will make her rich! You know her kids made them. She married a billionaire. He pays for her expensive makeup and hair sessions. He pays for a producer to help her try to make music. He pays for Russian people to talk to her. He pays for clothes, photoshoots, social media promoters, paid likes, paid fans,lawyers, legal fees... Why does she need $40 so badly?

She's also selling photos of herself recreating famous photos. All beginner photographers recreate these iconic photos for fun. It shows an extreme lack of originality. It's also an insult to the original photographer and model. Alya even took pics of herself as if she were on the cover of TIME magazine. Guess who else faked magazine covers? Donald Trump. Nice company.

Here is the new single. It sounds like inarticulate high pitched yelling, moaning with a Japanese Russian accent. So far that is what all her stuff sounds like. It's jibberish. And not to knock someone who speaks two languages, but if you say you speak English fluently maybe you should speak it fluently in your videos. It really is a Goop dress. It's $475 for basically a cotton long mens shirt with ruffles and a tie belt. Who is so desperate for retweets, hits, likes that they wear a Goop dress? If you are an artist, shouldn't you be making your own fashions instead of buying overpriced white bread designs from an extremely bland person like Gweneth Paltrow. Real stylists make fun of Goopy. Alya should probably spend some years training to be an artist before she just spreads her name on social media. Paying for likes, running contests for likes, wearing a Goop dress for likes... ugh.

In her videos she fakes plays the instruments. She doesn't even know how to hold them. It looks ridiculous. I don't know who told her to do that but it's embarrassing.

June 5, 2018 the US filed their Extradition Memorandum with a declaration from John Lulejian and Exhibits. I just started reading it and it's pretty ridiculous. Gary Michelson states he had an agreement where he would give money to Richard and Richard would buy land for him. There was no such agreement. Richard offered him land at a price. Gary agreed to the price then sent money and received the properties as agreed. Gary now says Richard was the manager of C&M Investments. No, he wasn't. Richard was supposed to tend to the teak farms. There is an agreement for that.

In this convoluted summary Gary states that he gave Richard money to buy land and Richard "instead" bought cars and real estate for himself. Gary gave Richard money for land and Gary received the land. Richard used his own money to buy cars and real estate from the profits of selling land to Gary and others. Surely the Judge will be able to easily see this. I'll post the doc after I finish reading it. It's 99 pages. Fortunately the main memo is only 39 pages. Below is the doc.

This memorandum is so crazy it reads as if Rudy Giuliani wrote it. The legal gymnastics involved in contorting extradition case law is mind boggling. First of course is their premise that Gary gave money to Richard to buy land and instead he bought cars and real estate for himself. Gary gave money to Richard to buy land and Gary received the land for the price he agreed upon. The memo also says that Richard was the manager of C & M Investments. He was not. Richard did sign an agreement about taking care of the teak farms and plantings.

The memo states that Richard is not allowed to present any evidence that conflicts with the memo. That would mean Richard can't defend himself from these lies. The memo states that the Judge only has to rule that the person in court, Richard, is the same person mentioned in their documents. It goes on to state that the Judge does not have to determine if a crime has been committed or if there is sufficient evidence of a crime. The memo states that the state may present hearsay evidence. They don't have to have live people testify. Lastly it states that it is the Secretary of State who makes the decision about extraditing the person, not the Judge. This sounds like the same insane legal gymnastics in my case in Texas. In my case the Plaintiff forged almost all of their exhibits and submitted perjured testimony. I gave absolute proof in the trial court and the real exhibits are online. The appeals court ruled I didn't even bring it up in the trial court. If I didn't bring it up, why would the Appeals court mention it? Texas Appeals Court helps lawyers and parties commit the crimes of forgery and perjury. So much corruption in our judicial system.

Oddly the letter in exhibit A states not to include the draft opinion in any court filing yet it's included in the court filing by the person who wrote the letter stating not to use it or give it to the court.

I updated the timeline of events in this case in the below timeline link. There are two criminal cases, one in Costa Rica and one in California. The California one has three different dates. There is a civil case in California against both defendants which continues to this day with debtor hearings. Oddly enough my case was reassigned to the same court and Judge as Richard's case. Not a coincidence. There is also a case in Idaho against Neil. Gary keeps dragging him to hearing after hearing just to torture him. Gary Michelson enjoys being cruel to people. Beware ever doing business or being friends with Michelson. You will be stabbed in the back and then some.

I just realized that I now have the same Judge as Richard Powers. Judge Edward B. Moreton Jr is also my judge in my judgment case. Now there is no doubt who is behind this. Gary Michelson.

Gary and Alya have been trying to get this blog removed for years. They dared not sue me for defamation because (1) I haven't defamed them and (2) if they did, large freedom of speech law firms would represent me for free. He knew they'd file an anti-SLAPP and take him for at least $150,000 in legal fees. It'd also be horrible press for the "philanthropists."

Gary tried to get the Web Sheriff to shut down my blog by filing hundreds of false DCMA reports and TOS reports. I'm sure Gary paid at least $10,000 to $20,000 for that. Gary Michelson through the Sheriff perjured himself by falsely stating my photos were his. He also lied and stated I showed photos of his home. They failed.

Gary went on to lie to the DA and Judge stating he fears for his life if I watch his criminal trial in person. He wanted an order to keep me away because he didn't want me to talk about the case. Judge said no. Knowing that I made sure I stayed as far away from him as possible. Who would want to get next to such a vile person as Gary? USC only stomachs him for his money.

Alya and * then devised a plan to use the judgment against me to claim this blog is an asset. They want the asset. They should lose as the blog is worthless as it has no revenue as it has no ads. I also filed all exemptions. This worthless blog is part of the exemption of personal property. The blogs that have ads and all the videos don't make more than $35/month total. Google really chopped the ad sharing revenue after 2011. * also deleted all of my previous blogs with void court orders. One of those blogs made money yet she destroyed it. I didn't have a copy as I didn't think it'd be deleted as her name and the word "bat" wasn't mentioned anywhere in the blog. * did it just to destroy things. She enjoys destroying animals, property and trying to destroy people.

That's obviously a pic of Alya and not me. Alya posted lots of photos of herself on MySpace, Facebook and other sites because she wanted people to know she existed. Gary wanted to hide her at home. I believe Alya also edited Gary's wiki page. The IP, ISP were in Brentwood right next to his house. Now Alya keeps posting her photos, info and Gary keeps deleting it. Gary wants Alya to be a quiet Russian mail order bride who stays at home. He does not want her to have a singing career. That's why he only pays for photo shoots, videos, makeup, hair, Photoshop, dancers, stylists, costume designers.

USC building named after Gary Michelson grand opening. USC sells publicity and naming rights to anyone with money

The USC Michelson Hall building had its grand opening last Wednesday. Gary Michelson bought the naming rights of a USC building for $50,000,000. I'm sure there is a very long and detailed contract about the specific terms. I believe Gary demanded lots and lots of positive press, that silly cake, breaking ground photos, so many mentions in the USC websites, newsletters, the honorary degree.... It's just a business deal yet he can write it off as a donation. And to think Gary used to say art museums are just an illegal tax write off.

USC has a horrible recent history of being willing to work with horrible, unethical, unprofessional people if they can raise money or give them a lot of money. USC recently had to fire two Deans, Carmen Puliafito and then his replacement Rohit Varma for very improper behavior.

I'm sure USC has a clause in their building naming contract that if Michelson does anything that could embarrass USC they can remove his name. Does USC know how corrupt, unethical and just plain evil Gary Michelson is? I would think filing false criminal reports against people would be grounds enough. There was also that defamation lawsuit, Gary admitting he personally thanked ex DA Steve Cooley for arresting his ex-boyfriend, Gary committing perjury by stating there was a written contract when there wasn't, being caught committing tax fraud and heavily fined in the millions.... They soon will know all about it.

Gary Michelson's Found Animals founded right after Katrina to help animals - crazy, billionaire, patent

In 2005 after Katrina Gary Michelson formed Found Animals non-profit. I met him December 2005 at ex-Commission Kathleen Riordan's home for a meet and greet. Gary stated he was going to use his money and intellect to make Los Angeles the first large nokill city. I stupidly believed he wanted to do this and he could do this. 12 years later and LA is not nokill.

This is an old story but for the newbies Gary Michelson promised then Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa $10,000,000 if he hired Ed Boks. Gary wanted to hire Ed Boks because he read an article ghost writer Matthew Scully wrote for Ed Boks for money in Newsweek called "Your community's dirty little secret." This article allegedly penned by Boks but written by Scully stated that Ed Boks alone can make any shelter nokill over night using "his" successful nokill programs. The article lied and stated Boks made Arizona and New York nokill.

Gary read that article, believed all that bullshit and contacted Ed Boks. Boks had the article written because he was being fired from New York for doing a horrible job, lying, embarrassing the city and getting the dept in a racial discrimination lawsuit which they lost.

Gary Michelson offered money to get Boks hired. City hired Boks then Gary didn't give the city the money. How do I know? I was the go between. The Mayor kept demanding the money. I told them Gary was just getting things set up, was busy, soon..... I later realized that Gary Michelson doesn't keep promises and lies like crazy. His initial plan was to pay to spay neuter all the cats and dogs in Los Angeles. Later he decided on info kiosks and microchips. I later stated "but you said you were going to concentrate on spayneuter. He told me "I never said that." Yes, he did and I have it on video. That was the first time I knew something was very wrong with him.

Gary kept saying "I didn't do this, say that..." so I started taking detailed notes. He once gave me a project. I did the project. Then he said "that's not what I told you to do." I looked at my very detailed notes. Gary was basically gas lighting everyone. It got to the point that I would fax him a letter after meetings and phone calls summarizing what he told me to do and what I did. He said he loved my work and would talk to me for hours on the phone. Then out of the blue he signs a false and defamatory statement about me for absolutely no reason. Gary turns on everyone eventually.

This brings me back to the point, Gary's Found Animals stated they would make LA nokill quickly. It's been 12 years. Gary's Found Animals failed in its goal. All Found Animals does now is throw awards party for Gary's friends, pay for travel for some friends, hold happy events and send out a ton of press releases with the phrase "Our mission of saving pets, enriching lives is made possible by the generous contributions of Dr. Gary Michelson and Alya Michelson" on the bottom to try to drown out this blog. I just looked at the main page of Found Animals. The new goal isn't nokill. The new goal is "We’re a non-profit doing everything we can to keep pets in their homes." Each time he sets a goal, misses it he just sets a new lower goal. The goal posts are getting lower and lower every day.

Another goal Michelson stated was that he was going to use his money to find a one shot sterilant for male, female, cats and dogs. He offered a $50,000,000 prize and a $25,000,000 prize. People have given him existing drugs which can do this. He refused the prize stating it must be a new drug. This shows that the drug is not the goal. Every year people give him drugs which meet the prize requirements and every year Michelson changes the requirements. Those goal posts are getting higher and higher. In the mean time he's spent a ton on grants for experiments, research which has only produced the results "more research must be done." He's wasted millions on worthless research. People only offered the projects to get the money. If they could make a new one shot sterilant they'd patent and sell it themselves. Gary refuses to buy existing drugs which can already do this. He wants to be able to patent something and sell it for profit. Hmm, taking someone else's invention, idea and patenting it himself? That is exactly how he made all of his money. He took the threaded spinal cage from a horse vet and human doctor. He filed it first at the patent office. At the time all Michelson was doing was filing patents. Most are worthless. The only real successful one was an idea, medical device invented, made and used by others before he filed the patent. He didn't even make one for a while after he filed the patent.

A last note is Gary Michelson promised to give ALL of his money to fund found animals and Michelson Medical to help people with bad backs. For years he only gave a couple of million to Found Animals. Later he finally put money into Found Animals but didn't spend it. It was basically a tax shelter. It wasn't until the IRS noticed that he was holding $108,000,000 in Found Animals and not spending it that he was forced to spend some. Gary Michelson and his tax shelters. That's why he got popped for tax evasion by the IRS, was fined and had to pay the taxes. The whole point of this article is to show solving pet overpopulation was never his goal. Helping people with bad backs also wasn't his goal. His only goal is himself and his ego. If he actually gave all his money away, no one would want to have anything to do with him. He also won't be on the Forbes billionaire list which means an awful lot to him. It's all about Gary.

Here is the redacted complaint. They only redacted Gary's full name and the name of some land owners. There must be a separate original complaint for each defendant. This is only for Richard. I just read it. Gary again lies and states there was a written contract in 2003 for a 6% commission. There was never a contract for a 6% commission. Gary later admitted that document did not exist. In this complaint they state there were 49 original claims. The Judge in the preliminary hearing threw out 43 claims due to statute of limitations. The state did not withdraw the claims. Powers, Campbell were acquitted of all claims except one. All claims were litigated. They served their time for that one claim. US claims this is not double jeopardy as the "withdrawn" claims were never heard. They were tossed out by the Judge. They were heard.

What has Alya Michelson, Alyaunte been up to? She now claims a Masters degree from Russia - Gary Michelson

Alya is changing up her look. It appears she wants to be taken more seriously. Gone is the pretending to be a 13 year old girl with pig tails while she is 35+. Gone is most of the makeup. She was never a real redhead. She's gone back to blonde. While she looks a little different in the eye area it suits her.

Alya Michelson is now claiming to have a Masters degree in economics from Russia. Previously it was just a Masters in Fine Arts. She claims she is now only a philanthropist. Gone are the false claims about being the first test tube baby in the world, singing the anthem for the Olympics in China, Tina Gold, Tiny Gold, TheNextGeneration and ... Still, Alya Michelson wants to be a singer, performer, artist. That was her dream. She has recreated herself as AlyaUnte. There are some weird photos and videos in here. She has recreated iconic photos as herself mainly a fake Rolling Stone cover as John and Yoko Ono, fake Beatles walking, fake American Pie...photos. She talks about it being tough being on the cover of Rolling Stone. She's never been on the cover. Does she think she is of the same quality as John and Yoko Ono? She calls these photos taken by others as "her" art. She may have paid the photographer but that doesn't make the photographs Alya's art. Alya must be hoping that Gary dies soon so she doesn't have to live the rest of her life like this trapped in a castle with only Russian visitors and only gay men. At least he allows her out to volunteer at her kids' school. She was supposed to have released a song or album this summer. Didn't happen. She wants to release a song "heart shaped hole." Will be difficult as there are already songs by that name. Plus, Gary would never allow her to succeed as an artist. I doubt he legally married her or even made her a citizen. The kids are US citizens. Doubt Gary will let them go to Russia again.

Glad to see she's not a Trumper at least. I wonder if Gary is. Maybe he thinks people who receive Medicaid are "cheating" him, "stealing" from him. He does love tax breaks. That's how he got in trouble with the IRS and had to pay a huge fine. He took a tax break which was not legal.

She is still singing in a baby singing voice. I guess she thinks it's "artsy" like Yoko Ono's wailing. Everyone hated Ono's wailing. A lot of these photos are shot in her home. The one with the creepy dolls at the dinner table with the mummies is sad and creepy. That's probably her life by herself with only her kids. In her Twitter page she is talking to herself wishing herself a happy birthday. WTH? I shouldn't be shocked because ... who in the hell would ever date, marry, have kids with Gary Michelson? While I stupidly initially thought Gary was a very smart person who truly cared about animals and I wanted to fully support that I ultimately learned that Dr. Gary Michelson is a fraud besides mentally ill, cruel and unstable. I pity his wife and kids. If Alya had any smarts she'd contact a good lawyer, get divorced and get full control of her kids while Gary pays alimony, child support.

A new LinkedIn just popped up. Allegedly Alya Gold Michelson is now studying at USC. Alya stated she started in 2014 and will finish in 2021. Gary could just buy her an "honorary" degree. He probably will if he hasn't already.

Here is her original Russian Mail Order Bride profile on a Russian "model" network linked below. She doesn't show model photos or cite model stats. While I think she is pretty and has a fine figure at the time her weight would not have made her model material. Gary flat out told friends Alya was "arranged." He wanted someone interested in his same sports of water and snow skiing who would do what he said. He didn't care about the language they spoke just the look, light white preferable blonde with blue eyes. What's really odd is Gary chose a woman to carry his kids which looks exactly like Neil's wife. Gary's baby with Alya looks like a clone of Neil's baby. I almost think Gary bought Alya to have a kid that looks like Neil's kid. I've seen the pics which I won't post but they look like clones.

Gary was upset that he had to pay his previous wife millions to marry him and stay married for a certain amount of time. He offered money to his next fiance to marry him but she said no. A guy offers a woman millions and a multi-million dollar home to marry him and she said no. Shows you how horrible Gary can be to people. Then he sued her to get the ring back. I'm amazed he didn't force her to vomit up the dinners he bought her. Gary told people about these incidents himself. His arranged wife also had to be young enough to have children. He wanted children to take over his fortunes after he dies, period. He wanted them to take over his "legacy." Previously he said he didn't want a wife or kids as he didn't think he'd do a good job of it. Well, he's not doing the husband, father job. Alya takes care of the kids. Her main job currently is to help out at her kids' school.

This is a woman who wanted to go to LA to break into music, performing. Now she's too old to do that. She ended up just being a baby maker who must be polite and bland in public. That image is at great odds with her entertainer image and photos. I can only imagine what the prenuptial, postnuptial agreements must be like. I'm sure he made sure the children are his if she wants to leave. I wouldn't doubt that Gary holds her passport. He may not have even made her a citizen so he could threaten to deport her at any moment. While I feel a tiny bit bad for Alya, she signed up for this just like Melania. Notice first two Trump wives were smart, educated. Trump intentionally got a wife with no mind of her own who can't speak English well. Gary did the same with his first wife, ex-fiance and now Alya. She sits by Gary's side while he files false criminal charges against his ex friends whom he merely thinks ripped him off when they didn't. Actually he doesn't even think that. He knows he wasn't ripped off. He made millions. Gary just lies and says he was ripped off when he wasn't. She is supporting this behavior just like Ivanka Trump supports Donald Trump. Complicit.

Alya said this is from a secret show in February 2017. I think it's from a few years ago. That's when I first saw the photo from it. It's not a show but a video. More fake career. I think she bought her Twitter likes. The name "alyaunte" is no longer used meaning for alien. It looks like Gary just buys her expensive photo and video sessions so she can appear to be an "artist."

She says she's having private shows in a Beverly Hills mansion owned by a Russian art collection. Then she posts some very old video at the latest from 2012 five years ago from the group Japanica which was not her group.

Japanica was someone else's band. Alya was just in some of the photos and sang two songs. She lied and said "her" song won the competition to be the Olympic theme song in China. Then she faked the Olympic opening ceremony using their video but her song. Talk about a huge lie. Just more lying going on here.
