No verdict today. Should be Monday. Gary Michelson, Forbes billionaire filed false criminal complaint against his ex best friend

Neil is scheduled to appear Monday 11/3 at 8:00 a.m. which means there was no verdict today.

Someone pointed out something to me today. There are a few people writing articles, blogs in support of Neil and Richard. No one is writing articles in support of Gary Michelson. Michelson paid for one article to be in the BH publication. The DA sent out a press release which they unlinked from the DA website.

Anyone who knows Gary or Neil and Richard knows that Gary is in the wrong. This is not the first time he's filed false criminal charges for theft or sued someone in civil court who was innocent. It's not the second, third, fourth, fifth or sixth even. Gary Michelson does this a lot. He claims "everyone has cheated me, stolen my money."

Gary Michelson just lost a huge case against Proskauer Rose. He said they cheated him. They didn't. Turns out Gary is just a big tax cheat. He lost one against a real estate appraiser years ago. Appealed and lost again. He said his gardener cheated him and stole money. He said his director stole money. Not only did the director not steal money but he sued Gary for defamation, harassment...and got a nice, quick fat settlement.
