1. Clarification: Gary Michelson does not own Infuse, L-T Cage but the system incorporates technology developed by Gary Michelson. See below. I just read the last lawsuit again. Medtronic's L-T Cage infringed on Gary's patent. Medtronic had to pay Gary. Then that means this is Gary's cage after all. Gary Michelson took someone else's threaded cage and ran and patented it first. He didn't even make or build one until years later.

If you search "Infuse" or "medtronic" you'll get a page of these ads. Here come the lawyers and lawsuits. I was just looking for recent news on the lawsuits. That explains why the hits have shot way up on my blog.

I just read more about the lawsuits. Gary should have never allowed them to use his cage in this manner. The bone protein looks like Vaseline. You inject a certain amount onto the collagen frame in the cage which is open. You can see it gushing out the sides of the cage. That has caused extreme bone growth which fuses more than just that one vertebrae. The bone growth is so big these people have huge bony masses on their backs. They don't even have the concentration of the bone growth protein standardized. Some are paralyzed. Thank god I was too poor to have back surgery until now. You should see the xrays. Horrible! Those poor people. If I developed Infuse and this happened, I'd want to kill myself. Why didn't the people who invented these things keep an eye on things? Why didn't Gary said "no, stop!" No wonder he's stressed out of his mind right now not to mention his criminal trial.
