As the petition to rehear was already written that means 99% of an appeal to the Supreme Court is already written. Wouldn't be much more work to appeal this to the Supreme Court of California. I really hope they do that.

I meant to bring this up earlier. Gary Michelson was into a "Course in Miracles" talking about it a lot with his friends who told me. "Throughout the 1980s annual sales of the book steadily increased each year; however the largest growth in sales occurred in 1992 after Marianne Williamson discussed the book on The Oprah Winfrey Show, with more than two million volumes sold. The book has been called everything from "New Age psychobabble", "a Satanic seduction", to "The New Age Bible"." Most people think it's a nonsense cult book.

Gary said he used that book to get through the stressful patent lawsuits. He said he had high blood pressure, was stressed out, things weren't going well for him personally during the time he sued Medtronic. Gary stated that "Vengeance is gnawing on a leg and looking down and realizing it's your own. This is related to Gary's desire to get vengeance on Medtronic and others for what he saw as an abuse of his patents.

Gary was maybe still is into the cult EST originated Landmark Forum. He made Aimee Gilbreath get involved in Landmark Forum. She made anyone who wanted to work with Gary, who did work with Gary join Landmark Forum and take the classes. I know because those people told me all about it. They did not want to join a cult which is basically a multi-level marketing scheme selling classes.

These cult-like "classes" are for people with major psychological issues. I have never met a sane person who was involved in them. Gary obviously has major psychological issues. I believe some may be congenital, genetic, chemical. He's told everyone he had no friends as a kid. His family's dog was his only friend. Kids didn't like him. They beat him up. He is obviously horrible when it comes to relating to other people.
