Dr. Gary Michelson said he would give his $1.3billion dollar settlement award to charity. He's only given about $3M to $5M that I can see on his charities 990's. Mark Zuckerberg gave half a billion last year to one charity. He just gave a billion to that same charity this year. Dr Gary Michelson likes the attention he gets from offering money but he doesn't give it. He likes the control I think. Zuckerberg actually keeps his word and donates the money.

Other companies beating Gary Michelson to chemical sterilization, Zeuterin
This drug was originally introduced before Gary Michelson came on the scene. It was called Neutersol but is now called Zeuterin. When originally sold as Neutersol the company did not train the veterinarians how to properly inject the animal. Some dogs has complications such as swollen testicles. The shot has to be precise. Neutersol went under but new company Zeuterin is here.
They have developed a better way to train veterinarians to give the shot properly. Again, Gary Michelson knew about this drug. We spoke about it when the company was floundering. It would have been a good idea for Gary Michelson to have bought the license or rights to the drug at that time but he didn't. Gary Michelson does not want to solve overpopulation. He wants to make money and get good press. He now admits that he only gives to groups that make him "feel good." Meanwhile other people are out there trying to solve the problem.

The article brings up an interesting point. Gary Michelson wants to make money. He wants a product he can patent, own and sell for profits and glory. He doesn't care about reducing overpopulation. If he did he would use one of the many already developed, patented, tested drugs to reduce overpopulation. The Michelson Prize was set up to give $25M for a one shot sterilant for male/female cats/dogs. This article notes that developing a drug to solve third world problems won't make you money. Veterinarians make money selling spay and neuter. They won't want to use the drug because they don't make as much money. This is something public shelters, rescuers, third world countries would want or some philanthropist who truly cares about animals. They won't pay $25M for it. This is another reason why Gary Michelson is not giving out the award.
The only way I could see someone willing to pay $25M for such a drug is if it can be used for pest control. There is definitely a market for humane pest control. By pest control I mean reducing number of say mice, rats, pigeons, ground squirrels, wild bunnies, gophers, moles, voles, bats, crows, starlings, house sparrows, deer.... unprotected nuisance wildlife. I believe a post or two ago I posted about a new sterilant they will be using with rats. Now that could be worth something.

Company beats Gary Michelson to the punch, rat sterility
This is a Lupron like drug which I proposed to Gary Michelson years ago. Gary Michelson doesn't want to end pet euthanasia. He wants to make money. Can you imagine how much an animal sterility drug would be worth for pest control? In California alone we spend $8 billion a year on pest control.

Gary Michelson again speaks with this patent attorney who has basically been kissing his behind as per previous interview. Dr. Gary Michelson is against patent reform. Gary Michelson says he represents the little, independent inventor. He is not little or independent. He has been on the side of the big companies. Two, he previously stated he retired from inventing around 2000.
Dr. Gary Michelson is against patent reform which has been written to prevent the type of abuse Gary Michelson does. Gary Michelson is a patent troll. He and his lawyers go to conventions and send mass demand letters. "You want to insert something in a spine though a guard? Nope, I own any patent for anything that is inserted through a guard into a spine." He is also against losers having to pay legal fees. That's the way it works in the rest of the court system. Perhaps he doesn't want to have to pay legal fees when he files a meritless patent claim and gets a shake down settlement? I'll read the article again tomorrow.

Gary Michelson has wikipedia page for his Michelson Prize
I'm sure his employees are behind it like they were behind his wiki page. I believe I already admitted here that when I worked for him I updated his wikipedia page. I will obviously have to do some editing to make this new page factual. They left off the part where Dr. Gary Michelson will own anything they create or invent. Whatever is created or invented must be able to be patented by Dr. Gary Michelson so he can make money selling it. It's not about ending pet overpopulation. It's all about Dr. Gary Michelson making even more money and getting his ego stroked. They also left off the part where he hasn't awarded the prize to anyone and it's been over five years.
I read an article last week about billionaires. It was interesting. It says they are so consumed and focused on only money that pennies will drive them insane. If someone over charges them $20, they will go crazy with rage, threats, lawsuits, yelling. Then supposedly the next second they will donate $50,000,000 to a charity and not bat an eye. This doesn't really apply to Dr. Gary Michelson. Yes, he will rage over a $40 cake that only has $1 worth of flour and eggs but he won't donate $50,000,000. He will just say that he will donate the money, then he won't donate the money. He may even lie and say "I donated $50,000,000! I'm Dr. Gary Michelson and I'm filthy stinking rich and charitable!"

Gary Michelson likes to say he graduated from high school then was on his own working his way through medical school. His grandparents who raised him had money. I bet they paid for his education and the education of his brothers. It also said most billionaires are very educated and come from educated families. 99.99999999% of them are not rags to riches stories.

I read an article last week about billionaires. It was interesting. It says they are so consumed and focused on only money that pennies will drive them insane. If someone over charges them $20, they will go crazy with rage, threats, lawsuits, yelling. Then supposedly the next second they will donate $50,000,000 to a charity and not bat an eye. This doesn't really apply to Dr. Gary Michelson. Yes, he will rage over a $40 cake that only has $1 worth of flour and eggs but he won't donate $50,000,000. He will just say that he will donate the money, then he won't donate the money. He may even lie and say "I donated $50,000,000! I'm Dr. Gary Michelson and I'm filthy stinking rich and charitable!"

I took an even closer look. There are photos of these men wearing sashes! The only time I've seen men wear sashes is for drag queen contests. Someone with some common sense needs to give Aimee and Gary some advice. This is why everyone laughs at Gary Michelson behind his back and to his face.
They even had a fashion show at the Abbey in WeHo. I'm sure Gary Michelson went to the event. There's no way he would want to miss out on "prancing" "shirtless male models."
