State Attorney abuses the system to get extra time. State filed reply brief. Reply due 9/2/2015

Just as I thought the state intentionally didn't file in time knowing they'd get an extra 30 days automatically. They waited until the very last second and filed 8/13. Appellant now has until 9/2/2015 to file a reply brief unless they ask for an extension.

Gary Michelson isn't truthful about donations to medical research - Forbes billionaire

Gary Michelson claims he donated over $100 million to cutting edge medical research. http://michelsonmedical.org/what-we-do/ Unfortunately that is not true.

As per his tax return below he donated $100 million to his medical research foundation. The money is still sitting there. He didn't spend it on medical research.

Sounds like he may be using DAF to avoid, evade taxes. That's probably the main reason why he started these non-profits in the first place, i.e. he hates paying his fair share of taxes.

He already got in trouble with the IRS for tax evasion on illegal tax write offs as per his lawsuit against Proskauer. Maybe that is what's happening here?

Remember he also offered a $75 million prize in 2006 or 2008 I think. It's been years and he hasn't awarded the prize even though he was given drugs which cause permanent sterilization. Gary enjoys dangling meat in front of dogs.

California Attorney General office did not file reply brief. Dragging it out for more time? Gary Michelson

David A Voet of the California Attorney General's office did not file his reply brief. I'm sure he will file his brief. I would bet he's just trying to get more time. Appellees did the same in my appeal. I then filed motion for sanctions as they filed two 60 day extensions then didn't file a brief. Within a day the Appellees in my case copied someone else's reply brief and filed that. I believe it was someone else's brief because it had the information of an Appellant other than me.

I just hope Neil and Richard win this thing soon. Their lives have already been destroyed. Gary took every penny they had and destroyed their reputations.

Web Sheriff violates "right to be forgotten" law? Claims Gary Michelson, Alya Michelson live in the UK

In order to have personal information removed about yourself via the "right to be forgotten"law in the UK you must state and show you are a resident of the UK. That means web sheriff lied and told Google that Gary and Alya Michelson are residents of the UK? You have to show an ID card from the UK with a physical home address in the UK.

Gary Michelson and Alya Michelson live in Brentwood, California 90049. It is stated in my places all over the Internet. They posted they live there.They publicly posted the name of their third child. You can find it by searching Gary and Alya Michelson. Gary named his kid after his dog. Gary also wanted public parts of a book about him and his purebred bought and paid for pitbull removed from the internet. Gary talks about Bull all the time. He even had replicas of Bull's severed head on a plate as awards from his foundation. I wonder if Gary has a fourth kid and it's a boy if it names it Bull after his other dead dog?

State asks for another 30 day extension after being told "no." They got seven days, Gary Michelson crazy billionaire

The state asked for their third extension. They first requested 60 days and got 30 days. Then at the end of 30 days they requested 30 more and received it. They just requested 30 more and got seven. I think the state is just extending things to drag things out as much as possible.

State makes third request for extension of time to reply, crazy - Dr Gary Michelson, Forbes, billionaire

I received this email alert this morning. I thought it was for my appeal. Respondent in my appeal said he would request an extension as his reply due same time as this one. When I finally looked at it more closely I realized it was for this case.

This is their third request for extension of time. First time they requested 60 days and got 30. After 30 days they requested another 30 days. Now at the end of that time they want another 30 days. They'd better have a damn good reason for this request like the attorney in charge died or something. This is crazy.

Gary Michelson wasting tons of money to remove things he himself posted and shared on the Internet

Looks like the sheriff has been suckering Gary Michelson into giving him more money to try to remove things. Two blogs posts were hidden from the uk version of this blog. They are still here in this website. No one in the UK even knows who Gary Michelson is. They also don't look at the uk version of this blog.

The blog posts were about Gary's 95 lb pure bred pitbull which he bought. Everything in that post came from public books and newspapers.

The other was about Alya Michelson hating Gary Michelson. In that post I quoted from a public media document where Gary announces the birth of his kid posting her full name. That is "private" information? Then why did he announce it to the world? Alya's posted pics of her kids online. Her daughter is incredibly cute and fortunately look like Alya. In odd coincidence Gary's kid looks exactly like the clone of Neil Campbell's kid. Maybe that is why Gary bought a light skinned blonde wife. He wanted a kid just like Neil's kid.

I just realized that Gary named his kid after his dead dog Grace. At least "Grace" is a pretty name. Here is the newsletter where Gary Michelson released the news of his new kid. Go sue them, Gary! Make them remove what they wrote from a religious newsletter. Page five from the below link,

This is St Matthews Church in the Palisades. Gary Michelson is of course Jewish. His wife is not. She is Episcopal. Lucky for her he allows her to go to church. Otherwise she's trapped in the castle forced to buy trinkets from Tiffany's online while she sleeps with the dog whom she calls her husband. When I say sleep I mean just sleep like my cats sleep on my bed kinda sleep.
