Gary Michelson brags Found Animals is 10 years old. Two days later closing, restructuring.

December 8, 2015 Gary Michelson announced Found Animals had been around ten years. It was legally formed as a corporation in 2005 but they did absolutely nothing until starting maybe 2008. They weren't really doing much until 2012.

Today the employees were told they were no longer needed as they were restructuring. Merry Christmas! What a horrible time of year to deliver that news. Employees said it didn't come as a shock to them. They expected it. Ten people had left on their own and the others were let go. They had a very high turnover rate in terms of employees. They are fired as of December 31. They can work the last 21 days or leave now.

Gary Michelson is extremely fickle. When I worked for him one day he loved someone. Next day he hated them and wanted them dead. In the beginning goal of Found Animals was spayneuter. Next day he said "I never said that was the goal. It's going to be microchips and pet kiosks." Next day he said "I never wanted microchips or pet kiosks! You're all trying to profoundly cheat me!!! Police!!!!! Steve Cooley!!!!! I can give you lots of money!"

Just learned that Found Animals do not give Christmas bonuses. On top of this they demand donations and beg for volunteers. A billionaire who said he wanted to start a foundation so he could give all his wealth to "good" causes. Sounds like Zuckerberg's "foundation."

Gary Michelson started Found Animals with his $75,000,000 prize offering. He never awarded the god damn prize! I sent in four prize winners then he changed the damn rules. Every year he moved the goal posts even farther away until they were impossible and made no sense. I thought he did the silly prize just to get some guys, ass kissing, friends, good PR. Initially he told me he wanted to be anonymous. LA Weekly wrote an article using his full name. I contacted Gary who said he was so pissed the writer did that. I, stupidly, contacted the writer and told him that was not what he agreed to and it was not very nice. Writer told me Gary demanded to have his name included. He did. Gary lied to me. He put a little money in Found Animals but never spent it. Looks like more tax evasion to me. He did that with Gary Michelson's Medical Foundation. He put in $108,000,000 then spent $3,000,000? I have to look up the 990's again. I believe I posted them here.

Oral argument summary - Dr Gary Michelson criminal case, Ex-Forbes billionaire, Spine, patent

Appellant spoke first. Jonathan Michaels spoke for a couple of minutes. The Justices interrupted and asked a few questions. Then the Justices asked the Attorney General representative to speak. The Justices asked him what type of case was this. The AG stated it was "larceny by trick." AG said that defendants marked up price of land by 40% to 50%. Justice asked AG how much defendants "stole." AG said paraphrased "count 3 was for a $759,000 purchase." Again Justices asked him how much defendants "stole." Justice rephrased the question "Do you have any proof what the defendants paid for the land?" AG said "no." AG then said paraphrased "Powers was only supposed to take a 6% commission." Of course we all know there was no such oral or written agreement. Justice then asked, said "you have no document, no physical evidence of what was stolen." AG admitted that Gary gave an agreed upon amount of money i.e. $759,000 and received the agreed upon land. I believe the Justices wanted the AG to admit that the state had no proof of anything being stolen as they had no evidence of what defendants paid for the properties. If you don't know what they paid for the property, you can't prove if they made a profit or had a loss.

The Justices did not bring up the fact that the one standing claim should be a misdemeanor which should then be dismissed under the new proposition as both defendants did not have a record.

As per the Appeals case file the exhibits were returned to the county clerk four days before oral argument. That means Justices already read the briefs and saw the evidence. It appears their minds were 99% made up before oral argument which is normal. The actual opinion is due at the latest February 1, 2016. Below is the case file, docket.

Based on the evidence and law that I've seen the defendants are of course innocent. We can only pray that the court will be fair. This case should have been dismissed in the lower courts. I think the superior court judge just didn't want to do that because of pressure from the DA's office because Gary Michelson gave Cooley money. Gary Michelson also took Cooley and his office out to lunch to "thank them for their work on this case" per Gary Michelson in court.

Case argued this morning. Opinion will be filed by 02/01/2015

There was oral argument this morning in the Second Court of Appeals at 300 S Spring street. The case has been submitted. The opinion will be filed by February 1, 2015. We shall see if there will be justice.

As it stands there is just one count on appeal. The question is, is it a misdemeanor. If it is, should it be dismissed as it was first offense for both defendants after the passing of recent proposition 47. After those questions are answered, there will be more.

Gary Michelson writes new life story for wife Alya Michelson - ex Forbes billionaire

I'd posted the real history of Alya Michelson which I pieced together from the Internet and people who've met her. I'd also posted the fake history of Alya Michelson which Alya told the world. Since then Gary Michelson has written a new history for Alya Michelson. Which one of these is the real history? Based on facts it's the one I posted.

Alya Michelson told the world she was the first test tube baby. She wrote and sung the song used for the opening of the Olympics in Beijing. She was a singer, rapper and a Kremlin correspondent. None of that was true of course. Such huge lies which were easily disproven yet Gary Michelson believed them.

She tried to be a model but didn't get any work as far as I can tell. I searched in Russian and English for all her names. She then had a Russian mail order bride website where she looks a little heavier and very rough. She said she was a Kremlin correspondent when all she did was translate Russian news copy into English and not very well. I don't see any video of her work doing news. I see no evidence of any other work.

Her dad works in and with the Russian government. I'm sure he swung getting her the volunteer job in Beijing. He probably also got her the press job.

Originally I found it odd that their first child a girl was named Sasha. In Russia that is a boy's name. I then realized that her Russian boyfriend is named Sasha. She named her first kid after her boyfriend. That's okay because Gary named their third kid after his dog Grace. Tit for tat. I think the middle boy being being named Isaiah was a hat tip to the fact that he's Jewish. Even though he said horrible things about his mother his entire life he still wants to try to please her.

Looks like Gary is using Alya as a campaign contribution funnel.

Alya Michelson looks different in this pic. Either it's bad lighting, no makeup, she lost weight in her face or she just looks older. After three kids and having to put up with Gary Michelson, can't blame her. If you notice, neither is wearing a wedding ring. Perhaps Gary doesn't want a wedding ring to crimp his style with the boys.

Gary Michelson makes own "Forbes Billionaire" video about himself? Looks like it

Gary Michelson paid one of his employees to load up (make?) a video about him and the Forbes billionaires. This was loaded up May 2015 AFTER he was no longer on the list. The video says September 2008. I think he was off the list at least the last two years. You need $1.65 to get on last year, $1.7 B to get on this year. In this video he had $1.5B.

I searched the Forbes website and can't find this video. Did Gary Michelson pay someone to make it? I also think Gary was behind that silly Gary Michelson song video.

Gary did make it into two articles about "Missed the Cut: The Billionaires Too Poor To Crack The Forbes 400." His page in Forbes says he was #395 in 2014. I remember that he was not on the list. He probably fought them over his listing like Donald Trump and the middle eastern person.
