Gary Michelson hired Dory Andraos to try to bury this blog and all the information in it. It would be a lot easier if Gary Michelson just didn't do illegal, evil things. Then I'd have nothing to write about. I bet Dory here promised Gary Michelson he could bury this blog and make all his sites pull up ahead of it. Dory will not be able to keep that promise.

Dory Andraos went to Cal State Northridge which does not have a good accreditation or history. He also went to Pacific States University which he misspells in his linkedin page as "Pacific State University." This is a private school accredited by ACICS. Real universities such as USC, UCLA are accredited by organizations such as the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. That is a "true" accreditation. Pacific States University is an Internet school with some classes in Korea Town. It's basically run out of an office on Wilshire Blvd.

Dory here worked for evil VCA. VCA is a public company that bought a lot of small veterinary offices. They declaw cats, debark dogs, dock tails, cut ears. They are known as the McDonalds of veterinary hospitals. If you go in to neuter your cat, they will tell you, you should declaw it at the same time to save money on the anesthesia. It's like asking someone if they want fries with with their burger order. They even try to sell you a four paw declaw. I think they were one of the groups that fought us when we banned declaw in LA and other cities in the US. We even got death threats from vets and vet organizations.

Dory Antoun Andraos (December 15, 1973) and his wife Laura Sonia Hecht Flores Andraos (September 1959, September 1962 when she lies about her age) who works with the Los Angeles County Community Development Commission bought a shitty, tiny, cheap one bedroom, one bath 812 sf home on a 4,000 sf lot in a bad area of Whittier in 2004 for $290,000 with a $232,000 loan. Actually the wife bought it. That means Dory had no money and shitty credit. Then they got an equity line and stopped making payments on the home in 2012. They owed nine months of mortgage payments. They lost the home in foreclosure. The home sold in 2013 for $260,000, less than what they paid for it. That means they way over paid in 2005 and probably trashed the home. The MLS photo is only a pic of the outside. That generally means the inside is totally trashed. Evil pissed owners trash their house before they move out when they are foreclosed upon. It's actually a crime but banks know they'll never get any money suing them.

Their monthly mortgage payment was about $978. They couldn't pay $978 a month? Obviously a couple of total losers who can't pay $978 a month. Your mortgage payment can't be over about 30% of your monthly income. That means these two working people's income is $3,260 or $1,600 each. I wonder how much Gary is paying this guy. We know VCA pays people shit. If Gary Michelson is paying this guy more than $2,000 a month, he's overpaying...again. What type of person runs out on a mortgage like this? They obviously both now have shitty credit.

He supposedly wrote this as per his LinkedIn. He is from Lebanon. It doesn't appear that English was his first language. His LinkedIn account says he only speaks English. If English is his first and only language, this is even worse. This is riddled with mistakes and he's supposed to be doing marketing? The grammar is atrocious! Unless "something really bad happened?" Those are the words of a seven year old. He ends a sentence with a preposition. He put the wrong quotation marks in the wrong place. He doesn't understand the difference between singular and plural. He uses little kid language. "Something really bad" would not be a highly contagious disease. URI, kennel cough are highly contagious but they rarely kill an animal. "Something really bad" would be "something" that causes the most harm like Parvovirus, Distemper and Feline panleukopenia.

Gary Michelson has not "enabled millions of people to live healthier, more productive lives." The threaded spinal cage was invented by someone else. Gary just ran to the patent office first so he could make money. Gary basically filed a patent to print money. Not only that but his cage with Infuse has now crippled and killed people.

On top of all of this Gary's donation to Sabin has not caused them to create a new vaccine or treatment for ground worms. That was the purpose of his grant. Gary's donation to his stupid prize has also failed. He hasn't made a new drug to cause permanent sterilization in animals. He also hasn't given/spent the $100 million. He put $108 million in one of his foundations but only spent $5 million. I still personally believe he's using the foundations for tax evasion. He was already busted for tax evasion by the IRS and was fined $20 million. What's ironic is that Gary says art museums are just tax evasion. He's doing the same thing.

Gary Michelson trademarks "Found Animals" and "Adopt and Shop," why?

Gary Michelson is now adding the trademark symbol to his foundation names. Talk about egotistical. Why? Put "found animals" and "adopt and shop" in search. Sounds like his attorneys just want to make more money off of him. Why get a trademark you can never defend?

He's a non-profit. I don't get this. In order to defend a trademark he would have to show that his trademark was used by another identical "for profit business" to make it appear that they were his trademarked company. I don't see anyone doing this.

Not only that but "adopt and shop" was coined by me and people working with LA Animal Services when we wanted to open up pet supply shops in the new shelters. One nasty old lady employee Linda Gordon said it couldn't be done as buildings were built with bond funds so no non-profit or the dept could operate a shop in there. After I did some research it turns out that was a lie. Linda Gordon hated everyone outside of dept employees and did everything she could to harm outsiders even if it meant harming, killing animals. Heidi Huebner the volunteer coordinator at the time helped her. Heidi Heubner personally was responsible for wild animals dying in the shelter. She allowed them to slowly die without food, water while they broke their jaws, teeth, rubbed all the skin off their snouts and arms trying to get out of their cages. Heidi also stole from the department and worked other paying jobs while on the shelter time clock. She even used shelter supplies and people to make money from her private group.

Leon Seidman of Cosmic Catnip the catnip king of the world was working with me and others to get the shops in the shelters to help the shelters. Only the dept would have profited which was the goal. Everyone was working for free toward this goal. City killed the idea. Everyone who was helping quit helping the dept out of frustration.

Here are over 200 previous ones WordPress ignored because they knew they fell under the fair use of copyright act. There is no way I would dare break the law, defame, abuse copyright...in this blog with litigious Gary Michelson reading it every single day and night. Here are some of the 200+ other notices. He says his notice and email are "copyrighted?" I am posting part of it here for non-profit educational comment purposes just like hundreds of others have posted it on the web for years. How can anyone copyright an email? He also told wordpress he sent me a copy. He never did. I got this from WordPress. Maybe he should sue WordPress for sharing it with me? ;-) He also never showed proof that he worked for Gary or that Gary owned the photos. As you can see Gary does not own the photos. I do. The big mistake was for the Web Sheriff to lie and state a photo I took of a Chrysler Prowler in front of a friend's garage was owned by Gary. It was not Gary's car, garage or photo. Gary's ex-wife owned a Prowler so I decided to post a pic of a Prowler so people could see how gaudy the car is. I don't even know the color of Gary's ex-wife's Prowler. Gary Michelson and the "WebSheriff" are liars who commit fraud and perjury to try to silence honest critics. Gary Michelson needs to get his money back from the Web Sheriff. The WebSheriff made Gary Michelson look even more petty, crazy and stupid. Gary Michelson has been "profoundly cheated" again by the Web Sheriff. WebSheriff here lists every crime, action in the world then accuses everyone of committing every single one in a DCMA request. He does this to "scare?" people. He has only ever been successful getting commercial audio and video removed from the internet, people's copyrighted songs that they sell. The pic was taken at the public ground breaking ceremony by USC photographer. USC posted this pic in exchange for Gary's $50,000,000. Why would USC take such a horrible photo? It shows how fake this pretend marriage is. The body language, expression show the sham of a Russian mail order beard. No one would give a shit if Gary came out of the closet. Why does the USC dean always make them do the stupid USC "v" is for victory finger salute? The only one victorious here is the dean for ripping Gary off for big bucks. Based on her posts online Alya loves her kids, loves being a mother, loves jewelry. She hates slavery, feeling oppressed, being oppressed, being forced to be silent, forced to do what Gary says. She hates Gary and would rather have a cat than Gary. She craves true love, kindness, freedom, real friends, She feels that her heart has become dark and bitter. She is angry and depressed. She is looking for the door, for the way out. I don't blame her one bit. Hopefully her bearding contract is over soon. She deserves a bonus for putting up with Gary.

Did Alya just give birth to Grace Caitlin Michelson? Back in 2006 Gary Michelson said he thought it was too late for him to have kids. He didn't think he'd make a good husband or father. I'll agree with that. Out of the other side of his mouth he said he'd like five kids to carry on his name.

I posted this article few days ago about philanthropic naming rights or charity by lawyers.

From the LA Times, "Want your name on a building? That'll be 25% of the construction cost."

"Michelson’s $50 million (donation) is less than half of the total anticipated cost but was needed to move the project ahead, officials said."

David Geffen only paid 20% and was said to have gotten a bargain. Gary Michelson "profoundly cheated" once again. Gary paid about 50% or twice as much as average. Gary over paid by $25,000,000 if not more. Why didn't David Cohen do some research on appropriate cost of naming rights? I bet David Cohen got a commission. If I can dig this up in two minutes, David Cohen definitely knew Gary Michelson was way over paying. What else is new.

Here is an average building naming rights agreement for a university building. There are many other things included such as interior naming rights....

Max stated in 2011 "When asked the price to put a donor’s name on one of the handful of USC schools that do not yet bear one, Nikias laughed. “Ideally, I want $50 million, but it’s all negotiable,” he said." The $50 million was their maximum goal. Gary could have negotiated for less. I think David Cohen got a commission.

It seems most naming rights have clauses to safeguard the reputation of the owner of the building. If the donor is involved in a scandal, crime, fraud, anything that might embarrass the school, the school can take away the naming rights. Maybe that is why Gary has been making website after website, reposting other people's articles, sending out a million press releases, added his name to every page of every site he has. Looks like he's trying to bury honest negative posts about him and his wife(?). I'm sure by now everyone knows Gary is a fraud who stole his only valuable patent. Everyone also knows he commits perjury. People in spine industry, LAPD, ex-Mayor of LA Antonio Villaraigosa...all know he's a crazy fraud.

Seems Max is selling the naming rights to USC toilets. UCLA has beaten them to the punch by selling the naming rights directly to the sewage ;-)

On another note Alya Michelson wears her wedding ring all the time. I've never seen a photo of Gary Michelson wearing his wedding rings. Gary Michelson posts his home address online for patents, trademarks, funds, corporations....now he says it's private?

Gary Michelson has been posting his home address online for many years. His home address is on his patents and trademarks besides his money funds. Now all of a sudden he claims it's private information? Look at how many websites have his name and address? 4,140 websites only one of which is my blog.

Gary is so full of himself that he just recently applied for a trademark for the logo he forced other companies to post on his products. Again, he lists his home address. I don't think he can trademark something that's been online in other people's websites since 2005. They were already using that logo in business. This is ridiculous. Gary Michelson's attorney making lots of money off of Gary.

Maybe Gary Michelson is upset that I have added a similar image to my header banner? He already filed a DCMA and lost. I can use images for comment, education, parody. Not only that but when it comes to trademark, he'd have to show "trademark violation." I was once sued for this and won, see below.

I most certainly am not causing any confusion in regard to Dr Gary Michelson and his "technology." I am not a spine product inventor. I don't sell spine products. I don't have anything to do with Gary or his business. Not only that but Gary Michelson is no longer in the spine product business. He sold all his patents and retired years ago. I think Medtronic is the one who owns this trademark as they have been using the image for years.

Egotistical Dr Gary Michelson names everything after himself and pays for the privilege with transactional philanthropy

Good article in the Times below about egotistical individuals who buy naming rights of buildings. It's called "transactional philanthropy or charity by lawyers." I think it's just paid advertising, marketing, public relations. Gary Michelson donated the money to get the press to try to salvage his horrible reputation.

The article states that there are very few true philanthropists today. They're mainly egotistical insecure people who demand their name on everything, such as Dr Gary Michelson. Gary tells his silly story at the ground breaking on video stating that USC called him up and wanted to honor him by naming a building after him. No, they just wanted his money.

I have a feeling that the people who actually have to mention the name of the building will probably give it a nickname like "the crazy gary center," "the bldg that evil and greed built."

I don't know who came up with calling the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts "the Wallis," but I doubt it sprang up spontaneously from its Beverly Hills patrons.

Branding, which is at the heart of philanthropic naming, can be tricky. Will the full name David Geffen Hall stick? New Yorkers notoriously shorten even nicknames (A-Rod, MOMA, the Met). It could become the Geff.

But if our billionaire becomes displeased with his Lincoln Center agreement, there is another juicy opportunity awaiting him in his adopted home town. "Mr. Geffen, the Los Angeles Music Center is on the line. They want to give you an honorary baton."

The web dude Dr Gary Michelson hired to try to get photos and blogs removed has failed yet again. Not only did he fail but he committed crimes while doing so. He committed perjury and fraud. This web dude has a horrible history. The only thing he's ever managed to get off the Internet are songs made by professionals. He's not been able to get anything else removed. He filed a few lawsuits but lost every single one. Most of the times they were just dismissed. He's not even in the US. He generally loses them due to lack of jurisdiction.

Gary Michelson duped again by someone who is ripping him off. How much did Gary Michelson pay the web dude to send 200+ emails to different blog hosts? This web dude lied and said he had a contract with Gary and Alya to protect his copyrighted photos. He never produced it. Web dude lied and said Gary and Alya owned the photos in question. No, they didn't. Almost all were taken by others and owned by others. Not only that but I can post photos, bits of video for comment under the fair use act of copyright. The blog hosts have sent me emails stating they aren't removing any photos because they are used under the fair use of copyright.

Only one photo from one host was deleted and it was a mistake. It's not a photo of Gary or anything Gary owns. It's a photo I took of a Chrysler Prowler in front of a friend's garage. It's not even Gary's photo or car! His ex-wife owned a Prowler, not Gary. Gary had never even seen the Prowler in the photo. I don't even know what color Gary's Prowler was. Gary pays people to commit perjury and crimes. It is a crime to file a false copyright claim. The photo in question will return within ten days. The photo is above. It was not removed from this blog but another.
